Amazing!

Loved it! Rooms are spacious and light, 3 minutes walk to the beach and so many good restaurants at the door step. Very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful

O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor e com maior variedade. O estacionamento privado é caro e na rua é escasso.

Reasonably good

The location good for my meeting and that it had a spa

The spa’s steam room had a terrible mould smell and really thought that was terrible as mould can cause illness and it should be cleaner and smell like aromatherapy. Also the wood floors in rooms means that people in neighbouring rooms or above woke me up in the middle of the night due to wearing loud shoes clumping around. Everything else was great !

Un gran hotel en una zona tranquila

Muy cómodo, limpio y personal muy atento y agradable. Muy recomendable si se quiere estar en la zona de playa. Al lado del hotel hay un montón de sitios para comer o cenar.

La zona está alejada de Oporto, pero hay muy buenas comunicaciones( autobús, tren).

Top hotel met super vriendelijk personeel!

Prima hotel. Fijne douche, lekkere bedden, goed vers ontbijt en het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en gastvrij. Boven verwachting! Locatie is top, precies tussen alle visrestaurants in. Portugezen zijn uiterst vriendelijk en super relaxed.

Strak opgemaakte bedden (persoonlijke smaak). Iets te harde kussens. (Persoonlijke voorkeur). De lobby is niet echt super gezellig. Te groot waardoor ook niemand aan de bar gaat zitten. Verder alles top.

Needs improvement

Nice hotel, good breakfast, good facilities for the rooms.

Is rated as a 4 stars, but missing some facilities and services to be there. The gym is not equipped. There are no weights and mattresses, so I could not really use it. The stuff could improve on the attitude towards the client, starting with the housekeeping ladies till the reception ones.

Amazing hotel: location, staff, rooms, AC, pool... 10/10

This is probably the best hotel we've encountered in a while! First, the staff is absolutely the best, they are friendly and helpful, there is always someone at the front desk. Second, the amenities are great, we loved the sauna and the beautiful pool. Third, the room is comfy, and the AC is great too! And the views are amazing, you can see the ocean and the port right there. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere and it's easy to explore Porto and surroundings from this location. Whatever you need is close by too: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. And they also have free water and snacks by the elevator! And they also give you recommendations for the local places to see. We loved it and we are very likely to come back again :)

I can't come up with anything :) it's a great place!

Pequeno almoço bom, mas esperava mais, por exemplo sumo de laranja instalações boas

lençois sujos pedi duas camas e deram uma cama ar condiconado com controle bloqueado pela central (razão da nota ruim para serviços)

Blick auf Industriegelände, teilweise laut. Die Lüftung Nähe Schwimmbad extrem laut und nervig. Frühstück wenig Abwechslungsreich. Jeden Morgen gleich.

Fine location to visit Matosinhos

Good location on the Main Street of Matosinhos. Nice room with single king bed and a good bathroom with shower. OK breakfast, except for choice of bread, which was basic.

AC didn't work in the room because it has fixed temperature. 22º is just too hot for sleep.

Good stay, but a little bit far from Porto

Breakfast was good, with a lot of choices. Location is good, near the beach and 3 min walk to the bus or tram station (500 bus takes you directly in Porto center area and sometimes there are double deckers on this route). Airport is reachable with direct bus or with taxi/uber/bolt and it's not expensive. The room was clean. The pool was nice, the water was warm (too bad that the pool was closed 3 days from my 6 days stay, because water was changed). A lot of good restaurants choices in the area.

There was a slightly smell in the bathroom, which was not so nice (cause by moister or sewer, even if the bathroom was clean and looking good). The bed was too soft for my back. The location is good, but for visiting Porto, be prepared to wait the public transportation and the journey to take some time, 30-50 minutes (the bus/tram have a schedule but in most of the cases the hours are not according to the reality).

Welcoming and convenient hotel for the night before a flight

Location near the beach and restaurants as well as convenient for airport. Very welcoming staff on reception who also provided lots of useful information.

Would have preferred an outdoor pool rather than the indoor one (which also required use of swim cap) - and with some outdoor sun loungers on the terrace.

Excellent hotel

It’s what a hotel is supposed to be. Rooms are comfortable, beds great, complimentary water and crisps, everything is spotless, staff are lovely and helpful.

Bathroom needs more hooks. Pity there’s no working bar by the pool. There’s clearly a designated space.

Breakfast Location The comfy bed Staff were very friendly Clean

You have to wear a swimming hat in the pool and it costs €2.50 per person - so annoying. Then we went to buy one and they’d sold out for that day and wouldn’t let us in the pool. The lift is vey small and slow.
