This spacious, private, and beautiful cabin was the perfect place to getaway from our busy lives. We enjoyed the views, many sitting arrangements, the hot tub, and the surrounding nature.

Overall it was wonderful, we made some great memories. Unfortunately and sadly we were so uncomfortable and unhappy about the last days we will most likely not stay there again. We accept the possibility that you may not have known about workers showing up with no notice, that could be something to discuss with the owners to avoid this happening in the future to other guests. Very responsive, helped as much as possible with issues. The people we interacted with were very nice.

As soon as we shifted our Mazda into 4-wheel drive, we knew our journey up the steep gravel driveway was going to take us to a magical cabin. We twisted the front door knob and were greeted by an Irish blessing, hanging on the wall. A few steps away, a floor to ceiling, stone fireplace drew our eyes up to the breathtaking cathedral ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The sun rays were beaming natural light throughout the home with the walls of widows. Looking out onto the wraparound deck, you could see the many shades of green in the trees and the tops of the mountains peaking out.
The entire cabin was extremely clean, comfortable and rejuvenating.
This is a great property with plenty of amenities and amazing views.
We got very quick responses to our texts, even when we sent them at 11 pm. The team member(s) knew the property and amenities very well and were able to give us the exact instructions to fix whatever (minor) problems we had.

This place was everything we were expecting and more. Very peaceful, amazing views, beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly book again.

Showed up to a filthy place- linen from the prior guests waded up on every bed. Dirty, used towels from the prior guests left in piles on every bathroom floor and in showers. So we had no place to sleep the night we arrived and no clean bathrooms to use. None of the outside lights worked. Only a couple of the inside lights worked. TV and direct TV box remotes were missing. TV did not work anyway. Hot tub was broken, didn't work. Oven was broken. There was old food left in refrigerator from prior guests. There was old trash left in the kitchen trash can. An actual cleaning crew and maintenance crew were never sent out- relatives of the property manager came and did a poor job. We ended up having to clean ourselves. The whole thing was awful. And this was booked for my wedding weekend. Never again for us.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the house for a great, albeit brief, getaway weekend. Terrific views which we always appreciate. House was very clean and well maintained, sufficiently stocked and didn't have a need for really anything. For whatever reason we couldn't get the gas to flow to the grill but that didn't distract from our stay. Property manager was overly accommodating and willing to bring us a replacement but wasn't that big of a deal to us. The driveway or road leading to the house is pretty steep and unpaved so if it's raining or icy during the winter months, will definitely want to have a 4WD vehicle. Only other suggestion is to label the myriad of light switches throughout the house. We could never figure out how to shut off two of the ceiling fans. Overall a great house.

Great stay in Rosman!
This is a private location close to Brevard and close to the outfitters on the French Broad River. Quiet cabin. Beautifully kept. Nice hot tub. Nice fire pit. New washer and dryer. Functional kitchen. 4 adults and 2 kids no problem. Heed the 4 wheel drive recommendation, it’s steep at the top and rough at the bottom of the drive. Great place. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Very nice stay
The location allows for easy access to the main road to explore the area. Views were nice and the bird feeders allowed for fun daily bird viewing. The house is well stocked with towels, some games, and books. There is only one tv on the second floor, and it would have been nice to have an option on the first floor somewhere. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. The driveway is incredibly steep and uneven, as noted in the listing. If planning on cooking in the kitchen, it is well stocked with everything you need. Just know that the oven is a hazard. It does not shut and the bottom falls off very easily when the door is opened. We also had daily visitors of large (seemingly friendly) neighborhood dogs who ran around the property for a while. Overall, we had a good experience using the home as a base camp for exploring the surrounding area. Really enjoyed it!

This is a very nice property.
This is a very nice property. It's also very expensive - over $550 per night when you include taxes and fees for our 3-night stay. That price sets my expectations very high. While the king bed and master bath are both fabulous, there are other points worth noting. The property is not entirely private; there's an adjacent property on the driveway side of the house, the same side as the hot tub. That wasn't an issue for us, but could be if the leaves are off the trees. The kitchen is adequately provisioned, but not more than that. All that said, we very much enjoyed our stay here. I doubt I'd choose this property again, though, given the price.
Regarding comments made in other reviews... the driveway is navigable without 4-wheel drive, you just have to keep your speed up. We managed OK in a Honda Odyssey. I measured the wifi at 5.5 Mbps which was fully adequate for streaming. Called once prior to arriving; person I spoke with was helpful and friendly.

This property was a beautiful getaway for my family.
This property was a beautiful getaway for my family. It's usually hard to get the "full package" in a rural mountain stay but this cabin has it all. From private location, spacious floorplan layout, modern fixtures, Hot Tub, in room fireplaces and WIFI! We enjoyed every second of our trip. Quickly responded to any questions we had and also researched and gave advice on local recreation and sent links for state fishing info to help guide me in the local regulations.

Lovely property.
Lovely property. The road required to access the house is a little treacherous, it should be made very clear that you must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle! We were fine and the views are worth it. There was both a lockbox and a keypad at the front door. The keypad was a little hard to find and we didn’t see it at first. When the lockbox didn’t work, we had to call Isaac who let us know how to find the keypad.

Wonderful house, views and great place to just chill
This place is huge for a two bedroom. Great areas inside and out for everyone to have their own space to themselves or gather together.

The property, with the open floor plan, wrap-around deck, and beautiful views, was the perfect way to ring in the new year for our family. The home was inviting and relaxing - so much so that we never left except to go grocery shopping, and we did not want to leave when our stay was up. The beds were incredibly comfy, too. The booking process and subsequent communications were thorough and straightforward. Staff was reliable and responded ASAP to our maintenance request early on New Year's Day.
