2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home offering brand new queen size bedrooms, a pullout couch in the lanai.
The kitchen is fully furnished and comes with lots of dishes and cookware. All linens are provided including plenty bath and beach towels.
The heated pool (at additional cost of $20/day,125/wk, 400/month) with private fencing, patio set for 4 and 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing will make your stay enjoyable.
Full wireless high speed internet provided, 55" TV in the living room and 32" TV in each bedroom.
2 car garage with entrance to the house includes brand new washer and dryer. We are providing beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler.
Villa ZaZa is a pet friendly place welcoming up to 2 dogs per stay at additional cost.
We are located just minutes away from Downtown Venice with lots of shopping places, wonderful places to eat and lots of entertainment.

We enjoyed this stay so much. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. The neighbor was also very helpful. The property was very clean and was exactly like the pictures portrayed. The cleanliness upon arrival was above and beyond. The location was very convenient and just a short drive to the beaches and downtown. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Overall the property was nice, loved the pool and patio area. Kitchen had every tool you can imagine. Location was good, there are some general cosmetic items needing repair from past hurricane but very understandable considering the damage to the area. Host was very helpful and communicated in a timely manner.

We loved our stay, there was so much of everything we needed! Towels and kitchen ware. We cooked a lot so this was nice! They had everything we needed including beach umbrellas and laundry and a grill. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We loved having our own pool to jump into. Thanks for a great accommodations.

My husband, 3 year old and myself stayed here for a week. It worked out well for us, no complaints! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, closets were full of towels. Having a washer and dryer to wash everything was amazing. It was the perfect location, close to beaches. We enjoyed being able to go to the beaches and have a pool to ourselves when we wanted to relax in the water (sometimes both in the same day). Dora was quick to reply to any messages. I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the month that we spent here, especially the pool! The house is supplied with everything you can possibly need or want. The quality of everything provided was top notch. The beds were comfortable as well. The communication with Dora was the best, she responded whenever we had a question. The neighbors are friendly and we felt safe. We have been to Venice many times over the past 10 or so years . We used to stay with friends but enjoyed the freedom of a home with a private pool. This property does not disappoint !! Comfortable beds , well stocked kitchen , tons of space. Tons of amenities!! Owner is prompt to answer texts. This is a must stay for your visit !

Spent 2 weeks there with our pups who felt right at home. I can not say enough good things about the owners of this property. Super hosts! Great week in Venice!

Great week in Venice!

All photos are accurate and up to date. House is located so close to so many beaches! We went to Manasota Key, Casey Key, Siesta Key and Nokomis Beach (our personal favorite because of the wide beaches, easiest access, and cleanest/clearest water this week). The cooler that was provided was very nice to have. We took our own beach chairs, although many were also available to use in the garage stash of beach amenities. We spent our mornings until around 2-3 pm at the beach, then stayed in the pool until we were ready to go out at night for dinner. We cooked /grilled twice. There is every utensil/pot/appliance you need. Super quiet neighborhood. Safe. Friendly neighbors. Shopping on every corner if that’s what you enjoy. A great movie theater is very close also— we went to see Elvis. Prime Video is available in every room—so nice. Garage parking with remote opener was such a treat for loading and unloading. The only suggestion I have is that a grab bar in the master tiled shower would be nice for those who may feel safer with one. Best VRBO stay for us to date! (I am posting this of my own free will. I have not been asked by the owner to give this review.) —Happy GA healthcare workers 😊

This was the first time we rented this house but will not be our last time! Everything was absolutely perfect and communication with Joe and Dora was above and beyond. The house is exactly as described and there is everything you could possibly need. The location is convenient to shopping, eating and the beaches. It was great to drive to the beach in the morning and hang out by the pool in the afternoon. I've already recommended this property to friends/family! If you're looking for a place to stay that's truly like being at home this is the place. We're looking forward to booking our next stay here. Thanks Again!!!

This home was extremely well furnished with all the amenities to enjoy and make your rental experience well worth it. The pool was great- large and clean. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable. The garage contained two beautiful bikes, beach equipment, (chairs, Umbrellas, etc.). The beds were very comfortable including excellent mattresses. The home was located south of downtown but traffic was never a problem. We had a wonderful experience.

We can’t say enough about this property. The host was extremely responsive. The property was well maintained, the home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was very enjoyable. The home had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. The location is close to several beaches including a dog beach and park, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.
