Told the owner about my issues and that I wasn’t staying for the second night to which her response was quite smarmy tow

The view and decoration of property was lovely

The property had a number of issues windows to the property do not fully close properly leaving draft to come through them which was absolutely freezing there were 2 heaters but they were being used in the other 2 bedrooms so was too unbearable to stay my second night as there was also no hot water for all of us to shower in the morning so had to shower in freezing cold water lock to bathroom in main bedroom was broken too tv from bedroom also was missing was holes in wall where tv should have been

Lovely place, everything you need on the doorstep

Lovely view and spacious with all facilities

Only negative was I did not find the beds comfortable, pillows duvet were very lovely, just my mattress was not, the main bedroom was different as everyone else did have a lovely sleep x

Fabulous place to stay.

The views were lovely! The flat was very clean, modern and comfortable. Lots to do on the doorstep. Would definitely stay in the apartment again.

A little confusing to find the door to the building and gain entry but a friendly neighbour helped out.

lovely apartment in a great location with all the comforts of home.

there was everything you could wish for in a home from home.

I would have liked to open the windows wider, but understand it could be a health and safety issue. Because it was so hot the apartment was a bit stifling making it hard to sleep so a fan might be a good idea.

It was good in most ways.

Location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from our venue for our party. The flat was well decorated and appointed.

It would have helped to have two sets of keys so we could’ve gone to the venue at separate times. The bedroom in the lounge didn’t have blinds so it was hard to sleep

NOT IMPRESSED WITH 10 AM CHECK-OUT .......….....

I did not receive our check in email until I contacted her outside the property on our arrival. She made no effort to allow a 1 hour earlier check-in even though the property was clearly unoccupied, as we were able to gain access to the building and knocked on the door. Did NOT like the early check out of 10.00am with cleaners waiting outside ready to knock. When we eventually received the check-in email the times shown for check-in was earlier then she said and a check-out of 11.00am!! NOT IMPRESSED

Beautiful views it had two bathrooms really good location

No sugar although was advised there would be sugar. There was hair on the carpet in the ensuite bedroom and the coffee brother didn't work.

Location was good, bit of a walk to ferry, but not a problem for our party Apartment was clean and well equipped Information pack was very helpful Tried recommended local Italian restaurant, it was excellent

A fire alarm went off around midnight on our first evening, this was not in the apartment itself, but in the block. We evacuated and local resident said it happens often and not to pay any attention - slightly concerning though
