At guests' disposal are comfortable apartments with their own bathroom and kitchen, where there is everything for cooking, as well as a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The house is located in a picturesque area, where the view from the window is simply incredibly beautiful. The nearest beach is no more than 20 minutes by car.
In the area where the house is located, many insects fly, and not the most pleasant ones, such as hornets, for example. There are screens on the windows, but they do not work because they are either torn or do not slide out. Closing windows in such a situation in the Italian heat is extremely uncomfortable.

The house is located in a mountain. Very nice view from there. The nature around is just incredible. The host is also very helpful. You need a car though to get there

Hyper clean rooms, the lady owner is really friendly. The dogs at the property were both also welcoming and playful. Beautiful environment. It is close to Cinque Terre in a very quiet location for a really good price.
Classical supermarket breakfast which you have to partially prepare by yourself.

Super nice staff they really treat you well and you feel like home all the time !
The room we were in had all the facilities and was super extra clean, which we appreciated a lot!
It’s also 20 minutes by car from Vernazza and the road is of easy access. It’s really peaceful at nights.
Maybe the bed was too small if you’re tall.

Graziella was welcoming us when we arrived and made us feel like home. The house is located in a quiet village surrounded by nature. It’s a great place to relax. The rooms are good, breakfast is great and also the garden where you can hangout with the dogs is really nice. Would definitely come back when visiting Vernazza again!

My husband and I have never been to Cinque Terre and we’re pretty young and not great on planning thoroughly. Somehow we lucked out with Graziella who is quiet possibly the sweetest and most generous person in all of Cinque Terre. She doesn’t speak any English but that did not stop her from helping us! she helped us with transportation, how the busses operate and restaurant recommendation by our stay (it was awesome). Everything was clean, breakfast you can have at anytime so you can sleep in if you’d like, you are located about 20mins from all the main towns so if you don’t have a car busses and trains are your best bet but the location is beautiful, not noisy and private which was important to us. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable! 10/10 would stay here again!
the location is a little far from the towns so you have to think ahead. luckily Graziella was very kind and helped us get around!

very peacefull country aera-very attentive owner. My wife had an accident in vernazza and had to be taken to hospital and we were allowed to cut our 3 nightbooking down to 2 . The place is very well equiped
by car it is 12 km to vernazza or corneglia on very windy road

It was misunderstanding that we think manarola is 1 hour far away. 😅Later we found out only 15minutes drive. If you drive a car, it’s a good Place to stay.

A farm stay. Nice terrace. Quiet. Seniora was helpful. Clean. Very good kitchen. A great stay with kids. The location I'd say is mainly for the locals or those who speak Italian. Monterosso is accessible without train.
Internet. No internet in the apartment. Only on the terrace and not everywhere. The router was kept most likely in the main house. We stayed at the 2nd one, not the one in the photos. The flat wasn't super fresh but it was clean, functional and convenient. The owner of the place is a 70 yo lady who manages the 2 houses and the farm alone. She speaks only Italian and is trying to be helpful. The water in the shower was limited. Far from civilisation

It was a little bit cold in the rooms, especially in the early morning.

We slept well because we were high up in the hills. Lot's of rest.
Graziella is a very nice and hard working Italian woman.
Since we were high up in the hills, everything is far away. The road to get to the B&B is not pleasant.

Nice location if you are traveling by car. 20-25 minutes drive to reach closest Cinque terre villages. Very friendly and welcoming personnel.
Wifi was broken in our apartment, but we were able to use the wifi spot in the garden.
