Perfect for our stay

We were arriving early hours of the morning and the communication to make sure we knew where to park and locate the key was fantastic. The apartment is designed beautifully, very clean, warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. Liked that there was also a verandah. The location was perfect for our stay, close to cafes, pub and supermarket and it was a lovely walk to the beach.

My favourite Auckland accommodation

Location is great. Many cafes and restaurants around. Surrounding is quiet and peaceful, and clean. Apartment is awesome. Well maintained and clean.

Overall it's a nice stay.

Uxbridge luxury apartment was an older apartment unit on the 2nd (top) floor. We walked 3 flights of stairs as there's no lift, it's not a problem to us as we were there for one night. However, being on the higher floor meant a distance water view from sitting on the couch and or sitting at the balcony. The unit was simply furnished and has a home feeling, the beds were comfy and bedding were good. We have a nice stay thank you! We will recommend.

Cleaner forgot to refill hand soap(empty bottle). No soap, shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. One toilet is locked therefore it's 1 bathroom with toilet instead of 1.5 bathroom. No box tissues or kitchen paper towel is provided. Stained bath math and hand towel could have replaced.

Average accommodation. We were there for a family funeral so beds were comfortable.

There were no soap for shower not even a mini cake. About1/8 of an inch liquid hand soap for hand basin. No shower cap!!

Great location

Location was perfect, off street parking, apartment is a great size had every thing we needed. The off site manager had to bring us towels etc & dropped some chocolate biscuits for our inconvenience.

We did not receive the code to get into the lock box so had to chase that up & the contact number on booking.com was for the owner not the manager so had to wait for her to get back to us. The net curtains were covered in mould and the bathroom was really mouldy, there was mould around all the window frames. Not so much luxery as states in the title.

Great location and size; pity about the linen

Great location. Apartment was very large, clean and comfy

I was disappointed that the bed sheets and pillow cases were not ironed. The towels were rather small, thin and harsh as they had obviously been line dried rather that in a dryer.

Beautiful surprise in Howick Village

Roomy apartment. Magnificent view of the Bay. Walking distance to Howick Village, food stores, restaurants and great coffee shops, banks, pharmacy, newsagent, everything you’d need. Surprisingly quiet, not much traffic noise or other noise, despite being close to the centre of the village and close to the local pub! One of my favourite things was the underfloor heating in the bathroom! The kitchen was well appointed. The lockbox for the key made life so easy…no worrying about misplacing the keys or having to have two sets of keys. Great to have an undercover parking space. Note: The apartment is in the first floor, and only access is via stairs.

Loved it! Definitely booking again in the future.

Stunning outlook! Lounge area was lovely and roomy. Kitchen was great and the bed was super comfy! When I walked in I gasped because the pictures really don’t do it justice, it’s so lovely!

Amazing host and location plus fantastic value for money!!

Clear and concise instructions for entry - I mucked up saying we wanted two rooms (not one) but absolutely no hassle - Chantelle just opened up the other room for us - no hassle at all, was a pure pleasure to deal with - was a beautiful apartment - very roomy and well set out. Fantastic stay for us!!
