About this cottage rental

Fantastic newly built villa, with capacity for 12 people in Alhaurín el Grande with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private pool. The accommodation has a supplement for travelers 11 and 12.

The Villa is fully equipped, with maximum details of quality and comfort. The owners have invested in a complete solar photovoltaic and thermal installation to eliminate CO2 emissions.

Also, this property stands out for having a charger for electric cars. If you have an electric car, you can charge it overnight in complete comfort while you rest.

It has 6 bedrooms, 4 of them with a double bed and the remaining 2 with two single beds each. It also has 3 bathrooms with a shower, one with a bathtub and a toilet in the pool area, a separate kitchen and a living-dining room.

* Important note: The indicated price is for an occupancy of up to 10 people. For occupancy of more than ten people there will be a price supplement per person per night.

Its exceptional 80m2 terrace allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of the surroundings, the sun and the tranquility.

The exteriors have been arranged in August 2019, including a large space to relax and a large children's space for the little ones in the house to have fun. We remind you that although the facilities are adequate for the maximum safety of your children, you must always be aware of them.

This residence is very suitable for a family stay with kids that can be around a pool. Also it is appreciated that the equipment covered the number of guests all around (subbed, chairs, dining tables inside and out etc.)I can only recommend this houseErik

Great pool and outside space. Lovely views from the terrace. Air con was great and the house generally was spacious and fab! Hosts went over and above to provide 3 cots with mattresses and sheets and also came to our rescue when we locked ourselves out! It would be good to have a little welcome book with all the details in.

We are just home from a memorable visit to this villa, our host pepi was available to answer any questionsqueries that we had and responded very quickly. The villa was fab and had everying that we needed, we were two family's of 6 and it was perfect for us. The outside area made the holliday , excellent bbq area, amazing salt water pool, everybody had a sunbed lounger, loads of space for everybody to move around for shadefull sun. The artifical grass was brilliant and the coconut umbrellas made it feel very luxurious. The outside toilet and shower were a huge plus! The veranda running along the house was perfect with a large table that we could all fit around for food and games. The kitchen was great for prepping the food and the house had a large sitting room with an Xlarge couch that the kids ( teens and young adults) could pile on to watch TV on a large screen. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone!!

We were 8 adults and 3 children 4, 4 and 7 years old, and stayed in the villa for 14 nights. The villa is wonderfully layed out for a holiday with friends or family. Enough bedrooms and barhrooms as well as well equipped kitchen and living area. But the main feature you come for really is the outdoor area. It is clear the owners have given the amenities much thought: there are enough sun loungers, shaded areas and a full bathroom available by the pool area. There are also numerous seating areas outside and good parking space. You have, a view to the mountains and often a nice breeze. We all loved the pool and have had a lot of fun in it. Margrethe

The house is nice so the garden and the area aprons it. Owner takes credit card upon arrival. Don’t bring cash like I did. We liked everything. If there is one thing I could complain about is the astray dogs. To be honest, haven’t had one night of perfect sleep. There are loose dogs all over the place and as one of the younger kids said. The dogs are having a party. Unfortunately this is nothing the owner can do about. So bring earplugs

The villa was lovely and spacious pool area fantastic lovely place to relax you do need transport because it's a little out of the way all the resorts are half hour drive away but we dident mind about that we would definitely go again the owners was very lovely people if we needed anything they was straight there no problem

We stayed here with 3 families (6 adults and 5 children between 0 and 4 years old). The house was well equipped for us with 6 separate bedrooms, each with his own bathroom. The living room was a bit dark and small in comparison to the bedrooms and the outside but all together it was just a great place. Especially the garden (including pool) and the playing area for the kids were amazing. Also their is tons of thins to do within max 30 minutes driving.

Fabulous house lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Very well equipped with everything you could need inside and out. The owners were lovely people to deal with and very helpful. We were a family of three generations and all were happy with the house

A lovely Villa in the country, Villa owner messaged on the morning of arrival asking what time we will arrive. A small selection of crisps, tea, milk and water were provided on arrival and were made to feel welcome. The villa was very clean and were shown how to use the aircon. The aircon is on a timer ( 1 hour) and for us bits can get a tad warm in there when it goes off in the night. The villa is located by some dog kennels and can be a bit noisy on the evening however we were on the ground floor and didn't hear anything. Members of our family were on the first floor and heard it more. The villa owners brought us fresh figs and pecan nuts on he second day and that really was a fabulous touch. The villa is part of the ECOmed programme and we thought this was fantastic that they contribute t a more cleaner area. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay again in he future

Nos ha gustado el conjunto global de alojamiento. En verano el porche y la zona de la piscina es donde echamos la inmensa mayoría del tiempo. Para los pequeños, además, el parque infantil está genial para pasar un rato fuera del agua. El temporizador del aire acondicionado es un engorro por las noches porque te obliga a levantarte para volver a darle al interruptor y tener otras 3 horas de aire acondicionado. Siendo una medida de ahorro razonable por el día para evitar dejarse el aire encendido, durante la noche es un inconveniente porque uno se acuesta fresquito y se levanta sudando si el aire se apaga a las 3 horas. También añadiríamos algunos cubiertos y platos más para poder hacer dos servicios (comida y cena) sin tener que poner el friegaplatos 2 veces al día.

Hemos ido un grupo de 12 personas y todos hemos salido muy satisfechos con la casa y con el trato recibido por parte de sus propietarios. La propietaria accedió a que entráramos antes de la hora estipulada y la casa estaba increíblemente limpia. Cuenta con todos los servicios y accesorios necesarios para pasar unas vacaciones excelentes. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente (saltó la luz) y rápidamente acudió el dueño de la casa a solucionar el problema. Nos obsequiaron con fruta y hortalizas frescas recién cogidas del huerto. En resumen, decir que todo ha estado perfecto y que Pepa y su marido son una pareja fabulosa y que han estado muy atentos a nosotros. Sin duda repetiremos!! Gracias también a la gestión de Cuboshomes, que han estado atentos y han respondido con gran rapidez a todas las cuestiones que le iba planteando. La hora de salida. Viajando con niños pequeños, como fue nuestro caso, Tuvimos que darles el madrugón para dejar la casa a las 10 de la mañana. Por lo demás no hay nada que mejorar, pues todo fue fabuloso.

Lo que más destacamos es la limpieza. Fuimos un grupo de 12 adultos y 5 niños pequeños (entre ellos un bebé) y todos estamos muy contentos, no descartamos la opción de volver a repetir. Los dueños de la casa son muy amables y atentos. Está equipada de TODO. Llevábamos paellera y ollas grandes y no hacía falta, en la casa hay de todo. Tiene cuatro contenedores de reciclaje dentro de la casa y cuatro cubos grandes fuera para poder reciclar. Todos los detalles que se puedan imaginar. Cuando llegamos todos coincidíamos en que en persona es mejor que en fotos, y ya en fotos no está mal. Se me olvidó un par de cosas en la casa a la salida y la dueña no dudó en hacer por vernos y me lo devolvió enseguida. Lo mejor para los niños el parque privado que tienen, lo pasaron genial. Gracias a Pepa y a su marido por atendernos y tratarnos tan bien.
