The worst experience on check in hotel room in my life time

Distance from beach and shoplot. Easy to find food

- facility about to run down. Heater almost cair, never changed - Arrived there at 4 pm, awaited at counter almost 10 minutes, no receptionist. After a while, kluar makcik kaunter said that bilik wasnt ready. - before booked this hotel, theres no family room available. So we booked deluxe according to biggest size memandangkan theres no family room - mak cik kaunter told us that room wasnt ready yet however she already offered us family room that also didnt ready, claimed that she will give us discount. And if we dont want the family room, she can give us side to side room which also not ready - she told us that her cleaner mc for today, only 1 person left which is nothing to do with us - she also fine us with Rm30 per head because we come with 4 adult and kids - we feel bad and didnot want to argue so we agree with the deal. - at night she offered us family room at 9pm, for free but we did not want the room because my kids already tired to pack things and move to other room -this afternoon, when we r ready to check out at 11.30 am, she keep on provoking us. She wants the reason why we did not want to move.She said that with annoyed face. My mood is spoiled already on the second we arrived and thats it i will never come back to Ombak In anymore

На одну ночь, что останавливался вполне подойдет этот вариант. Соотношении цены/качества считаю оптимальным.

Уютный отель с удобным расположением. Чистое постельное белье и удобные кровати. В номере бегают милые гекончики ) Рядом с отелем с утра кормят птиц-носорогов.

Номера нуждаются в косметическом ремонте и в обновлении мебели. Душевая стойка не удобная и не имеет надежной фиксации.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCES AND SURELY WILL NOT REPEATED AGAIN

- THE ONLY THINGS THAT MADE US THINGKING IT'S VALUEBLE TO STAY HERE IS THAT THE NEAREST DISTANCE TO THE BEACH JUST 200M.

- I BOOKED DIFF ROOM (FAMILY SUITE ROOM FOR 2ROOM) BUT END UP THEY GAVE ME DIFF ROOM (SINGLE ROOM WITH QUEEN BED AND ATTACHED TO THE OTHER ROOM). - EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM IS NOT COMPLETED AND YOU NEED TO ASK FOR THE ITEMS- LIKE KETTLES/SEJADAH/CUP /SPOON/ TV- NOT FUNCTIONING AS LONG AS THE FRIDGE TOO. - NOT PROVIDED US ANY INSTANT COFFEE/MILO, ETC (YOU NEED TO BUY IT BY YOURSELF) -IF YOU CAME WITH THE NO OF PEOPLES BELOW THAN 10, JUST FORGET ABOUT THE BREAKFAST -THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED YOU BREAKFAST TOO. - WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING AND QUESTION TO ASK, THE OWNER OR STAFF NOT IN THEIR POSITION TO HELP AND SERVE YOU (RECEPTION COUNTER)

Best stay in Malaysia so far, you actually get what's shown in the pictures & more.

This was by far the best room we have stayed in so far in Malaysia, the chalet number 17 was amazing, mini fridge, kettle large comfy bed. Nice tiled floor was immaculate. Drying rack, & comfy outside chairs. The staff were polite and engaging, gave some good information about the area. Great stay thank you. This was the first of many places we have stayed that actually gave you what you had booked & more.

Best place to stay for creating the memories

The location is very strategic, walking distance to the beach, restaurant & chocolate shop. Water running so fast yet very easy to remove the sand that stick to the swimming suit

All good.. it’s reliable with the price for budget people

Fair enough to us and affordable.

Walking distance to the beach, a lot of nearby eateries, self service laundry and next to motorcycle rent service provider.

TV have no channel/ signal in room 5, the plug socket for the jug kettle was unreachable since the wire was way too short.

Charming rustic chalets secluded but just 40 yds from the beach…wots not to like…? 😎

Basic olde beach bungalow style rooms at a great price in rustic style with plenty of greenery…Nani is a lovely lady a great host ☺️

Frogs barking by the pond at night can get abit loud but also adds to the charm

There was an overbooking and i could not check in my already paid room. And booking.com charged me with a cancellation. On top of that, i had to pay for another room, so that wasnt fun.

We checked in quite late around 430pm n was given another room not to our expectation as in the picture. Instead of double bed we had twin beds and mine was soft in the centre but anyway had a good sleep bcos I was very tired. My hubby's mattress was a new one so no complaints. The socket to the plug was too short. I had to put it up on a lamp shade and luckily it was strong enough to hold the tray with the kettle on it. Haha, should have taken a photo. Oh! My hubby found a few ants crawling on the white bedsheet. Someone must have eaten on the bed before us. Anyway, all killed. These are what we didn't like. Everything was alright lah. No worries. We like it anyway.

Got it for last minute.. price wise ok..

The chalet was dirty, dusty, noisy. The bathroom shower was broken. When u turn on, it will splash water to yr face.. bed was hard n the chalet has 1 awful smell. Like old dusty room smell..

Nice and quiet location

Quiet place close to the beach, nice place to stay

Everything perfect if you don't expect any luxury. Only negative thing, the people use the plants as ashtray and no one removes the sigarettes.

Beware. Scam hotel

The price in website is RM92 and when I reached there the receptionist called her boss and said it's a mistake. And booking.com just simply set price which is too low. They asked me to pay rm160. Since it was fasting month and rare taxis around I have no choice. Tired and beat from the travel I just keep one eye closed and paid for it. Booking.com should ban this hotel as they didn't abide to the rules stated.

Walking distance to beach & laundry place

They ask for additional charges (the differences between Booking.Com price & their original price!!! This is so not acceptable!!!! They informed it is not fair for them when Booking.com charge cheaper then their exact rate.. n there's no remark there will be additional charges n we feel cheated!!! We supposed to pay only RM227+ . But when checked in we have to pay RM275+.. Even the receptionist even threaten us, 'if u don't agree it's ok, u can cancel the booking!!' They claimed already brought this to OTA (online travel agent), but no action taken. I'm a hotelier too so i know how it works.. Definitely not staying with them again..
