Ottima posizione

La struttura ha camere molto grandi e spaziose. La posizione è ottimale, vicinissima al centro e circa 15 minuti dal porto. In una zona tranquilla la sera

Il bagno è veramente troppo piccolo per un appartamento che può contenere 7 persone, le camere sono un po’ spoglie.

Nous n'avons pas dormi dans cet hôtel car notre arrivée s'est mal passée.

Nous n'avons pas dormi dans ce lieu. Quelques minutes après notre arrivée, le gérant nous a dit que notre chienne devait toujours rester avec nous. Elle ne pouvait même pas rester seule dans la chambre, même pour 1 heure, le temps d'aller au restaurant ou faire une visite prévue. Il ne le précise pas en description de l'établissement et il nous a dit que c'était à nous de se renseigner avant d'arriver, c'est la première que cela nous arrivait... Cette situation nous a mis dans l'embarras une fois sur place, j'ai également trouvé que l'accueil et l'ambiance était assez froide. Dommage.

Horrible

The location is very convenient.

It was the worst mattress we have ever experienced. It was basically nonexistent and whenever we touched the bed we could feel the metal parts of it at the bottom. There was a very strong smell of smoke every time we entered the place even though it was not allowed and I think it was coming from someone working there and not the guests.

Per quello che si paga, può andar bene, senza troppe pretese

Posizione fantastica su via XX settembre, conveniente. Consigliata a chi viaggia per lavoro ed ha bisogno solo di un posto dove dormire in centro

Camera poco curata, c’è il giusto necessario all’interno. Le pareti sono un cimitero di zanzare (non c’è aria condizionata, se per il caldo si aprono le finestre di notte è una vera e propria battaglia).

Overpriced sketchy room.

The room was quiet and well isolated. The place is in a nice main street.

The dude we wrote to was rude and inflexible about check-in hours. He told us if we got there after 23:00 we couldn't get in the room and we would still have to pay. Getting there at that time was difficult for us because we depended on trains. Eventually we paid a more expensive train to get there in time. We arrived at the place and called the man. He arrived 10 mins late, and checked-in another couple before us (we got there before them) and then took us to a different location, sketchier, to check us in. Gave us little to no information and left in a rush. And we know its august but 105 euros for a single night, without breakfast and without a private bathroom , and this kind of treatment is WAY too much.

All ok, except the AC es not working proper.

Location is fantastic.

A/C was not working properly. We have changed our room particularly for this purpose. But was not cool enough.

Great location 👌

Place in the heart of the city, great location. Very clean rooms. Had minor difficulties with doors. Trying to open with keys was a bit hard. Otherwise, lovely stay, shared bathroom, very comfortable

Sadly, it was very hot. We had a fan, but with super high ceilings, it wasn't super affective. Also being in the city opening windows proved very loud with emergency services, street cleaners, etc

-without air conditioning, outside was are very hot and the fans are not enough and at night you cannot leave the windows open for cooling because the street is very noisy - not clean enough

Good for the money

The location is perfect, communication was quick, everything looked clean, we could even leave the luggage after check out. Spacious room with all basics including a shared iron. We were there in summer and the room had a quiet fan, it also had a fridge to keep our water cold and a kettle. They provided an plug-in devise for mosquitos, extra blankets and towels. The room didn't face the street so it was quiet.

The mattress is a bit old. The accommodation is more like an apartment with shared bathroom so the doorbell or even people chatting at the entrance was heard in the room, I'd advise people to be mindful with others and keep bathroom as tidy as possible and avoid excessive chatting in the common areas.

Clean space, friendly and uncomplicated staff and processes.

No check-in before 16:00. Bathroom small, not very comfortable and shared with three rooms, you have to plan in quite some waiting time, and you can here the others flushing and showering if you're in the room next to it.

Very good location. Easy to find and near the Brignole station and where we wanted to go.

Very late check in and early check out. Did we pay only to sleep? A shared bathroom? Not even a hook to hang our clothes on? A cracked mirror?

Friendly staff and good location Clean bathroom but only one that 3 different rooms share so it does get busy

Very loud since its right by the streets Beds were uncomfortable and since its two single beds pushed together you can sleep in the ”middle” of the bed
