Brilliant

Met on arrival by Anastasia who is the most lovely person, very helpful. House is in centre of the pedestrianised village next to great cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Even so, it was fairly quiet in the room. 1 minute walk to the beach. Great wifi, nice patio. Tiny ‘kitchen’, good to make a cuppa, not much more but who needs to with all that’s around.

everything was great

Great location on the main street of the village less then 1 minute walk from beach and lots of taverns, studio with a nice private terrace. Anastasia is a very welcoming, helpful and friendly host. I had a wonderful time.

wonderful place to relax...

The location is excellent. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach. The owner was available every day and took exemplary care of our needs and the cleanliness of the apartments. We will definitely come back here :-)))

it's in a very good location, room is a nice size , rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable, ideal for our two nights

the down side for this room, is the balcony was at the back, but for two nights wasn't really a issue

Perfect relaxing base for beach holiday in Agios Nikitas.

Perfect location in heart of village of Agios Nikitas,surrounded by Tavernas and shops and village life.Fantastic beaches are in walking distance.Anastasia was perfect hostess.Room cosy and comfortable with balcony overlooking main street.Would stay again!

Could be quite noisy early in morning with workmen busy before it gets hot.Recommend earplugs.Took several days to get laundry done as there is no service in village and has to be sent to Lefkada Town.

Located in the heart of Agios Nikitas, with the most amazing host Anastasia. Thanks for everything! The tiny studio is clean, cute and can meet all your basic needs, it is quiet and centrally located.

The mattress/pillows should be improved, but that is a common practice with similar price ranged places around Greece.

Best for a budget to enjoy your time on the island

Good choice for a budget, close to some incredible beaches in Lefkada (Milos at 30 min walk and Pefkoulia at 5 min drive; wild and incredible). The room was very quiet, very clean, and with privacy. If you don't like light early in the morning, they have outdoor blackout shutters, to sleep like in a cave. This is a budget accomodation so don't expect fancy rooms. The owner is very helpful and will support you in having a great holiday. Thank you, Anastasia! :)

Superb

Yes we like so much. Do owner Anastasia is really kind and hospitable. She give us umvrella and beach seats when we needed. The lockation is perfect,the apartament is in the downtown next to the shops and restorants!

Exceptional

We spend 7 days at this property with 2 years old boy, Anastasia is great host she give us all the answers we need like good places to visit, where to exchange money etc. Also she provide umbrella and beach chairs for us for free so we can enjoy the sea which is 50m from this property, she ask if we need anything every morning like changing the towels throwing out the trash or replace the beddings. The wifi is great ! Great value for your money!

Like you can see in the description the parking for your car is 100m+ away from the property, you can take your car to the entrance to load or unload your bags but you can't leave it there, this can cause litle trouble if you plan to drive every day, however if you rent bike or a scooter this is perfect place you can park it at the property

Anastasia is very friendly and helpful host. She waited for us until midnight and organize a taxi from bus station. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops and yet is really quiet there.

I advise this if you want to be only in Agios Nikitas and you don't have high expectations.

The apartment is in the center of Agios Nikitas. Lovely place with a lovely mainstreet. The beach, the markets, shops and the restaurants are very close. Our host, Anastasia is very kind and helpful. The beach is beautiful.

The accomodation is very small and narrow. There is a bed, not the best but we can sleep. The neighbours are so noisy and nobody warn them. If your room is in the back, with garden view you look a demolished house. They trying to hide. The balcony is good, large but the kitchen is there with a fridge. Unfortunately the kitchen equipments are not so clear. The bathroom is very small and the door wants to fall. If you want some hot water you have to switch on 15 minutes before having a bath. You can parking at the highway that is so far from the apartment. It is hard to bring the luggage and bags between. This apartment is good if you want the be only in Agios Nikitas and you don't have high expectations.
