Nestled at the foot of Lookout Mountain, Ani Cabin offers a private hot tub, furnished back deck, covered front deck with a charcoal grill, and a shared fire pit. It accommodates 6 guests and has a main bedroom, a sleeping loft, and built-in bunk beds.

Named after Frank & Nicole's daughter, Ani Cabin is equipped with everything you could ever need to make the most of your time in Chattanooga at Wauhatchie Woodlands.

Chattanooga is a city known for its railroads. There are active train tracks that border the property to the north and I-24 is about half a mile away. Please note that light sleepers may be affected by the ambient city and train noise. Each cabin has been equipped with a white noise machine to help minimize any disturbance. Stone's throw from Ruby Falls. Perfect size for me and my wife. Close to several trail heads and attractions, but still felt like we were outside Chattanooga. Will likely stay again when visiting the area. Secure and safe area. Really no complaints. Cabin was clean and free of bugs. Comfortable and cool during the day and in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay…our 3 boys loved the loft and the hot tub (and playing on the tennis courts down the way). The directions were clear and easy for check in/check out. We will definitely go back if we go back to Chattanooga.

We loved staying here! The hot tub and basketball court kept my son (and me) happy when we weren't out exploring the surrounding city. This place is in a great location and makes it easy to get to places around Chattanooga. We will definitely be back again.

We have stayed here a few times and every single stay we enjoy ourselves! The cabins are right across from rock city and ruby falls. There is a Publix right down the street and the hot tubs or the one cabin with a pool are always kept extremely clean! You can also purchase firewood for 5 bucks My tv stopped working and the maintenance crew that stopped by were the nicest people and were able to fix it immediately! This place is an absolute must when coming to Chattanooga!

The place was so nice. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I wasn’t to sure how we’d like it because of the reviews of the train sounds. But I found it to be relaxing and not loud at all. They do have sound mechanics. But we didn’t use it. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. This place is must if you haven’t been. Also Rock city and Ruby Falls is less than 10 mins from here. Very convenient.!

We stayed 3 nights over fall break and had a wonderful time. There alwas plenty of room for my husband and i, our two daughters and our dog. We enjoyed walks, having our own private deck and hot tub and being 10min or pess from downtown chattanooga.

Everything was amazing! My family and I had a great time… Every tourist attraction was super close (7-11 minutes away). Management (Jake) was very nice and super helpful. 100% recommend, the cabin was very cozy and clean. Thank you, would love to go back sometime.

Our review is just based on a one night stay in ANI cabin. Everything really was excellent and wish we had more time to explore and enjoy it. The inside was pretty immaculate, only “complaint” is that we had to sweep and knock down a lot of cobwebs and dust on the outside. But we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to others. Really great location!

Great time had by all. We enjoyed the feeling of seclusion while still being close to everything. The kids loved the hiking trails and being able to explore the property. Everything was just as advertised. Already considering a return trip.

Had a wonderful time in the Ani cabin. So close to Lookout Mountain and Downtown Chattanooga. Nice quiet mini home away from home.

Stayed four nights. Great location. Clean. Everything worked great. Hot tub was great after long days walking/hiking. Weather was great for grilling out in evening. Beds were really comfortable. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This place is great for the family! Close to all the sights. Very responsive hosts. Anything you need they make every effort possible to accommodate. Very clean property even though they are currently expanding. Highly recommend for families, couples, and even solo travelers!

This cabin was so cute. We really enjoyed our stay. The six of us fit just right. You are closer to neighbors than the pictures show, but it was fine with us. Great for one night. Very clean.

This was the 2nd unit we’ve stayed at and this location was much quieter than the previous one (which was right next to the train tracks in all fairness). Both were clean and had everything we needed! I brought my dog and she loved the little hikes and walks we went on. Very friendly to pets! Bed was extremely comfortable and the oven was big enough to hold my 11x13 casserole dish which was a bonus (we ate in every night). We will definitely continue staying here whenever in Chattanooga!

I have nothing negative to say about this cabin. It is small and cozy, so not a lot of space and individual privacy within your group; however, it was a very nice little cabin. I would stay there again.

We stopped and stayed here on our way to Florida. We were only there for less than 24 hrs, but it was super cute, clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. I’d love to come back and stay longer sometime!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We were concern about the size before arrival, however it turned out to be perfect! Great communication with written directions from opening the door to using the remote controlled features in the cabin.
