Location

We arrived at a three bedroom villa booked with 3 children. Very helpful staff, check-in was quick. However, it was impossible to stay in the villa we booked due to strong odors of dampness and probably the effects of smoking. The smell was especially strong in the children's bedrooms on the first floor. The hotel administration offered another villa as a replacement, which turned out to be in good condition. However, the services offered at the time of booking was either unavailable or impossible. There was no personal butler and cook. Breakfast had to be ordered 12 hours in advance in the evening. Breakfasts consisted of different types of scrambled eggs and omelettes, low-quality pastries, low-quality coffee and Cambodian dishes, which were served differently each time (apparently due to the lack of some ingredients. They also used margarine instead of butter. The jams were the cheapest they could be. One day, the hotel staff took away all the cutlery during cleaning. We asked to urgently bring at least some cutlery, since the children were hungry after the excursion. The distance from the hotel kitchen to the villa is no more than 2 minutes. The cutlery arrived half an hour later. It is clear that the hotel staff is trying to do a good job, but the organization of service in the hotel is unacceptable.

Die Ruhe und Schönheit der ganzen parkähnlichen Anlage, der sehr freundliche und gute Service des Teams rund um die Uhr, besonderes von Sarem, unserer persönlichen Ansprechpartnerin, haben uns sehr gefallen! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, den sauberen Pool, die große Frühstücksauswahl und die tägliche Tea-Time mit immer neuen leckeren Kleinigkeiten sehr genossen!

Wir hätten von Anfang an eine längere Zeit buchen sollen- so haben wir vor Ort verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat!

Wonderful！

Even though it is located in the city center, the grounds are full of nature and it was very pleasant to take a walk before breakfast. The breakfast menu offered a choice of Cambodian and Western cuisine. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed swimming every day. The butler, Avon, was very helpful, responsive, and trustworthy, and I felt comfortable being able to reach her 24 hours a day via Instagram messages. It takes about 20 minutes by tuktuk from the hotel to Angkor Wat, so on the last morning I was able to see Angkor Wat at sunrise without a guide. Thank you so much.

Superb

Rice fields inside the hotel territory, very beautiful specious villas, good restaurant. Quite location, but quite far away from the town. Although, hotel’s tuk-tuk was always available.

2-room villa had one bedroom on the first floor and another on the second. If you are traveling with babies it may be sometimes not comfortable, as the entrance to the second floor is outside of the building.

Wonderful experience, would happily stay here again!

The staff were wonderfully warm and attentive, and took care of our every need. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and incredibly green, despite being in reasonable proximity to the city centre and attractions like Angkor Wat. The villas are huge but well appointed, and we had a very comfortable stay.

Great retreat-like hotel with great amenities, greenery and amazing staff

We had a wonderful stay at Mane Family Vacation. We got very spacious villa with a full kitchen where we could prepare our baby food. The hotel is extremely beautiful with a lovely pool, playground for the kids, a trampoline and lakes. In addition they have a great spa with many different massage and treatment options. The place feels like a retreat. Honestly. And finally, the staff!!! They are really the best staff ever. They are super kind, helpful and very well organised. They created a WhatsApp group when we arrived and helped us with everything we needed. They helped us to arrange transportation, transfers and tuk tuks among many other stuff. The hotel is located in a perfect location as it is not far from The city center ( 5 min by Tuk Tuk). We were happy to not be that close from the city as the hotel has not noise at all. I love this hotel. Hope to come back!

An amazing place to experience Cambodia and enjoy the tranquility.

The location of the villa was incredible set in lush greenland yet a stones sthrow away from the main street but you could never guess that. It is peaceful and relaxing with so much greenery around. Our children were riding the bikes around the complex. The food was great. Breakfast consisted of many varieties and I loved the vegetable noodles in the morning with ginger tea.

There was building work taking place nearby and they would work until a little later into the night. It didnt disturb us as such but the thought of having it nearby was a little offputting. In the great scheme of things, it wasnt something that would deter me from coming again to this villa.

Beautiful hotel with extraordinarily friendly staff, ideal for our stay in Siem Reap.

Excellent breakfast, especially local dishes. The hotel is very charming, with a huge wonderful tropical garden. Staff was very friendly.

Beautiful people, comfortable villa and serene environment.

We had a family group of seven from 8yo to 75yo. We stayed at the Palm Villa in Mane Family Vacation. The experience had been amazing. The staffs were attentive to details and addressed our every need. Special callout to Lxn the resort staff who is our one stop Centre and responded to us real time, and to Sitha the driver who had been super polite, always smiling and kept us safe on the road with his superb driving skills. Certainly highly recommended!

Perfect to relax after a long day touring Angkor Wat

Vast compound, clam and quiet and green. Very friendly staff. Big Villa nicety nicely decorated. During our stay Savon has taken care of any requests we had. very kind and very helpful care by Savon was very helpful. Absolutely recommendable. We worked here remote as well for one day…good WIFI

Unexpected Oasis close to downtown

The whole area of the Mane family vacation is like an unexpexted oasis in Siem Reap. Daily intensive work keeps it very beautieful and neat. Even more impressive is the unbelievable friendly and supportive staff, which supported with any request. Our kids felt at home after less than 24 hours due to that.

In general nothing, but that we only could afford the stay with off season prices. But worth every Dollar.

Amazing place!

Beautiful place in Siem Reap. Big garden with gorgeous plants and flowers everywhere. We stayed in the private Villa with pool by the lake and loved it. Total privacy and cozy home. Clean and good products in the bathroom (girlfriend was happy). They opened up a whatsapp group chat for us. This way we were in contact 24/7 and could request anything we wanted. Always quick respone and super service. Our man Bobby and the entire crew did an incredible job. Special thank you again! Another thank you goes out to the kitchen chef. It was the best food we had so far in cambodia and we‘ll miss it for sure. We had our own pool but we enjoyed staying at the public pool as well. We were almost alone the entire stay and had time to fully relax. You can also go on tours, take a tuctuc to the city or use the spa for a massage. Sadly we only stayed for two nights. Next time we‘ll stay for longer and maybe come back with more people. The other villas are very big and spacious and for sure make up for a great vacation in a bigger group or big family. 10/10!

It's a right spot to switch off your brain for the weekends. You can trust to their stuff and they are really helpful including their quick reaction to any of your needs! Rooms are perfect and outside area...ah.. just need to come here once! P.S. grab your nice outfits to make a cool pictures because here's a lot of spots with a nice natural green background! Good place to spend a weekend with a big family, kids or even wedding holidays cos you can get really great pictures of your wedding/anniversary for the long time memories 😊

A wonderful and relaxing stay at Mane Family Vacatio

We were in paradise thanks to the Mane team who where helpful to make our 5 nights stay memorable ! We were lucky to be upgraded in a Villa with a private swimming pool. The place is huge so the villas are well separated from each other’s. We loved the atmosphere of the place with nature, birds, butterflies, rice fields : it was like heaven ! The manager and his team are the best and we really recommend this hotel if you are coming in Siem Reap.

Beautiful holiday place and lovely staff

A very a lovely place to relax and have holiday. The rooms smells so good, clean, nicely decorated, and we just love all the small details placed for our comfort. The furniture are all of Cambodian culture, with a nod to technology and modern comfort. The property located in a very strategic place with easiness of transport to the center of city. Private tuktuk are standing by within the premise, ready to take us anywhere with great service and great English. Upon arrival we were welcomed with staff with golf carts which takes us to the restaurant area to check in, giving a personalized welcome. The whole staff there were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was top standard!

A perfect find for our family of 6!

We adored our stay here and can’t recommend it enough! The facilities were excellent and property is gorgeous. We loved being a bit outside the hustle and bustle but happy to be just a quick and cheap Tuk Tuk away from all we needed. Staff is unmatched in their attentiveness and service is 5 stars! They were great with our 3 children and made us feel like family! we laughed and joked with them and really enjoyed having them share their light with us. 🙏

Charming location in a beautiful garden. Very efficient service and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Villas are very nice.

The hotel is not within walking distance of the city center but there is a very efficient and fast tuk tuk service. Services offered are quite more expensive than the average in the area.

Beautiful and green 🍃

The setting in a beautiful park is spectacular and would make a great place for weddings or family occasions. While the rest of Siem Reap is treeless and dusty, this is a beautiful green oasis. The villas are spacious and comfortable. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind, and booking, airport transfer and everything else went smoothly. They helped us organise our trips which are a bit pricey but the guide was very knowledgeable the and drivers/cars were good. Food is delicious.

SIEM REAP HIDEAWAY

The staff and the food are excellent. The staff are exceptionally helpful, courteous and always smiling. The food was fresh, tasty and aromatic. The villa was comfortable, roomy and relaxing. We really enjoyed the salt water pool set among the trees. The grounds are well maintained and well worth a stroll or bike ride.

The kitchen could have been cleaner.
