The location is perfect, the gardens are beautiful, and the staff are awesome. Special thanks to Mrs. Nubia, Zayra and Sebastián, they were really wonderful to us, they even gave us tips for tourism around the area. The spa session was really healing for me. Going during a low season was perfect, I even had the swimming pool just for myself.
I think the rooms and linen need some renewal, specially the bathroom.

The perfect place for our focused 5 day workshop (small team). The staff looked after us really well and food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, plus kitchen made an effort to create vegetarian meals. The water pump broke down for 2 days, which meant certain parts of the hotel were without water. However hotel did everything possible to enable showers at requested times of the day.

in general this hotel stands for the open spaces and green areas. the waitress and cleaning ladies were very helpful
the shower in the villa Ángela (family room) was not working properly since the moment we arrive, we reported and no one gave a solution to the problem. it was leaking water all night and we had difficulties to take a shower. we had to take care of the problem ourselves to be able to
sleep. manger kept saying that there was no maintenance crew available which was increíble for this 4 star hotel.the manager did not want to compensate our inconveniences at the time of
checkout neither changed our room. he just said “Que pena” ( I am sorry). for the money we paid and the general tourism courtesy, we found the management of the issue very innapropiate

We had a very nice stay! The pool area is great for lounging, having a cocktail, and swimming - both as adults and kids. The pool is deeper than most kids can stand (although with a very shallow border area toddlers can wade in), but the two jacuzzi tubs (one that they heat at night) offered another comfortable space to hang out.
They should upgrade their small playground, and that would provide another nice kid space, but overall, very nice!

The place was perfect to rest and have a relaxing weekend. The bed was comfortable, the room had a nice view.
The breakfast size was small and we had to get out to find something else to eat and the water for the hot tub was blocked so we had to wait until the receptionist came to open it.
Otherwise it was pretty nice.

Location, nice swimming pool
I enjoyed my stay, just want to mention some opportunities to improve: No cable tv in my room. A tiny leak of clean water from my washbasin keept the bathroom wet... They didn't give me a proper receipt of my payment. It would be nice to have more snacks options from the restaurant...

In general the hotel is good, little bit dirty the room that we stayed. We found cockroaches and few insects around the toilet and the room.
The room was dirty, as said before we found cockroaches and insects. The room that they offer “standard “ didn’t include hot water and A/C so we paid extra money $50AU for have better room that was not fair. The guy who was doing the check in said that is not his fault, the fault is for booking that don’t permit to put “how is real room” , so to be honest that is cheated. Also he looks like “ironic person” with false smile and a little bit berk.

The scenery with nature, and nice buildings
The restaurant service was limited, this includes the included breakfast that was very standard and small

The swimming pool and food at the on-site restaurant are great.
There was a huge party going on until around 3am on a neighboring property.

It was very comfortable with lots of lounging possibilities. There were many places to relax— inside and outside. And, we were very impressed with the restaurant service and food. The chef really tried hard to create a memorable meal. Breakfasts and dinners are quite tasty and the menu is original.
It definitely wasn’t the fault of the property, but one night there was party music until very late. This was outside the property.

Location was perfect for us, the hotel is small and Javier the handy man goes out of his way to help you out
Ruben the manager was very abrupt, he assume we should know the Colombian legislation with regards to id for minors, as we were travelling with our 5 year son he said we must show his id or were not allowed to stay.
It is a 3 starts hotel but they could have a check list to make sure that the bits they have actually work.
We do not travel with passports in Colombia as it is our id to leave the country and I would never go around the country with them. We only had our Colombian id for adults but were unaware that you needed id for small children.
The safe in the room did not work and there was a cockroache on it. The side lamp had exposed live electrical cable, the control remotes for the TV and the fan did not have batteries and they had to fixed the hot water in the shower.

The Pool with attached heated jacuzzi and cocktail bar, the rooom was fabulous, and the place is overall great for couples i think and everyone looking for peace, relax, and privacy.
The Place is best enjoyed if you have your own car as it's far from the city and pretty much everything but really worth the money.
One tiny thing. This place would be an absolute 10 if they could expand their choice of food, the menu in general. Wouldn't take much and i think it would greatly increase a guest's experience.

Staff was professional and very kind and helpful also by sharing tips and recommendations about the region and food. The place is very clean and green; COVID-19 protocol was also well respected by the staff. Swimming pool was clean (proper products used in the mornings). Everything very correct and well prepared to receive guests!
Unfortunately, otherwise a very nice ambiance, was interrupted by noisy parties organised next door with extremly loud music unitl very late. The owner tried everything possible to stop the party but with no success; not the fault of this lovely place but it did not make our stay calm and enjoyable. Also, it is recommended to choose the room located more inside the property as to avoid the noise of cars from the street. Breakfast was average considering the price per night.

The good work of mostly working women. I admired how proficient and diligent Paulina, Olga and Patricia perform to attend the customers and keep the property tidy, clean and well organized. Congratulations to the administrator and all his/her team. They are of professional standing.
Spotty wi-fi , but solved it by moving to areas inside property where signal reception was stronger.

It’s a pretty good benefit x cost option with a nice pool and facilities
