It was comfortable with good quality mattresses and worked well even with 7 of us staying. Our host was very helpful answering several questions in advance. Also very kind in leaving extras such as milk, cereals, orange juice - thank you
All good

Me and family were amazed by the house. It was so clean and beautiful. We had an amazing time there. The location itself is accesible to grocery shops(tesco superstore, aldi)and some restaurants. Most importantly, it is 25 minutes away from ALTON towers. The house is so homey and kids loved it. They dont want to go home and asked me if we could stay few more days,I wish!. I would like to thank you guys for the cereals, pringles, juice, milk and soda and chocolates. Thank you and we will definetly come back. Cheers!

Great location for alton towers and waterworld in a very quiet and safe area. The house was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The house itself had everything that was needed and more. They left some milk, juice, cereal and chocs which was a great after a long drive before heading to the shops which Tesco, aldi and mc ds are a 3 minuite drive away. We loved it so much we wanted to stay longer but it was booked up. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. Would definitely return again.

We stayed here Monday to Friday 2 adults and 4 kids house was perfect for what we needed. Was a nice touch from owners of property to leave cereal, milk, fresh orange juice and a bottle of coke and tub of pringles for you arriving.there is also other little bits and bobs in cupboards tin foil, tea bags and coffee ect. 25min drive to Alton towers perfect location for this. There is a Tesco 5 mins away and a Macdonald's and pub to get food aswell great location.
Only fault we could say was showers leaked a bit even when we closed shower door properly and one day we ended up with cold water for showers in the morning. apart from this it was a great place to stay.

Lovely home, clean and tidy. The hosts were lovely and left a wee welcome package and cereal for the kids, milk and juice.

Spaciois house.
Master bedroom was very comfortable. The bed was amazing. I had a great night's sleep.
The hosts had left chocolates, cereal and milk etc which was very handy.
The shower in the en suite. Even although I had closed the door as stated it still leaked a little.
4.0
Good location, supermarket and restaurant's close by.
Very well equipped and comfortable furniture and beds etc.
Welcome pack was great touch and appreciated.
All in all, it's a great place to stay and only 20 minutes to Alton towers.
Just some minor points and not complaining.
Only 1 shelf to oven, hard to cook for 6.
En suite shower leaks to hallway, even though shower door was closed as per message in en suite.
Heating didn't come on and had to reset the boiler. Some information on heating may be helpful if any issues arise.

It was a lovely place to stay, close enough to Alton towers. Very clean and beautifully presented throughout.
The owners were very quick to respond to any queries and solve any issues.
Milk and orange juice in the fridge on our arrival was a lovely touch as were the small breakfast cereals.
4.5
Great location for a weekend at Alton Towers just 20mins away and was like a home from home
4.0
large, comfortable, good parking, had everything we needed, close to McDonald’s/Aldi/Tesco.
Too noisy - all the floorboards were extremely creaky which woke you up at night if people got up. Fixtures and fittings getting a bit old and dated. No proper curtains in two bedrooms so really bright in the morning.

This house was very warm and welcoming and in a great location for driving to Alton Towers. We couldn't fault a thing.

Lovely house great location all clean and easy to find
Space for loads of people and has everything you would need
The shower in the main bathroom we couldn't seem to get working in regards to the hot tap as it was nothing but freezing but it was at least freshing to have in the morning
4.5
Nice and clean. Suited the needs of our employees.

Plenty of space in the house, and nice and warm in very cold weather. A selection of groceries for breakfast was left for us which we appreciated.

was immaculately clean, very spacious & the owners even left milk, juice & a bottle of coke & sweets for the kids which we thought was a nice touch
nothing really the hot water went off but that was just down to the kids all having a bath & is not knowing how to use the boiler so nothing really

Very well organised.
No negatives, all good.

The location is perfect for Alton Towers, just 23 minutes away.
We loved this beautiful and thoroughly clean house and really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property such as milk, juice and Diet Coke in the fridge and a selection of cereals, chocolates and crisps.
The house is really well maintained and we wanted for nothing.
Nothing, it was perfect and we hope to return next year
3.5
The house was spacious, clean and in a nice/quiet area. Got free cereal/milk that we didn't use, we also got juice and diet cola which we used.
No Netflix, with the price you pay I would have thought you get free netflix. Last year I paid half the price for an apartment in leek for Alton towers and got netflix and more toilet rolls. No pressure to shower, double bed was really 2 single beds joined together, not enough toilet paper.

The location was great, it was a very nice and calm neighbourhood
Everything was so good I have nothing to say for improvements

Lovely house in a perfect location for our weekend in Alton Towers. Lots of nice little extras on arrival. Comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be staying here again if we are visiting the area.q

How clean it was and very spacious ,
The showers
Both are needing work carried out to improve the water pressures. Couldn't use the one in the family bathroom

The beds were the comfiest beds I've ever slept in whilst away. The house was immaculate, it was very cosy too with plenty of space. The owners left us milk, juice, a bottle of drink, chocolates and cereal which was really appreciated.
2.5
Nice roomy house, quiet and good base for activities we had planned.
Mixer tap on shower didn't work so shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Other shower had mold and other people's hair on walls. Place generally needs a deeper clean to remove dust and cobwebs etc. Some of the window coverings could do with being upgraded as don't cover full window and do little to block out light.
4.5
The room is neatly arranged, have everything you need for stay
There's something wrong with the hot water in the shower
4.5
Great base for our family trip to Alton Towers. spotlessly clean and hosts were very helpful. they kindly left tea/coffee milk cereal and juice other bits which was a lovely touch. modern and comfortable furnishings and facilities.
only minor but the 2 twin bedrooms only have vertical blinds (no curtains) so unfortunately the kids were up as soon as it was light at 4.30am 🙄

lovely and clean, very spacious - perfect

Nice an easy.
The shower an sink in the en-suite need looking at. Both start to fill up while using.

The house is detached and is in a small, very quiet cul-de-sac. There is plenty of room for everyone with a selection of rooms to choose from. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
The window frames let in quite a lot of air which can make the house feel cold.
4.5
The owner had left milk, cereal, coffee, tea and a few other bits. It was a nice bonus when we arrived late and didn't want to go in search of milk for the next morning.
The instructions to retrieve the key were precise and easy to follow.
The house was immaculate. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The cupboards were well stocked with had everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The beds were very comfortable, sheets were so soft and crisp white.
The location was great! The nearest Tesco was 0.6 miles away. There were restaurants very close by (walkable). Alton Towers is a 15-20 min drive through beautiful countryside. It is in a great position for Peak Wildlife Park, World of Wedgwood, Trentham Monkey Forest, Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, National Forest Adventure Farm and so much more.
There were lots of games for the children and books on the shelf.
Thank you for a very comfortable, clean, self catering property which was in a very convenient location. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this place.
Everything was absolutely fantastic. Just one suggestion would be - looking at the shower in the main bathroom. It is fine if you want a quick rince, but if you have long, thick hair it was challenging. The temperature is temperamental and difficult to reach the perfect level. However, There was also a shower in the ensuite and a lovely long bath.

Lovely place, had everything we needed. Appreciated the little touches, the welcome pack, the bathroom products. Great location, really close to good roads, amenities and Alton Towers.
Only the squeaky floors upstairs!
5.0
The main purpose for our stay was visiting Alton Towers - 20 minute drive which was great. The size of the house made out stay all the easier, having 4 bedrooms which is difficult to find. The house was also great value for money.
