The desk people carried my bag up the stairs for me
It was pretty close to the zocalo area although it turned out to be in the red light district
On a VERY noisy highway type of street
Our curtains were broken
There were no blankets, only very scratchy sheets
It smelled like Lysol cleaner

Nice personnel and close to the main square Zoocalo.
Bad smell from the draining. On the Booking.com hotel says that the parking is free of charge but it’s partially true, because the free parking is just between 8pm-10am. Outside of these hours you will be charged 20 MXN per hour.

The staff are really friendly, the room is clean, the shower has great water pressure and is hot, and they provide free bottled water.
The only small downsides are that the hotel does not have a laundry service and it is slightly far from the city centre, though it's not a big issue as Oaxaca is very walkable and taxis are also an option.

Nice staff
Floor was dirty, lots of hair and dirt

Two large queen sized beds. Plenty of hot water. Free bottled water available once we arrived into our room.
Strange smell present in our room and some of the hallways and the staircase, reminiscent of a strange smell that might be present at an ongoing construction site or something. I couldn't quite figure out what was causing it, but opened windows to help air out the room. The desk manager kind of brushed it off as being a sort of "newly available room smell", something it most certainly was not. Not unless a newly cleaned room should smell like a chemical spill of some kind.
Also, the sheets on the bed not really adequate for overnight warmth, with no comforter present at all. So thank God for the heater in the room!
(That last comment on the beds could be taken as both a complaint and a compliment since I had included both.

The hotel is great there js just one jssue
Well, the front door is always closed. If there is no hotel worker to open it u are basically locked. That is a huge safety risk.

Room is big, staff is super kind and helpful (especially at the front desk in the evenings). Air conditioning works and not too loud in the rooms (although not at all soundproofed either).
Although walkable to the centre, the location is not in a very nice area and not recommended to be out in the evenings. It is a very tall narrow building with no elevator. There are no amenities like coffee/ common sitting areas, etc. in the hotel and no minifridge or safe in the rooms. The room smelled weird - I think from a plumbing/water issue or from the water damage in the ceiling.

Great room, compy beds and we had hot water in the shower
Not the nicest area, but ok over all. A bit pricey

All workers Awesome! Room nice and big! A/c works so good you have to turn it off. Location was good to me, i walk to Centro historic 6 blocks to shop and eat. Location is locals doing what locals do in Mexico..Nice shower, hot water all the time. Over all I would stay again anytime anyday. Great place. Was nicer than a boutique Hotel I stayed in prior. Spacious and new and solid, not cheap. I'm a quality kinda guy.
Bed was a little hard for me , my only complaint. Otherwise economical and as I said above.

The staff was very helpfull.
The windows are not soundproof and it is noisy.
The accessibility to the hotel is not comfortable if travelling with elders or persons with limited mobility

Hot water. Big size room. International channels. Comfortable bed.
Doors are locked all the time (which is not a bad thing) but, if none is at the reception, you need to ring a bell and wait until someone comes down.

You can walk anywhere from here. Few blocks to Mercado. Neighborhood looks a little rough at first but then you realize it’s just common for the area. I walked back to the hotel many late late nights without feeling unsafe.

Nothing. This is an evil, corrupt place if you're a foreigner.
Wow, where to start. Located in a terrible area. Ended up with bed bugs. Got mugged by prostitutes one night. The security door for the hotel can only be opened by a buzzer behind the reception desk, where the desk clerks are constantly absent, so we found ourselves often stuck outside waiting for someone to let us in or out. Despite the claims on booking.com, the parking attendants blocked in our bikes and wouldn't let us leave until we paid them $50 for two nights, which was nearly as much as the room itself.
Then to finish the hotel stay from hell, when we went to leave, the desk clerk locked us in and wouldn't let us out. They came down and claimed that we had broken the television and owed them 8000 pesos ($400USD). I went back up to see our television smashed by what looked like a hammer. They started threatening us to pay or be arrested. It was insane and I couldn't believe the ride of extortion and corruption we were dealing with. Never again. I don't know how booking.com can allow such a horrible establishment on their website, but I feel so violated and livid. What a disgusting place. Good luck staying here if you're a foreigner who they can rip off.

Awesome price, close both to the city centre and the airport.
The street was a bit noisy.

Well basically localization, take your gun with you. Hotel is located in outskirts of centrum but there are no tourists, only locals and area is not safest one
