Een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, goede uitleg. Een zeer mooi huis, sfeervol ingericht, elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen thema. Goede faciliteiten, waaronder de Jacuzzi (veel gebruikt) en een groot gazon met (lig)stoelen. Wifi was niet snel. We zijn het hele weekend bij het huis geweest. Het is een mooie omgeving. De eigenaren doen hun best om goed te communiceren (niet alleen Frans, maar ook Nederlands en Engels).

Ontvangst was prima, accommodatie was prima en vooral voor de kleinkinderen was het zalig, grote tuin, veel plaats om te ravotten en de geitjes en de ezels kregen veel aandacht.

Het huis is een prachtig gerenoveerde boerderij. Complimenten voor de inrichting en comfort. Het dagelijks onderhoud is niet slecht maar minder dan verwacht bij het boeken van deze vakantie. De jacuzzi was niet hygiënisch en dat is spijtig. Het contact met de eigenaar was ok. Maar het contact met Belvilla vond ik ondermaats. Klantenbinding doe je ook door vertrouwen op te bouwen.

Fantastische vakantiewoning met tal van voorzieningen zoals sauna, jacuzzi, poolbiljart… De woning biedt heel veel ruimte zowel in aantal kamers, sanitaire ruimtes als woonoppervlak. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Rustig gelegen en niet al te ver van bezienswaardigheden en attracties

Op vakantie met drie koppels. Zes volwassenen en zes kinderen. De verwelkoming van de gastvrouw was hartelijk en warm, ze heeft ons een mooie rondleiding gegeven van deze woning. Binnen was alles tiptop in orde, alles netjes opgeruimd. Bedden waren ook opgemaakt en lagen zeer comfortabel. Een klein minpuntje in de keuken, bepaalde hulpmiddelen voor waren niet volledig proper. ( nog vet aanwezig op onderleggers, glazen waren niet altijd even proper,… ) Maar dit is wel muggenziften. Zowel buiten als binnen is er genoeg te doen bij een dag minder weer, je kan voetballen, badmintonnen, pingpongen maar ook in een heerlijke jacuzzi plaatsnemen. De sauna zelf was wel van iets mindere kwaliteit, de infraroodcabine warmt niet echt goed op. De gastvrouw en gastheer waren zeer bereidwillig en behulpzaam bij onze vragen. Kortom, een mooi huis, gastvrije eigenaars, zeker doen!

We spent a wonderful weekend at the house. The house is very spacious (6 bedrooms) and super clean. The billiard table, the trampoline and the pingpong table kept our kids busy. The jacuzzi has one of the best massage systems I ever experienced. The infrared sauna was a nice plus as well. The hosts were very accommodating, they brought us all the things we needed (hairdrier, coffee pads, bread knife, maps ...) and recommended us nice walking paths. And we especially appreciated a late check out (evening).

Van 27-11-2020 t/m 29-11-2020 heb ik gebruik gemaakt van het huis dat bekend staat onder het nummer: BE-1036-01. € 852,00 betaald voor een weekend met vier personen voor een huis met jacuzzi, sauna en alle overige gemakken. Helaas constateerden we bij aankomst al dat de sauna mankementen vertoonde. De huiseigenaresse kreeg de sauna (infrarood) nauwelijks aan de praat (touchscreen werkte nauwelijks). Op het moment dat wij het zelf probeerden kregen we hem helaas niet aan de praat. De sauna warmt niet op, wel zo handig bij een sauna. De volgende dag vertrokken wij voor een wandeling, en heb ik direct een melding gemaakt bij de huiseigenaren. Hierop volgend hebben we nooit een terugkoppeling ontvangen. Onze constatering klopte: de sauna was defect, dit kregen we bij vertrek (zondag avond om 19:30) te horen. Ik heb dus betaald voor een sauna waar we geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt, en vraag bij deze restitutie (want jullie rekenen uiteraard extra kosten voor extra privileges, zoals een sauna). Er is niet voldaan aan de omschreven verwachtingen, het huis had namelijk geen werkende sauna. En hierdoor blijven jullie in gebreken. Hiernaast is het handig direct aan te geven dat: de ovendeur toe is aan reparatie (je moet met man en macht duwen om de deur dicht te krijgen) en mocht je de jacuzzi uit willen zetten, dan kan het zo zijn dat hij niet uitgaat en je ook hier de hulp van de huiseigenaren bij moet inschakelen. Als ik het zo vanaf de buitenzijde bekijk is de interne huishouding van Belvilla ook niet geheel op orde, hoe kan je aan je klanten verkopen: die een klacht hebben, dat ze 4-6 weken moeten wachten op een terugkoppeling, dit kan ook nog oplopen door de huidige 'drukke' periode? Hoe kun je een klant nog meer op de stang jagen? Het is oprecht van de zotte... Je kiest ervoor je klanten zo lang te laten wachten, want hier zijn talloze oplossingen voor, je moet alleen wel voor een oplossing kiezen ;).

The place is not just good for a group of young couples such as ourselves, it is also useful for families with kids (Cribs are available in two rooms), To sum up, a fantastic, relaxing weekend and we would definitely come to visit again

Super ! Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis, nous ont tout expliqué ! L'hébergement était nickel, très propre, tout y était et il y a suffisamment de pièces et de materiel (assiettes, verres, etc) pour supporter 12 personnes (par exemple, assez de toilettes) On a adoré le feu de bois, la cuisine hyper grande (don't les deux frigos, la machine à café et le lave vaisselle) , le billard et le jacuzzi. Par contre, nous n'avons pas réussi à allumer le sauna, dommage ! Le tableau tactile est capricieux. Au niveau des environs tout est près quand on a une voiture (magasin, bois, etc)

Met 8 volwassenen en 4 kinderen (waarvan 2 baby's) hebben we een mid-week genoten van deze accommodatie. Alles was aanwezig en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Prachtige woonst voorzien van alle gemakken. Enige jammere vonden wij dat de traphal in de woonkamer uitkomt (dus 's avonds nog gezelschapsspelen doen zorgde boven voor veel lawaai). De eigenaars waren super vriendelijk en stonden meteen klaar bij vragen! Voor ons zeker een optie om nog eens terug te gaan en een absolute aanrader voor anderen!
