I have all 5-star ratings for this property and over 30 5-star ratings for the other property that I rent, https://www.vrbo.com/1041372. You will not be disappointed with your accommodations. Only 15 minutes from the beach. Fish in the canal in the backyard.

Large screened-in porch at the rear of the house. Beautiful pool area.

Bill’s place was terrific. Very comfortable, plenty of space and near many restaurants and attractions. Already planning a stay for next year.

This place was perfect. The owner was so great to deal with. The house and location were perfect.
The details were amazing. Anything you could think of was in the house. The owner really cares that guests are super taken care of. The only bad thing is that I feel like I will be let down when staying at other properties. To show the kind of host this property owner is, the coffee maker wasn’t working and the same day there was a replacement ready on the counter. STAY here without worries, you will not regret it.

Property was very clean and spacious! Great pool and lots of extras such as pool toys, beach chairs, and tons of towels. The extra fridges were also great for the number of people and extra room we needed. Overall great experience!

Great family property
Beautiful well maintained home! Our group was 4 adults, 4 kids ages 5-12. Nana enjoyed the above the garage room which gave her some privacy and quiet. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed kayaks, fishing. Bill was kind and welcoming, we didn’t have an issues at all but he was easy to get ahold of. Easy access to local
amenities. We loved our time here, not sure we can top it but we might just have to return and try! Thanks Bill!

We found the property perfect for our family, wonderful spaces to share and really nice bedrooms that afforded everyone privacy. The owner was very accommodating. We had a great thanksgiving dinner. Would recommend to anyone.

Calm & Beautiful
Beautiful place, great experience! Loved being able to fish in the canal, relax in the pool and enjoy the view. Owner was great to work with, would definitely stay here again! Very clean and safe house/area.

Great Stay
House was clean, well stocked with amenities and supplies and very welcoming. Easily accommodated our family of 7 adults, 3 children and 1 dog. Excelled at meeting all our needs (especially the pool) and made our vacation enjoyable and fun. Must say that Bill was an excellent owner host.

Great spot!
This was a big, clean house with everything we needed. There was space for 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a child with room to spare. The pool was heated perfectly and the iguanas even came out to meet us! Large, well-stocked kitchen and the whole place was spotless. Plenty of linens and toys - took full advantage of the kayaks, beach chairs and extra fridge in the garage. Felt like home away from home!

Perfection!

Great place, highly recommend
Six of us stayed for a week in December. No problems and overall a great place to stay. Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were well stocked and the whole place was very clean. There wasn't anything we needed that the house didn't have. Bill was kind and responsive throughout the week, and we all agreed this experience is the best we've had for a rental house!

The house was perfect for the thanksgiving Holliday .
The house was just as described. It was perfect for my family, with people coming and going all week long. It had all the kitchen utensil for a thanksgiving dinner for 20 people and the room for us to eat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was perfect close to stores restaurants and golfing. Will definitely be back for another holiday.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
This has been our best Vrbo stay yet. Owner was fantastic in helping us navigate a tropical storm we were stuck in and was more than accommodating. Very clean, safe area with plenty of beds and space for people to sleep and stay. Great screened inside porch that was fun to spend time on & enjoyed the pool and fishing! Will definitely be back!

Vacation of 2020
I will be very honest about the house & everything that went along with renting this property. Everyone in my group thought the house was excellent. The layout of the house gave everyone the ability to have their own space. We did not have any issues at all with anything in the house. The description of the house & the area was exactly what the owner said on VRBO. Bill was very responsive to any of my questions. Even when I thought it may have been a crazy question. Bill was very helpful in informing is of the updates that was going on in the area due to COVID weeks before we got there. Loved the pool!!! It is a great size. Very well taken care of by the owner. Can’t say enough how pleased we was to spend our week of vacation in the home. Perfect place to stay & be at the beach within minutes. Neighborhood is very quite & peaceful. Would definitely go back. Thank you Bill.

Our new vacation spot!!!
Absolutely recommend staying at this location! Bill was an absolute pleasure, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back here next year, and the years after that! The location is in a great neighborhood, the house was beautiful, not far from the beach, and very kid friendly.

This home has everything. Wonderful neighborhood, easy access to all the beaches, etc. Swimming pool, screened in porch, fireplace, lots of space to enjoy. Your entire family will appreciate this home.

Best Choice for Family Reunion
Our family, from all over the US, have met in BONITA Springs for over 12 years, staying in hotels while visiting a brother in the area. But this year was so much better! It was lovely to sit on the porch enjoying our morning coffee, checking out the birds in the canal. Our bed in the loft was better than most hotel beds, the kitchen very functional. We even hosted a family Mexican dinner there. Hope to visit again, thank you Bill!

Cozy & Relaxing
The house was very nice and clean. It’s located near the canal at the end of the block which made it extra quiet. The rooms were very clean and roomy. It’s also a hop,skip and a jump to the Publix supermarket and Dollar tree and iHop, my favorite place for breakfast. The Manager is a great guy and is there anytime you need him. I would definitely recommend the house. Thank you.
