En el momento de realizar el check Out perdimos de vista un termo en el lobby. Al percatarnos, retórnanos al hotel para intentar recuperarlo, sin embargo, no se pudo recuperar el artículo (entendemos que era nuestra responsabilidad). Pero debo resaltar el poco interés del recepcionista de turno, no se interesó en lo más mínimo en nuestra calamidad, no consultó con el personal de aseo, no nos ofreció revisar las cámaras y mucho menos tomó nuestros datos para el caso de que apareciera el artículo, en verdad siento que fue una actitud despectiva para personas que hasta hace 2 horas habían sido huéspedes del hotel, no es responsabilidad del hotel la pérdida de artículos por descuido del huésped pero creo que pudieron brindarnos un mejor acompañamiento. En un hotel buscó tranquilidad, seguridad y acompañamiento del hotel y sus trabajadores, teniendo Barranquilla una excelente oferta de hoteles a Dorado Plaza Alto Prado no volvería.

Fue excelente, la decoración del Hotel es magnifica,

El Desayuno estuvo excelente y la ubicación es muy buena, cerca a Droguerias, Supermercados, Bancos y otros comercios

El Router de la televisión por cable no nos funciono, solamente teniamos acceso a la TV local, depronto el costo de las bebidas es excesivamente costoso, una botella de agua Col 8.000 Es elevado.

Una experiencia inigualable.

El desayuno muy variado, saludable o de la preferencia de cada uno la ubicación lo máximo. Muy central seguro y cerca a los lugares de preferencias cafés, heladerías restaurantes.

Pues no se si tienen habitaciones que los niños estén separados de la habitación de los padres. Que lo separe algo. Del resto super agradable.

Spacious and clean rooms.

The AC was not working properly, never stopping to run when the set room temperature was reached, and leading to an uncomfortably cold room at night. Fan speed was not adjustable and the target room temperature always defaulted back to 22.5 degrees everytime you left the room. The shower was not draining properly and it took several complaints at the reception until it was fixed. Even then, it was not properly fixed, with water still accumulating in the shower floor. Furthermore, the room service starts super early, with the personal staring to knock at your door at 8:30 AM.

Despite the fact that all staff were great People, I would not cone back here . Dissapointed

Overall, breakfast and lunches were great along with staff.

Here some tips before booking in. Administration needs to improve very por management Very short good staff probably not quite well paid. I had to complaint in my assigned room due to the lack of AC plus TV cable issues so the manager in charge fairly gave me a reimbursement. If you plan to order food at night you better off place a delivery before 9 pm since the kitchen doesn't have enough staff to cover the night shift. Even thought the hotel is locatedin a very good area still do not take a walk over 10 pm since a couple got robbed just by the corner of the hotel. Bathroom weight scale and closets are relatively damaged and bath quality of tissues where they would place only one per day.

Great Stay , Modern, clean, great location.

Great stay at this hotel. Wifi was strong never lost a signal, and streamed Netflix without an issue. Hotel is new and modern. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good. I will give one piece of advice to anyone coming here though, if you find that your air conditioner is not properly working just go to the front desk and let them know. They seem to have some kind of energy saving central air system that does not let your room cool to your temperature. I went to the front desk thinking the unit was not working but that is not the case. Once you tell the front desk they go into their computer system and take off the block which allows you to use the AC to its full capacity.

The Hotel has character and class , Older but thats what makes it classy . Pool is and garden is supurb for an inner city setting . Breakfast is good , service excellent . Beds rooms clean comfortable

Annoyed with the bill at check out

centrally located and modern. It’s overall a good place.

I’ve been traveling for two months. I typically have 2 kilos of laundry washed once a week. The price is normally around 20,000 pesos sometimes as much as 50,000. Here they charge me 150,000 which seems completely unreasonable. The minimum salary here in Colombia is 40,000 per day. That means to do one load of laundry they charged me over three times the minimum salary.

Comfortable beds, hot water with good pressure in the shower, buffet style breakfast with nice and helpful servers, nice parking and easy access to rooms from the parking garage

The breakfast food tasted just okay, but not great, though there was a good amount of variety. We were only there for one breakfast though, so could have been an off day. No connecting rooms, which I was hoping to have so my husband and I wouldn't have to split up into two separate rooms with our kids.
