Local com potencial mas deixa muito a desejar para o preço cobrado.

O espaço do apartamento é reduzido mas suficiente.

Do nível de limpeza. Havia bastante sujidade debaixo da cama, na casa de banho, por baixo do micro-ondas. O apartamento tinha um cheiro intenso a mofo (creio que da humidade), tivemos de abrir todas as janelas para melhorar. O espaço envolvente não é agradável, é numa zona industrial.

Cannot recommend.

The property itself is quite nice. The pool is good and it’s overall clean.

Sadly, the way the property is run is bad hospitality. Every other staff is giving you different prices for additions such as coffee capsules. It’s like they try to take as much money from you as they can. They also charge €30 per dog per night which is an exorbitant charge for a dog. Once you get there again a different price is given. 10 minutes prior to check out they cut off the water to the apartment to ensure you leave. We couldn’t even wash our coffee cups or flush the toilet. It was such a poor customer service and environment. We felt not very welcome. Also the apartment was not very clean.

Good stay with family.

We stayed for one night at the main house. We enjoyed preparing the food the the very well equipped and spacious kitchen. I am planning to come back for a longer stay any time soon.

Para usufruir numa época mais quentinha

Zona muito calma, com espaço exterior agradável e casas renovadas.

As camas não tinham edredões (só lençóis e colcha) e a casa não tinha aquecedores. Pedimos mantas e edredões extra e, para 4 camas, deram-nos 2 edredões e 2 mantas muito finas. Passámos algum frio, por ser Dezembro e a casa estar gelada. A fechadura da porta tinha um problema e tivemos de deixar a casa aberta durante o dia.

The design building is nice, is clean but i would never built it in this location / surrounding.

The style, friendly staff, design!

-Mosquito’s, one should put screens, put mosquito go away installations. We went to buy spray but still where all heavy bitten. Could not sleep. -it is in an industry location mid industry buildings a dog cannel. -Eco surf, beach is kilometers away.

Highly recommended! Very friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful and clean place with nice swimming pool. Cat and gecko in the garden were great too. The possibility of getting an invoice was also important to us.

Lovely property, very clean, but a big problem with mold and smell

Nice clean rooms, the pool and the area around the pool were very well kept. The inside of the house looks new. Good selection of TV channels, great wifi, lots of towels, information booklets and a discount for Dino park. It’s a very nice property with friendly host.

Unfortunately, there was a very strong smell of mold in the house. In the morning there was sooo much condensation on the windows it looked like it rained inside. There were puddles of water by the windows and the curtains were wet. Ok for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer because of the smell and the mold. Such a pity, because it’s a lovely propety. Also, there was a lot of barking coming from somewhere nearby.

Disappointing compared to advertisement

Meeting other families especially for our child being able to make friends

There are definetly health and safety issues no safety railings around raised terrace unsafe for children. Also no mosquito nets on any windows and everyone got eaten alive the first night. Also the 4th bedroom has no door this is not advised anywhere, it has 3 sets of bunk beds in it and obviously geared for children which makes it even more essential to have a door. We were 4 seperate friends and in the 4th bedroom was 2 adults and 1 child which was not acceptable having no door or privacy as people have to walk past the room. Also not all bunk beds were made up so had to change mattresses over etc.. this wasn't acceptable especially for the price. The lounge had only 2 x 2 seater sofas for a property that can sleep 14!! The location on an industrial estate is disappointing even though you are close to everything!!

Passable

Comfy beds and the kids loved the little cat and overall the accommodation is new and looks good.

Location right at the end of small industrial zone with some small offices and businesses around it, which is not really inspiring. Next to that there is a dog shelter within 350m of the accommodation. Which results in allot of barking dogs...but barking dogs are common in Portugal but this was a bit too much. Next to that the room although new smelled a bit musty.
