Location, price, staff
A bit noisy since on a Main Street

The place was very clean, it had a balcony good to watch birds in the morning eating on the the trees, and singing. Centrally located, it had a wonderful view of the Baha'ír Garden. Many good restaurants along the main road. Located at the German Colony.
The building is an old building. Unfortunately, it did not have an elevator, instead an old staircase...but it worked alright!

Haifa guest house is located right below the Bahai Gardens and on a beautiful street. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating to our many requests.
We got a room by the street and it was loud on a Friday night.

The Haifa Guest House is absolutely perfect for Baha'i Pilgrims - location is perfect and there is a bus up the mountain right outside which takes you directly to the Baha'i Shrine and back again. (Bus 136)
The central location makes it great for anyone as well.
Vitaly and Anton are extraordinary in their attention to detail and the room was kept absolutely spotless while we were there.
Everything worked as it should - and we lacked nothing to make our stay enjoyable.
The area is surrounded with cafes, restaurants - with a small shop a few steps away.
Aroma Café just down the road opens at 7am for early morning coffee and breakfast
Really couldn't have asked for anything else to be honest.
The stairs are a little steep when you carry the bags but the building is an original German Templar 1870'ish building so that's to be expected.

The best spot in Haifa - step out of the front door onto the main tourist street with restaurants, 100m walk to the Bahai Gardens. The kitchenette in the room is a huge bonus, as is the large amount of free parking behind the guesthouse. The staff were super friendly and helpful! :)

The staff answered everything right away
The location is in the middle of haifa and on the street of the bahai gerdens
There are many restaurants, coffee places, bus stops and attractions on the street
The bathtub was a bit high and I kept jamming my leg into it

Nice old house near the city center with small but comfy rooms.
You just shared the bathroom with one other room, not with the whole house
had to wait over 30 Minutes in front of the house because nobody opend the door, although we told them our arrival time and the host was there. In the end we had to phone sonebody else, because nobody was reacting to us ringing the bell.
