Pulito e accogliente.

I letti sono particolarmente corti, specialmente quelli a castello che sembrano per bambini. Se si è sotto l'1.80 dovrebbero andare bene.

Alt i alt god lejlighed, hvis det vigtigste er at bo på bakken. Pæn og ren lejlighed. Noget isoleret fra byen

Meget hyggelig lejlighed. Godt indrettet. Funktionel. Dejligt badeværelse. Mange og lækre håndklæder. God beliggenhed på skibakke og nem opbevaring af ski.

Ligger isoleret fra centrum af Cervinia (kort afstand i luftlinje, men langt at gå op og ned af stejl landevej, glat når det har sneet og en del trafik, mørk tur om aftenen). Derfor bedst at køre i bil frem og tilbage til byen. Der går dog en bus ca hver 30 min. Besværet betød, vi mest blev i lejligheden om aftenen. Ucharmerende stort byggeri med lange gange. Kommunikation og instrukser vha lange sms’er og videoer. I forbindelse med aflevering af nøgle ved afrejse, fik vi IKKE at vide, at koden til nøgleskabet var ændret. Efter en del frustrationer ringede vi op og fik ny kode. Dette tolker vi som en kontrol af os - om vi var ude af lejligheden. Usympatisk form for kontrol. Vi spildte kostbar tid på aflevering af nøgle i stedet for at stå på ski. En sovesofa var ikke til at sidde i (sæderne løse), så vi brugte sengen som sofa

Attenzione! leggete bene! state attenti!

ATTENZIONE LEGGETE BENE!! Dopo aver prenotato e pagato, arrivano email con link dubbi per rifare il pagamento dicendo che non è andato a buon fine il pagamento e potrebbero cancellare la prenotazione. Sempre dopo aver pagato, mandano un pdf con istruzioni di una pagina intera per trovare la chiave e la camera non essendoci alcuna receprion. Chiedono numero di carta di credito su whatsapp per trattenere la cauzione di 100 euro e, sempre nel famoso pdf, minacciano di trattenere la cauzione se farete una delle seguenti cose: - non buttate l'immondizia quando uscite? trattengono la cauzione! - Usata gli asciugamani colorati invece di quelli bianchi? trattengono 40 euro di cauzione! - Fate il check in dopo le 20? 30 euro trattenuti di cauzione! Inoltre, dopo aver varie volte confermato via whatsapp che il check in sarà fatto alle 16, arriviamo in struttura e la camera non è fatta! è sporca, letti non fatti e asciugamani sporchi per terra.

€300 DEPOSIT. Different penalty fees on many things. Random WhatsApp number asking for your credit card details.

The place was clean.

YOU HAVE TO PAY €300 DEPOSIT. They should say it on top of the description but instead it is mentioned somewhere in more information. The room was non refundable and I could not cancel it after I realized about the deposit right after booking it. After I made the booking, it was required to pay all in advance which was non refundable. They sent a message that I have to pay 300 euro deposit and when I leave the place if everything is fine they will pay me back. I got a message from unknown number asking me to send them my credit card details to block the deposit on my account. Of course I could not trust someone randomly contacting me on WhatsApp. I contacted Booking costumer service, and apparently it was written on the general info of the accommodation. So I had payed for the accommodation and basically I could not check in untill I would pay €300. I was not comfortable sharing my credit card details with them so I had to pay the deposit and then they told me they would pay me back if everything was fine. All of this was only for one night. How on earth can someone damage a place €300 for a night. So during my journey to Cervina I had to waste my time contacting Booking and the accommodation agent all the time. I could not enjoy the view just staying on the phone for 3 hours. When we paid them deposit I received an information letter about the self check in and the rules. One of the rules was that we had to TAKE all the TRASH OUT OURSELVES because the housemaid might not come for cleaning for a couple of days. It was written that if you don't take the trash out you might have to pay a penalty which will be taken from the deposit. During our stay the electricity went off a few times and we were told to check it out ourselves from the corridor or whatever outside our room. So apparently there was no one around to take care of these things. Also we could not adjust the temperature of the shower.

Extremely disappointed with quality of accommodation.

Location was OK, ski in / out.

Really disappointed with quality of accommodation - was nothing like the advertised images. Was not clean. Looked like overbooking situation meant we were shoved in any old apartment. Tried to move, no alternative available. Only option offered was to cancel booking, get %age refund then try to book somewhere else. Really bad solution to offer guests. Not happy with quality, old fashioned, difficult location, not as advertised and didn't meet expectations.

great stay in a compact apt

great little apt, very compact and would not recommend for more than 3 people (2 adults and a child). Had everything we needed and great ski in and out location. Team very helpful.

We lived in the ground floor and have no access to comon ski storage areas in the condo, therefore we had skies next to table which I found quite unpleasant

Good room. Spacious enough. Good location to get to the lift for intermediat level of skiiers. There is restaurant and bar in this condominium. The ski rent as well.

Good instructions for check in but still had a problems to find the condominium and a specially rooms. It's a little bit strange to understand where is the room 4 when you see doors like this 2,9,10,11, 3 and no 4. In the end someone told us that it is probably on the first floor. Also you have chalenge how to get into the building. Probably we where not very attentive to the instruction. A lot of words but I prefer less instructions and more convenient check in.

Very good

The apartment is literally next to a chairlift so you could normally ski to door. When we went, it was closed though because it didn't snow for a while. There is also a family restaurant next door, the food is average but good enough if you don't feel like going out.

It's quite far and cumbersome to get to the center or to the gondola without a car. The building is located on a hillside, above the town center. It would have been terrible to walk up and down fully equipped. Not related to the property itself: some of the buildings in town look quite old or are halfway demolished. There is also surprisingly few green vegetation around. Overall it gives the resort a bit of a desolated vibe.

good value. amazing location on the 13 run. nice little ski hire shop and pizza restaurant next door, owners very helpful, on street parking right by it

the description of a separate bedroom is a little ambitious - more an area of the same large beds it separated by curtains and an interesting tree branch arrangement - not really a problem for me and 21 year old son but if you had 2 couples it might limit the getting jiggy unless you are all very open minded…

Convenient location for skiing, impeccable room

I spent a weekend here with my brother only focused on skiing. Perfect location, we could start with our skiis right in front of the door. The room is very spacious and has a nice kitchen with everything one may need. Very cozy and warm. Clean and well-kept. Parking 100m away from the room. Nice area in front of the room, including a bar and a small market - extremely convenient! Check-in very easy, quick and efficient communications. Recommended!

A bit unfortunate that to go to the city centre there is no shortcut and one has to walk along the road, which takes way longer

Functional and well priced. Only stay here if you have a car and are happy to drive or if you are happy with a 25-30 min

- ski in - can ski to the door - ski out - short ski and walk over road to gondola - bar to have a beer at the end of the day - beds and sofa bed comfortable - 2 restaurants next door but food uninspiring

- location - Base Camp in at the bottom of the cielo alto chair and is not served by a bus. there is a public bus but stops at 8.30 and does not run regularly so cannot be relied upon. It is a c. 25 min walk up and down a steep hill into town. Only stay here if you are happy to walk or drive into town every evening. Taxis in resort can also not be relied upon. - no corkscrew in kitchen, otherwise reasonably well equipped - bunk beds - not as pictured and top bunk would not be suitable for a young child as could easily fall off. - window - no opening window as ground floor meaning hard to get natural ventilation in, however temperature of the apartment was usually fine. - curtains not very effective behind the sofa bed meaning light streams in at night and first thing in morning. - Suitable for 3-4 people - cramped for 5-6.

The apartment (no11) is located near the slope, ski shop and restaurants. Apartment is clean and is equipment with the necessary appliances and a small kitchenette

The floor was very cold and dark (located on ground floor). It would be nice to have more storage for clothes and personal stuff. Internet was completely useless
