The facilities were good

The apartment was not clean. There were ants on the kitchen bench. I cleaned it again, and the ants just kept coming back. The main bathroom was small and had mould. The ensuite was ok but still had mould everywhere. The ironing board and iron was in a bad condition.

It was an ok, fair experience.

H2O residence itself is a nice place, complete with Mynews shop easy for us to do some food supply shopping, security guard also helpful and nice, enough parking space and very convenient, house has all the basic stuff and the host was very attentive.

House with so many rules I must say. We have encountered some issues while we want to enter the building for the second night as the QR pass prepared by the host was only valid for one night. Even though the issues was immediately sorted but it has caused some inconvenience experience for us. The mattresses should be replaced as it is in a very uncomfortable state already. Requirement to check out at 10am is not very convenient for us who travel from other state, RM50 extra fees is chargeable if you want to check out at 12pm (yes we rather opted for this at the cost of RM50).

Overall.. i love staying at this unit.

The 3 bedrooms apartment is suitable for my family members. Netflix and wifi is one value added because i love watching movies. The cleanliness is superb. Overall..i probably will come again.

The host should consider to install drinking water filter so that i don't need to bring own mineral water. Most important, the host should change the mattress or put a topper/mattress pad esp. at the 3rd room. It's so hard and uncomfortable even my daughter also complained about it.

Spacious luxury homestay value for money

Overall the room was very spacious and we really enjoyed the stay. The facilities was great mainly the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed the stay and we will definitely return again.

Only that the check-out time is very short (10am) as we did not have enough time to spend more time in the pool in the morning. The security guard was a bit rude cause we had another visitor with car that was not allowed entry into the apartment despite for only couple of hours.

- Attractive price for a 3BR apartment. - Nice, clean and enough amenities. - Comfy stay.

- Early checkout - 10am (maybe that's why the price is quite cheap. - Confusing parking space. - My friend actually had a conflict with the owner via whatsapp because they were asking for our IC copy and and IC Number. Not everyone is willing to share since this is data privacy. Owner should've just mention that it's the direction from the residence's management and show the letter (i saw it in the lift) instead of saying if we don't want to give, then park outside. It's not professional.

Its a worth stay for the amount of money charged. Cozy and suitable environment to stay with family.

The host were very attentive and responsive at any time I approached. The unit was definitely worth for the money paid for the location too. The check in instructions were so clear and very helpful. The overall condo is very cozy and smooth environment. They have 24/7 mynews inside the condo itself and it’s very convenient go grab anything at anytime needed. They had smart TV too.

The unit is not very clean, means it is clean but it can be more cleaner especially bathrooms and kitchen. This both place has a bad smell that never faded and I bought room spray. The bathroom doors were rusty. TV is very slow and hangs, Netflix app were there but we are not able to login at all to use our own credentials. In short TV were there but most of the time it hangs and functions very slow.

Stay for a night

It was okay, area was good. MyNews helped to get some food. Had netflix! Lightings were good

Strategic location but need to improved the cleanliness as many ants inside the toilet & room.

Very strategic location. The TV comes with YouTube channel for selection. Kids like it as can hear music and also watch movies.

There's a lot of ants inside the master bedroom and toilet. The bed in masteroom not comfortable. The spring inside the bed seems damaged. Second room bathroom is extremely small. Felt pressure inside the bathroom. Cleanliness need to improved.

Hi . We find that the apartment is not what as expected and seen in the pictures posted in the website. - sofa bed in website is misleading. should remove it on website. - practically one main toilet in master for 7 of us to take turn. the common toilet is too small. cant hang anything in toilet. - pillows are old and flat - towels are old - old comforter -sofa pillows dirty and stink - floor mat torn and not enough for 3-4 days stay - the hall smell - the toilet bidet is leaking - the seat cover is broken - the washing machine leaks when use - will not recommend and come back to stay here
