無可挑剔的cp值

空間很大、裝潢素雅舒服、乾淨無異味、冷氣很涼、免治馬桶、附有陽台24樓，地點方便，床偏硬個人喜愛

停車場的電梯並非每台都能抵達樓層，初到會迷路一下樓上奔跑的聲音會稍微傳下來

Overall stay is comfortable and staffs are very friendly. Will stay at this property again.

The service staff are very friendly and advise clearly on the floor that your room is allocated. Clarification on the double payment matters was clear to easy our mind so we understand that this is a normal process and they will trigger the bank to do the refund to our card within 14 working days on the duplicate payment. Some family room do not have a street view as it's located in the courtyard instead of facing the main street and you are not able to open the window cause it's too close to the next unit. A little confuse when looking for the room assigned to you if you are not familiar with the numbering at each unit/floors. No breakfast as this is a mix of commercial and service apartment stay type of room. overall the rooms assigned was good.

Towels will not be changed out daily if you are staying long at the service apartment, need to bring to the counter at 19th floor to get an exchange. Toilet might have a little leak at the joint area between flooring and base so need to be careful. Walls connecting with the next unit is not very thick so will be able to hear music playing for the next unit.

It good for group stay but only one bathroom and rest room. It would be nice if have two rest room. But that how it built.

음 대실망 숙소에요.

위치가 굿. 타이베이메인역 바로 맞은편, 아래 훼미리마트, 옆에 대형백화점

-가족여행으로 두 개의 룸을 예약했는데, 층수가 너무 멀고 달른 방을 체크인해주셔서 가족끼리 오고가고 불편했음. 변경도안된다고 함. -디럭스룸 악취가 심해서 점검 요청했는데, 창문만 열어놓고 감. 악취가 계속되어 방을 바꾸어달라고하니 답변이 없었고 셀프세탁실에 가서 이불세탁을 하라고 답변줌. -한건물에 여러 숙박시설이 연계되어 있는지 엘레베이터마다 이용가능한 층수에 제한이 있어 여행내내 헷갈림

房間很大，非常適合聚會！中島上有電磁爐可以煮火鍋，總共三張大床，床很舒服，房間乾淨，衛浴乾溼分離，備品齊全，房間設計也很漂亮，入住期間都覺得很舒服～附有洗烘衣機，也有提供洗衣粉！！非常貼心及驚喜，本次剛好遇到需要清洗衣服的窘境，幸好有洗衣粉解救我們，超級慶幸訂到了有洗烘衣機的住宿

價格上來說不算超級實惠，但以包層來說也不貴，考量是過年期間且地點是超級方便的台北車站，還是覺得是很值得選擇的住宿！

Great and pleasant stay

The service apartment was clean and tidy and a good size for a family of four. The accommodation provided room service to clean the room if you asked. All the basic amenities were provided. Wifi works well. The apartment is also conveniently located to the Taipei main station.

Nothing that wasn't good.

在Z2出口前面走路一分鐘很方便雙人房房間很大！一房一廳一衛，還有很大的衣櫃🤣 房間乾淨整潔感覺蠻新的？房內還有3.5kg的洗衣機和洗衣粉

Over-all, this was probably one of the best (and most value) properties I've stayed in through Booking! Will definit

The room was very clean and spacious, with lots of storage space. It looks exactly as it does in the photos! The amenities were complete; we really didn't need anything else, but there was a convenience store downstairs and a large department store (with a grocery) next door. The beds were comfy too and the blankets just the right amount of thick. The staff (at SKY19) were very friendly and accommodating. Location was also excellent. There's a bus stop right outside and at the corner and Taipei Main Station was just across the street (there's an entrance right in front of the building).

I saw reviews commenting about the elevator wait times but we experienced zero issues with this. The elevators were actually pretty fast and they were rarely crowded.

地點極佳。

離車站很近，走一下就到了。對於旅客來說非常方便。附近也有很多吃的跟逛的，大樓景色很漂亮，這次住的地方住起來很溫馨，小小的客廳跟溫馨漂亮的房間，還有很大的落地鏡，住起來很溫馨。

雖然整體看起來很溫馨但還是可以看到有些老舊的佈置露出來，但不影響住宿。

felt a bit scram as they gave us a room that is on a floor with different neighbours.

close to the Metro station

The room was not at the same floor of the reception and there are no air conditions from the elevator to the room and there are all different neighbours beside us that are not hotel rooms. Felt not safe. Every time we need to change our towels we need to go to the reception on a different floor to exchange and they only provide one or two toilet paper each time when you requested more. Not friendly staffs. Felt like living in an airbnb and not hotel.

Superb

It is located just next to one of the exits of Taipei Main Station. Comes with bedroom, living room and toilet, and cheaper than most of the hotels near Taipei Main Station. Room was very clean and comfy. There is a complimentary laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and lounge available for the guests to use.

Very value for money for the location and space

Location is very good. Apartment is spacious and comes with washing machine (no dryer). Comes with kettle, hair dryer, fridge, basic cultery.

I like the location being opposite the train station.

the apartment has 1 room and 1 lounge. however the wall separating the two spaces is not full height. is not what I was expected reference to the photo showed

Disappointing

No breakfast is included. They key is very easy to get.

The room is too simple for the price we paid, almost 400USD/ night but no room cleaning service. No breakfast included. water and 04 tea bags for the first day. There is only hairdryer, water boiler and a fridge. The room is clean but like a student room, very simple and in bad condition structures to hang the clothes are provided. The view from the room is good and location is convenient.

Very uncomfortable

I didn’t like the property at all for the price 79,317 NTD for 15 days we can definitely find a way way better property than this. First of all, the property isn’t like what it was described on booking.com: it’s NOT 30 square meters. It’s very very small. The bathroom has permanent bad odour. The wall near the air conditioner has mold. The washing machine leaked. For the price 79,317 NTD, I’ll definitely NOT choose this so called apartment. Extremely disappointed!!
