Günlük oda temizliği yapılmıyor. Havluları bile değiştirmiyorlar. Resepsiyon yok, bir whatsapp hattına yazmanızı istiyorlar ancak kimse dönüş yapmıyor. Buradaki numara üzerinden ulaşıp odanın temizlenmesini istedik, temizlik için 20 euro istediler. En azından havluları değiştirin dedik, bir gün önceden söylemeniz lazım dediler. Bir gün önceden whatsapptan söylemiştik ancak kimse dönmemişti. Oda çok küçük

Ad un passo dal centro di Parigi!

Gli appartamenti si trovavano in una zona molto centrale, raggiungibile a piedi le migliori attrazioni in pochi minuti. La stanza era dotata di tutti i servizi, pur se un pochino piccolina, era ottima, e con le password inviate via mail non c'era nemmeno bisogno di perdere tempo con eventuali check-in o check-out. Tutto benissimo.

Forse solo un pochino piccole le stanze e, tutte, troppo vicine l'una all'altra.

I hope to find always WS apartment in Paris in the future

nice place, very easy to get in and out. no stress at all . room was quite good and confortable .

Would be nice to have a bag storage.. since no reception. also a food and drink dispencer would be nice

Great location and had good stay

Secure Beds were comfortable Very clean Nicely decorated Location was quite good …

Air con didn't work and also the plug in the sink in the bathroom was broken so every time I used it had to scoop the water out into the toilet with a jug. Not ideal! Then I had a phone call apologising for the inconvenience and offering a small refund (90 euro).. i paid 570 if I altered my review to reflect the fact they had tried to sort it out. I did so in good faith. 5-6 weeks later and numerous emails this hasn't happened. I am now reporting them to Booking.Com because I now suspect this is something they do all the time!

루브르 박물관 도보로 5분거리 주변에 레스토랑 슈퍼가 있어서 너무편리했다

공간이 좁았고 샤워할때 조금 오픈이 되있어 물이 바닥으로 흐를까 걱정 부엌 시설이 충분하지 않음

Basic accommodation in great location

Had pretty much everything you would need. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very good location. Quiet.

It was tiny! But we knew that from the other reviews.

Satisfied

Location!!!!! And it’s quiet at night! Also there is a lot of asian fusion food stalls around! Close to Metro, lourve and very easy to navigate around considering it’s our first time to visit Europe and Paris was our first stop.

Flooring can be squeaky, there is no air conditioning. But has fans though.

Impossibile soggiornare presso questa struttura, pulizia scadente Host pessimo, eè stato chiesto di cambiare il codice per l’ingresso in camera ogni giorno per tutta la durata del soggiorno e ci è stato risposto che era stato cambiato, ma tornando in camera scoprivamo che il codice non era mai stato cambiato Servizio di pulizia inesistente, è stato richiesto un servizio di pulizie ad un costo aggiuntivo che non è mai stato fatto Inoltre l’host non risponde mai ai messaggi

Tutto! Mai più soggiornerò qui! È stato veramente un incubo Il pavimento che faceva rumore, gonfio e che si muoveva mentre camminavi, la porta del frigorifero neanche si riusciva ad aprire perché sbatteva sul letto quindi il frigo era inutilizzabile Mai stata in una struttura così pessima, sia di pulizie che di accoglienza che di struttura. Impossibile soggiornare presso questa struttura, pulizia scadente Host pessimo, eè stato chiesto di cambiare il codice per l’ingresso in camera ogni giorno per tutta la durata del soggiorno e ci è stato risposto che era stato cambiato, ma tornando in camera scoprivamo che il codice non era mai stato cambiato Servizio di pulizia inesistente, è stato richiesto un servizio di pulizie ad un costo aggiuntivo che non è mai stato fatto Inoltre l’host non risponde mai ai messaggi nè alle telefonate Siamo rimasti fuori dalla camera per ore ed ore a seguito di una rottura della macchinetta per inserire il codice per aprire la porta e l’host non ha fatto niente per venirci in aiuto, siamo rimasti in un corridoio stretttissimo con un bambino di pochi mesi ad attende il nulla perché i tecnici non sono mai arrivati

I was so surprised when the breakfast was delivered to my door. All the facilities are so good. We arrived a little early, but the staff was so nice who helped us modify the room code.

Bruyant toute la nuit et chambre borgne

La localisation

Chambre quasiment borgne, au second etage et face à un mur à 3m, donc aucune lumière du jour. Insonorisation inexistante : on est réveillé par les très bruyants qui rentrent tard et par ceux, tout aussi bruyants qui partent en pleine nuit. Demander gentiment aux occupants de ne pas faire de bruit est vain (les gens mal élevés s’en moquent), non : seule solution ISOlER phoniquement. Bref, un cauchemar

Struttura accogliente, facile da raggiungere e posizione eccellente (10 minuti dal museo del Louvre).

Assenza di personale pronto per eventuali problemi, pulizia da rivedere: il bagno aveva un odore di fogna, c’erano dei peli nel letto.

Perfecto para dos personas

La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos andando al Louvre. El apartamento es pequeño, más bien es una habitación pero con el espacio muy bien aprovechado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en. Limpieza perfecta y edificio agradable en general. Hay un supermercado justo en la misma calle.

Se escucha bastante cuando entran y salen personas al resto de habitaciones.

L’emplacement était top ! Il y avait des commerces/restaurants/metro/monuments à proximité et nous avons presque tout fait à pied ! Le studio était propre et bien agencé et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !

La fenêtre ne se fermait pas très bien, donc il faisait très froid dans le studio et le chauffage n’était pas réglable… Seul point négatif pour un séjour au mois de janvier

No había desayuno

No hubo comunicación. No existe ningún interés por parte del alquilador de comunicarse con el cliente, al menos con clientes españoles. Más vale que hables perfectamente francés o inglés, porque ni siquiera se dignan a hablarte despacio para los que lo chapurreamos y podernos entender. Nos dejamos unas chaquetas al irnos. Les envié un email para ver si las podíamos recuperar. Nos contestaron al cabo de varios días, diciendo que pasarían la información a su equipo. Ya hace dos semanas y ni han respirado, a pesar que les volví a escribir. Servicio nefasto. Habitación limpia pero con sensación de zulo. Lo único bueno, la ubicación. Por el mal servicio, no lo recomiendo.

The apartment is in a good location, very close to the Louvre. Totally self check-in, very convenient. The cleaning staff is very polite and responsible.

Ótima relação qualidade/preço. Perfeito para 2 pessoas.

Apesar de ser um apartamento pequeno (ideal para 2 pessoas) é confortável e super funcional, tem tudo o que é necessário, incluindo máquina de café, frigorífico, utensílios de cozinha, microondas, secador, aquecedor, tábua e ferro de passar, televisão. Fornecem toalhas e o pequeno almoço foi entregue sempre cedinho, às 8h, um saco cheiooo de comida com sumo de laranja, fruta, pão, croissants, manteiga, doce, queijo, chá e café. Estava tudo impecável 👌🏻
