we booked with family of 4. initially there was misunderstanding on the booking. VRBO cut of the agencies message and 1 week prior to booking I called the agency direct and found that the property still had to be paid to their bank account. there was no communication in between.
key pickup worked nicely.
the appartment is slightly off location and a 20-30min walk to the old town center. streets are not very clean around but seem safe.
living/dining area is nice bright and large, with big family sofa. kitchen is tiny and there is only 1 bathroom with a shower, which has severe challenges with water temperature and pressure.
we were also mistakenly assuming there would be 3 bedrooms from the listing photos, but figured only later that a photo was misleading that showed a bed extended. so in total there is 2 bedrooms with 2 beds total.
internet worked very well. the rooms are not heated and at least 1 bedroom is really cold/humid.
major issue was a very lose roof above the main staircase, which was slamming up and down all day with big noise. agency said that it isnt their responsibility, but the house community, which was not great.
overall a good stay, but with obvious challenges.

This property was perfect location adjactent to but not in tourest areas. We loved the area with local markets, shops & restaurants all nearby. We purchased the multi modal transportation card and used the bus across the street as well as metro two streets east. We also enjoyed the velinsibsi bike use with stations one street north.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and quiet. The kitchen is tiny but probably more equipped than most kitchens! Great use of space. The washing machine worked well and there were racks to hang clothes to dry. The management team was wonderful and very responsive. The apartment was quite warm when we arrived, as it was 98 degrees outside. We messaged asking for more fans in the apartment and the team actually brought a second air conditioning unit for the master bedroom. Talk about service! One note, it is many flights of steps up, so if you are not able to make the trip up and down the steps this may not be the place for you. Otherwise it was fantastic, the walk up the steps was the final victory lap of our great time in Valencia. Thank you.

This flat in Valencia's En Corts Neighborhood is immediately adjacent and convenient to Russafa in a quiet building. We were very happy with our stay although I would give two pieces of information to potential rentors. 1) The apartment is a 5th floor walkup. You will work up a sweat getting up there! 2) The AC unit is located in the living/dining area and is not a central unit. We used the provided fans to try to blow the cool air into the bedrooms with moderate success. It was very hot when we visited Valencia and the bedrooms were not as comfortable as the living area was. But that being said, we really enjoyed having time in a neighborhood and it was much nicer than being in a hotel for a longer stay. The apartment is well decorated and maintained and what you see in the pictures is what you get!

Place was clean, new, spacious and with quality appliances, bed, towels, etc. overall communication with renter was great, and they are very very efficient. The 3 or 4 stars is related to 3 aspects that we believe important to share:
- There is only an AC in the main rooms. We had to request an AC machine which was delivered really fast in a sunday morning right after we arrived(appreciate it). So, if it's summer, make sure to request it before arriving.
- Even described that the property has no elevator, it is not clear that it is in the 4th floor (with double sets of stairs) each, so it is a decent walk up and down, specially to those carry heavy/large luggage as we were. It is not a drama at all, but if you have old people, knee issues or a lot of lugagge, you might need to evaluate.
- Late arrival: We thought we would pay a fee to get the keys at midnight at arrival. But instead we had to stop by a place to pick up the key. Quite easy and fast as explained in details in the welcome e-mail, but anyone that is not used to that might not enjoy the process.
But aside of those details, apartment is beautifull, well located and it's a good value for the money.

Great apartment located within walking distance from the centre of town, city of arts and sciences and even the beach. Loads of interesting restaurants and bars to try within 10 minutes in Russafa.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a lovely apartment, in a convenient location. Walkable to the city and the railway station - with a bus stop right across the street, too. Efficient and friendly check in. The only negative we had was that there needs to be more electric sockets in the kitchen: there are only two - one in a tight corner next to the hob and one just in front of the sink. If you use the one in the corner for the coffee machine then if you also want to use the toaster or kettle you have to balance it on the edge of the sink - not safe !! Also, there was some building work going right outside our bedroom window, starting at 8 each morning. We appreciate that this perhaps can't be controlled, but the owner should have known about it and should have made sure that the agency warned us.

Water pressure was very low, we could barely wash our hair.

We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment with myself, my husband, and two children (ages 10 and 12). We had plenty of room to spread out.
The space was clean and we had plenty of towels upon arriving. And the apartment was just as expected per the many photos.
The day we arrived there was a torrential downpour, which is very uncommon for Valencia and there was a leak. The rental company was very responsive the next day and even sent out someone to take photos for repair.
The apartment had everything that we needed for our 2 week stay. It was also very convenient to both the City of the Arts and Sciences and the old part of the city. When we were tired from walking, we could easily take a taxi from the street out front.
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit Valencia.

This is a comfortable and very well-located apartment just south of the vibrant and cultured neighbourhood of Russafa (5 minutes’ walk), possessing an excellent range of independent shops, cafes, tapas bars, and restaurants, as well as the local Russafa Market. Beyond Russafa it is just a further approximately 10 minutes’ walk into the heart of the city. It is also an easy 15 minutes’ walk south-east to the impressive City of the Arts and Sciences, and the wonderful Museu Faller de Valencia. The apartment location on the fourth floor of the block (via a central stairway) has a small balcony with a neatly fitting table at which to enjoy an outside seat. Overall, this provides an excellent base from which to enjoy the wonderful city of Valencia.
