Close to food shops and night establishments, nurseries and activities for children, the winter ice rink, 100 meters from the alpine ski (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF departures and also cross-country ski (Beauregard gondola). Large private courtyard. On the edge of a watercourse.

BATHROOM: 3,47m2 walk-in shower (160x90), large sink, washing machine, hair dryer, slightly sloping ceilings with skylight
Separate WC with hand basin.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Small pet allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), supplement (€25/week) to be paid on site
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Bank card deposit upon delivery of keys (600€)
To order 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to order and collect at the Pressing des Aravis
- End-of-stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (€ 50 to € 250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
- La Clusaz eXperience Pass: Alpes Immobilier, gives you a reduction on summer activities at the resort.
