Bra hotell med fin beliggenhet til både strand og flyplass.

God og variert frokost. Hotellet ligger i et pent strøk av Cebu med masse gode restauranter i samme gaten. Det tar 10 minutter å gå til stranden, og hotellet tilbyr gratis transport til stranden til fastsatte tider for de som ikke har lyst til å gå. Dusjen på rommet var varm og god, og bassenget i 3 etasje er greit nok, og det er koselig å sitte ute ved bassengkanten med noe kaldt å drikke. God mat også. Ca. 15 minutter med taxi til flyplassen fra hotellet. Har man sen avgang med flyet så kan man fritt bruke bassengområdet selv etter at man har sjekket ut. Hyggelig personale med godt humør.

Selve frokostsalen er liten og det blir fort veldig trangt om plassen. Det går sakte å få fylt på med det som går tomt, for eksempel frukt. Kommer man tidlig til frokosten (før 07.00) så unngår man disse problemene. AC på rommene bråker temmelig mye, vi var en gruppe som leide 3 rom, og alle klagde på det samme. Selv med viften på laveste hastighet så var det mye sus fra viften.

Moderni ubytovani za skvelou cenu v bezpecne ctvrti, idealni tak na 1 noc :-)

Krasny a relativne novy hotel v moderni casti mesta Mactan na ostrove Lapu-Lapu pobliz letiste.. coz je vyhoda pro prenocovani na 1 noc pred odletem dale. Kdo chce zustat dele, hotel nabizi prepravu na nedalekou plaz. Zajimavy je tez nedaleky Magellan park (Mactan shrine) ci spousta obchodu (vc. supermarketu a lekarny) a restauraci (i mimo Newtown) s cenami mnohem lepsimi nez napr. na Boholu. Pokoj sam neni obrovsky, ale plne dostacujici se vsim, co clovek potrebuje, do zdejsiho sejfu se dokonce vejde i 15" notas ;-) Snidani nema cenu vice rozvadet - nejsirsi nabidka, co jsme zatim na PH meli, navic velmi pozorny a usmevavy personal, ktery ihned doplnuje, cisti.. no proste parada. Super rychly internet!

Personal na check-inu bud spi, nevi co delat anebo dela, ze vypadl system.. 8 lidi tam stoji a doslova cumi doblba, zatimco jen 2 zacheckovavaji prochozi. Kolem 15h je to katatrofa - stravili jsme ve fronte asi 40 minut (pritom pred nami byli jen 3 lidi a pes), no bylo to na padnuti.. aspon ze rozdavali zdrama dzus ;-) Taxi na letiste objednane v hotelu ci pred hotelem stoji PHP500, z ofigo stani vedle terminalu jsme pritom platili jen PHP 160 ;-) Seda ekonomika tedy kvete.. bohuzel i v hotelu.

They should know that we are staying in hotel and not a house. Neither both leaving in same place.

I like the bed but the toilet is too small. Difficult to move in the corner area and didn't minimize it properly and the interior cotnruct

The bed under. Too dirty and many dust 🤧 there is some stick of metal under my bed. And it seems that they don't clean it properly...

Затрак заточен по корейцев(большинство проживающих),при наличии шведского стола для русского мало что есть,яичницу заказывать и ждать за столом-непонятно!

Personale della reception educato ma poco accogliente e disponibile ad aiutarti. La stanza era sporca, schizzi sulle pareti del bagno, peli, lenzuola e coperte macchiate. Per il prezzo che si paga, come minimo si richiede la pulizia.

I love fresh fruits and vegetables and I recommend serving more varieties of choices during breakfast buffet.

I like the brewed coffee being served and I recommend it to be maintained, but endeavor to serve a better quality of coffee whenever possible.

Not a "proclaimed" 4 star hotel. Save your money.

Not much to like. Comft bed. Great price for room service food (from a western POV) but expensive for local.

Our stay at Savoy Hotel Mactan had its fair share of disappointments. The front desk service was notably slow, with multiple staff members seemingly uninterested in promptly addressing guest queries, highlighting communication issues within the team. Communication problems persisted when we requested basic amenities like bath mats and face towels, only to discover hours later, after following up, that they were in the laundry with no prior communication about the delay. Furthermore, our room had no hot water, a fundamental flaw that, despite assurances from the maintenance staff, was never resolved. The promise of a return visit to fix the issue was unfulfilled, ultimately forcing us to relocate to another room. This inconvenience added to the growing list of disappointments during our stay. Housekeeping also fell short of expectations, with our room showing signs of neglect. No cleaning or vacuuming had taken place, and towels were not replaced, mirrors were not cleaned, chairs were stained, bathroom sick was not cleaned (photos added are our room after requesting our room to be cleaned). It appeared as though the cleaning staff had merely fluffed the pillows and made the bed, neglecting essential aspects of maintaining a comfortable living space. The location, which was surrounded by corporate buildings, was less than ideal. While popular among Korean and Western guests, the area had a notable presence of prostitutes, most likely due to a nightclub next door, affecting the overall ambiance. Moreover, the lack of local dining options nearby, requiring a 15-minute walk for any variety, was inconvenient. The free breakfast, while complimentary, required patience due to a small dining area. Unfortunately, our experience was further marred when workers allowed an impatient individual to bypass the queue, a white man visibly upset about waiting. This incident not only showcased a lack of fairness but also left a negative impression on the overall dining experience.

not great value for your money to be honest,

Staff were pleasant and helpful

Breakfast was a disappointment and does not cater for international guests when the options are very limited and more suited to local dishes. Lifts not working, every day for 3 days 50% operational. charging 50 for a plate of ice is not right considering this is supposed to be the SAVOY Price does not reflect the reputation and standards of the Savoy brand, the beach is misleading as you have to make a trip to get there so did not bother

Don't be fooled by the name, definitely not 4-star

The location was excellent and convenient. Amenities in the surrounding area. Excellent staff.

The rating was definitely not 4-star, more like 2-star. It is substandard. The beds were horrible, and I don't think they fit the correct hotel standard. The bed box is far bigger than the mattress, which makes us hit our legs and nearly took off one of our toe nails. The bed definitely poses a health and safety issue. Lobby or foyer carpet was ripped and has tripped individuals, including myself. Breakfast was and once again didn't fit a 4 star rating hotel. The selection was poor. There's beach access but detached from property, although not necessarily an issue.

Our room has a smell. No bathrobes, no hotel slippers, no dental kit in the bathroom. Our room smells cigarette. Breakfast buffet suggestion is to add other food/ viands. The pool was good but the assigned crew were not assisting the guests. You have to go to the cashier/ bar for orders. We were every disappointed with the ROOM SPA. We went inside a hotel room where spa is located. The 3 employees was just awake and wearing jackets/ house clothes. Not presentable & hygienic. It’s not worth the PRICE. There were no bedbunks, the bedfoam for spa/massage was on the floor only. The “SPA ROOM” was like a typical regular room. I highly suggest to find other theraphist. We booked the 1.5 hours Thai massage but not worth it. I’m into spa everyweek. Your massage theraphist needs trainings. I’ve been to other SAVOY HOTELS locations in Philippines but this is not worth the money. Sorry

nice area, nice hote,l fantastic staff nice beach not to far away.

the hotel was very clean staff very friendly breakfast was really good. The taxi from airport to hotel was excellent taxi driver so friendly and was the best start to trip you could of hoped for. a lovely welcome to cebu. hotel air conditioned which was a joy to come back to.

only downside beach was lovely but facilties toilets changing area were very poor toilet was dirty low pressure on water no toilets paper didn't flush. it was a shame as everything was of the highest standard. 10 mins walk from hotel but didn't always want to be walking back and fourth in the heat.

Great Staycation!

The rooms were clean and spacious. Check in was smooth. We tried the all day dining restaurant and it was superb. Pool was great and for all ages. Pool bar was also superb. Staffs were accommodating and friendly!
