Our team went for teambuilding and golf in Palma. We wanted an apartment very central in Palma and this was perfect! The logistics were easy. The owner, Marie, was very hands on and made sure everything went smooth. Thank you, for an excellent stay, Marie!! We will be back.

The Best weekend in Palma

We (8 girls) loved our stay in Palma. Rented the Best apartment in old Palma, Paseo del Born. Near everything, shopping, beaches cafe, restaurants and more. Very Good landlord. Clean and tidy in the apartment. We will absolutly go back !! On return!! / Ulrika, Annica, Anette, Linda W, Linda J, Chantal , Anna and Annelie

The kitchen wasn't properly clean, the drawers were stained by the food and there were crumbs on the cutlery that we all rewashed. The used pack of condom in the bedroom's drawer make us doubt of the cleaning in the house so we decided to rewash all the toilets and change the bed sheets.

We are content. The appartment had all basic equipment we wanted for working from home via internet, kitschen where we could cook our own food, many beds for guests and a possibility to get help with cleaning. IT was not expensive and we could have contact very fast with the owner IF we had any questions. The stairs were tirering but have now strong muscles after five weeka The best was the location just close to the Cathedrsl and all restaurants. With the Local buses we could easy go to all parts Of Palma

Forget this place, a bad experience at a bad place

Stay sway from this place. It is a 3rd floor walk up with a uncomfortably steep and narrow staircase. Carrying bags up this staircase is a harrowing experience. There is no living room, just a small couch in one bedroom. No tv and no internet. Three window air conditioners that did not cool at all. Three toilets, two which were bad when we arrived, the seat on the third broke when we got there. Ran out of TP in one day. Charged 70€ for a broken toilet seat (seat did not fit nor was it attached properly). Might be ok for backpackers who need a crash pad and don't mind the heat. Not ok for adults who expect a reasonable accommodation. Need What's App to communicate. Location was the only plus.

Superbe appartement très bien situé, donnant sur l'une des plus belle avenue de Palma. Cet appartement est aussi agréable pour une famille ou des amis grâce à ses trois chambres toutes équipées de salle de bains et à sa grande cuisine. Third time in the apartment of my relative and it is always the same... Great location, calm and close to many nice restaurants and bars ...and far from the too touristic places! The apartment is big enought for 3 couples . Nice little Terrasse on top, perfect for breakfast or for a drink in the evening.

Excellent appartement. Well equipped. Location is spot on. Only minor flaw: 4 beds are placed next to each other. Only one bedroom with a door to get some privacy. But all in all a perfect place at a cheap price.

The stairs seem to be a big problem for many people....! I can`t see why this should be? maybe they are more of an optical illusion than reality. There is great space in this flat with first class views. Steping out on to the Born in the morning makes you feel that you are part of the city and not a tourist.I havent many tips for you, as I did much the same here as I do at home in London...! popping out for a pint,going to the local late night live music bar,eating in a fish restaurant (Can Jordi) and sleeping really peacefully in the main back bedroom. Nous avons passé un weekend inoubliable dans cet appartement superbement restauré et complètement équipé. Dans le centre même de Palma, donc à proximité de tous les commerces et de la vieille ville, à quelques pas du paseo marítimo, la localisation est idéale pour passer des vacances de rêve. L'appartement, d'une propreté impeccable et bien isolé, est vaste et dispose de tout le confort qu'on peut nécessiter si l'on préfère se poser et abandonner un moment l'animation majorquine. En dehors de la suite luxueuse, nous retiendrons également la terrasse, géniale pour prendre l'apéritif et les repas. A recommander, en famille ou avec un groupe d'amis !

Séjour d'une semaine à Palma dans cet appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Nous étions 4 et l'appart était tout à fait ce que nous cherchions. Les pieces sont grandes et lumineuses..avec Climatisation !!! La grande salle de bain est luxueuse et la petite terrasse parfaite pour l'apero du soir ! L'appart dispose de tout le confort necessaire (Lave vaisselle..Lave linge...Cuisine équipee..) Nous n'avons pas testé la TV ni internet : Mieux à Faire en vacances!!! La localisation est parfaite..on triuve tous les commercants à mons de 5 mn à pied..et plein de bars et restaus sympas... On est just au bas de la vieille ville...donc loin des gros complexes touristiques...Idéal donc quand on cherche un petit coin tranquille A recommander !

We were 7 ladies who rented the apartment for 5 days i May 2011. Greate apartment, everything you need is available and the space is good- there even are 3 bathrooms!!! The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of the city, just climb down the stairs and you have restaurangs and coffehouses just outside. Everything worked perfectly, the keehoulder met us outside the apartment when we arrived!! ( she only spoke spanish, but that was really no problem). The contact with the owner worked perfectly!! The only thing that maybe could be better was the stairs...It was a bit scary...but we got used to it and it was really no problem!! We hope that we soon can rent the apartment again!!

My friends and I booked this apartment for a long weekend at the end of March. The reviews we'd read had mentioned the stairs to the apartment as 'not for the faint hearted' and boy were they right! The apartment can only be accessed by venturing up a large number of stairs which aren't far off vertical, any steeper and you'd be climbing a ladder! Lowering our luggage back down the stairs was a real team effort - try it and you'll know what we mean! Once you've recovered from the climb you are rewarded by a really great apartment. 7 ladies with all their luggage were comfortably accommodated, if a little cosily with one bedroom sleeping 4. The kitchen area is well equipped although the toaster is a little strange! The only down side to having 7 people rather than 6 does mean that the living area was used more as a bedroom but as the weather was so beautiful we didn't spend much time in the apartment. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the beautiful cathedral, town centre and marina. We'd recommend you buy a day ticket for one of the tourist buses which takes you around all the main areas of interest and you can get on and off as often as you like. We thoroughly enjoyed our short break in Palma, the city is beautiful and steeped in history, a far cry from Palma Nova just along the coast. Our one and only criticism of our time in Palma is aimed at one of the local restaurants. We ordered some crab salad one lunch time and were gobsmacked when the 'crab' was only a chopped up seafood stick - very disappointing considering the range of seafood which is landed each day. All in all we had a lovely break and would be happy to return.

For those that crave the authentic Spanish life, this is the best you can get! If you wander through the city you'll find people living just like you, only YOU live in the best location! We would all be having breakfast at 9am in the 5 bar choices next door and find crouds of people having breakfast just like us, Spanish southern characters speaking loudly, waking you up even if you don't want a cafe con leche and a hot croissant right away. The appartment is fully equiped and the first bath is my favorite. The kitchen is huge and fully equiped with anything you would want for longer stays. Maria is the best as she is really pleasant in how she treated us, payments, and the contract. Enjoy this very central location as nothing gets you closer to anything you need. Karsten

We stayed here in October as a family of 2 adults and children aged 6, 8, & 10 years old. The apartment is in an extremely good location with the main shopping area 25 metres away, the cathedral a 5 minute stroll away and the main tapas area with the famous cocktail bar Abaco again just 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is really very well appointed and is clean and spacious. The master bedroom has the most enormous ensuite bathroom with full bath which was greatly appreciated for soaking sore muscles after running the Palma marathon!

We had a great time. We were a group of 6 friends and had enought beds and facilities for a pleasent stay. Parking is not really a problem. Everything was clean and tidy. The owner and the keyholder were very friendly, helpfull and honest. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms either (towels etc.) and everything worked properly. Only the terrace, looking to the backyard could have been nicer. But, with 50 bars and restaurants only a few meters away in Palma-city....you just dont need a terrace. For all the guests travelling with public transportation there is a bus-stop just across the street. There were two supermarkets within 500 meters providing everything you need. Enjoy your stay.

The location of the property in Palma is excellent. The stairs however are not for the faint hearted! The apartment was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The collection of the key and the the return of them was very simple with no problems and they were very helpful in locating the apartment. If you have a car in Palma the most convenient place to park is at the end of the road on the marina side in the blue bays. If you park after six it costs 2.5euros until 9am the following morning. You can only park for 2 hours max but this is the cheapest place to park overnight. I would recommend the apartment to anyone even a family as the location is perfect.
