The apartment is in a good location but it needs a good deep cleaning and decor

The security assisted in retrieving the key, The key box needed some wiggling to open the main door needs to be fixed we struggled to open the main door

The place was not clean, neat yes but clean no, we had to clean the house and apartment before using anything. There were cockroaches. The drawers were filthy. The shower leaks out of the passage when someone is showering, the washer door was broken. The kettle is broken and we had to switch it off manually, The stove also needs to be changed, two of the stove plates did not work and the knobs are mixed up so one has to figure out which knob actually works. the knobs on the left controlled the plates on the right. there was a cooler box with rotten water or whatever was in the cooler box it smelled like an old yeast mixture. The bedroom did not have power outlets which made it difficult to work or charge our devices

nothing but since I was with toddlers they could not play outside and we were told they are noisy even when inside the house

The security was tight overall place clean and quiet.

The kitchen and the shower was not in good shape need a bit of improvement here and there but were both usable.

Bad Experience Summersands Durban North

There was nothing I liked about it.

This is a living complex. It was National Braai day and raining outside. We were not allowed to braai anywhere after 8 and the owners and complex security was very rude and not understanding to guest that has just returned from Rugby where it was raining. We were not allowed to braai for the kids as it was the only food we bought with. It was also advertised that there is a pool and braai facilities but nothing was said that you could not use area after 8pm. We has to go and braai in the road outside complex. This is not a place for families and kids. Maybe if you only need a bed on business to sleep. Will never go back there. Property also advertised sleep for 8 but there was only place for 6. Had to bring our own mattresses as flat 5mm mattresses was shocking. Could not sleep as people and guards kept talking load the whole night without anybody quoting them down. Double standard at this complex. Dodgy are as well. Not a good experience.

The place is quite, safe and clean. It is also central with easy access to the beach/es, moses mabhida, airport, umhlanga, town, shops around etc.

The house was so clean comfortable and very safe. Nice place indeed we enjoyed our stay friendly staff from the gatehouse to the apartment

Please work on managing coakcroches in the unit... Some pest control will do.

Security officers was nice and respectful.

Starting from gate,the number we called not picked, until we helped by security. The apartment was full of dust all over dirty,toilet smell offensive, balcony full of birds poop, pots dirty never washed old black chipped pap.
