I did not like only beeps of the door while opening it may wake u up to nd also the temperature of war in the shower, it was hot.

Betten gemütlich, Personal sehr nett, Schloss für den eigenen Schrank
Bäder könnten etwas sauberer sein, Wlanverbindung manchmal instabil

smell in the room - sheets smelt like they had been reused. staff was very rude.

It was really a good hostel, great facilities and well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable and quite. Next to each bed, there is a cupboard to store things and a space to put stuff under the cupboard, which was very convenient.
Rooftop terrace to relax, room has terrace with clothesline to dry. If I ever come back to Alicante, I will definitely stay at Hostal Numero Trece again, 100%.
There was no cooktop in the kitchen, it seems there were two in the past, and I guess they were removed to maintain cleanness(?), I guess it's normal people will likely to create more mess with the ability to cook on a cooktop.
Also, the website says free coffee and tea, but weren't provided....a bit disappointing. I understand not every hostel provides these, but if that's the case, you could just update the website, and no need to create false expectations.

Nice and clean property, with great security system. The kitchen is well equipped and the common area is very cozy.
Late check-in and loud door unlock.

I was on a solo trip, I spent the whole weekend here in February, I even extended my stay by one night, thanks to the new friendships I made there. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful man. I slept excellently, thanks to the curtains you have enough privacy If you need it. The cleaning lady was there every day. I met a lot of new people from different corners of the world and created new irreplaceable friendships for life. I love this hostel and I will always come back!!!
////If you know that you will arrive outside the working hours of the reception, contact the hotel beforehand!!! You need a code to get in, otherwise you'll be sleeping outside\\\\

Staff, kitchen, great bed set up - one of the most efficient ive seen. It was quiet, yet friendly so you could chose to make friends or get on with work. Vending machines and fully equipped kitchen. Showers and toilets were clean and spacious and private.

Spacious room and was surprised that the dorm room had its own balcony. I travelled out of season so the hostel was very quiet. Housekeeping were friendly and always on top of cleaning. I like the pod style beds feels very private.
Nothing it was great for a couple of nights in Alicante.

Half of the lockers are not functioning, be prepared to lose a few euros trying to store your stuff. This should've been stated beforehand or have them fixed. Told the staff about it, they ignored my message.
Another thing, the shower hose is more like the one you find at the car wash, huge pressure, narrow stream, it can hurt, trust me.

Code-locked rooms, lockable bathrooms, quite clean, funny russian staff person.
I Stayed only ONE night, so just a fast experience and these kind of hostels are not for me anyway. But for me it wasn´t nearly as pleasant as the high ratings suggested: First of all my messages (Whatsup) and calls about arriving earlier were never answered. My locker´s door was broken and did not shut properly. I think the lockers did not have locks anyway, so I did not feel too secure, even though the rooms were locked. Beds had bad soundproofing, so it was hard to sleep when somebody was snoring or coughing etc. Beds had only light and socket, nothing fancy. They had only 3 locked bathrooms with one shower for whole floor of maybe over 20 persons or so. Probably there were more on downstairs though. Bathrooms had water and some trash on floor on the mornings when on high usage, but there were cleaning staff also quite often taking care of them. Hostal had a lounge area too, but I did not check it out.

The beds were comfy, roomy and private.
Also the showers were very practical and roomy for a hostel.
Roof terrace was a wonderful place to relax!
My stay was wonderful, but I heard from many that the self check in didn’t work as it was supposed to.
The staff is available 15-19, as it’s said on their website, but weren’t as available on WhatsApp as promised.

I really like the privacy.
Nothing.

The place is rather new. Beds and equipment in good condition. Deco is nice. Access to terraces. Enough space for your bags and belongings in the rooms. A towel is provided. Shower gel is available in the shared bathrooms. Guests of all ages. You can leave food in the fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped and nice.
Noisy and cold in the rooms. Not many showers. Pretty messy floors in the bathrooms. Staff is not easy to reach on WhatsApp. Kitchen is in the lobby, next to the rooms on the first floor. Although it's not allowed to cook fish, cooking smells remain. Must par 1€ to use a locker if early arrival or before you go to the airport.

The hostel looks very nice, I was late so the staff kindly sent me all the details. The location is very convenient, but what brings the place down is - lack of staff, there was no one at the reception at all, some guests staying there was questionable and making me uncomfortable, I didn’t felt safe, and there was no one to report it to. The bathrooms were okay but the water was cold and they were not very clean.
This place would really benefit on having a welcoming host, activities for guests, as at the moment it feels like there is no soul. also a lot of guests bringing other people for some “romantic” time.
The kitchen is nice.
Weird guests, lack of staff, no safety measures

I got a message from them well before arrival, with clear intructions, everything worked by code-access. The place was quiet, clean and the first time for me being in a hostel with so much privacy.
16 bed room, but with a capsul-design with curtain, you got privacy when you wanted.
Good showers and good locked lockers right beside your bed, in addition a power outlet and unlocked locker in the capsul.
Very pleased and I can highly recommend to people wanting to meet other people and to those who want to live cheaper and leave more money from the budget to living the life:)
