Nice location and garden. Free parking was a big advantage in that area. Photos are a fair reflection of the property
The sofa bed had quite alot of black fungus on the mattress and on other surfaces

Very well maintained, very close to city center, homely feels and wonderful host .

Garden
The property is old and in need of complete refurbishment. It was NOT clean, there are lots of areas where dirt and grime has built up, totally disgusting. The toilet is basically a cupboard off the kitchen, don’t think that’s allowed. Our 1 year old granddaughter sat on the floor and picked up clumps if hair, we lifted the rug as it was trip hazard to her and was astonished at the grit and dirt we swept up from underneath, it was obvious it hadn’t been done before our arrival. I could go on but I think you have the jist 🙉 a refund would be much appreciated.

Close to Eden Theatre, shops, restaurants and river walks, clean, free parking.

We enjoyed the location in Inverness downtown..
We did not enjoy the sleeping arrangements for our son. The pullout couch was not leveled, and he was very uncomfortable. There was also a whole in the wall in our bedroom upon our arrival.
In the kichen, there was not a coffee pot for the coffee maker so my husband could enjoy the coffee we brought for the stay..also there also were not any paper towels to use in the kitchen .
Bathroom, there was only 1 roll of toilet for three people to use for the 3 days that I booked. We ended up buying more to use and took what we bought with us.
We ended up leaving a day early because of my sons lack of comfort.

Location.
Fine for a flying visit for 2 folk max.
Not suitable for a family of 4, shouldn't even come up in the listings.
Sofa bed broken at one end, mould under the mattress and really uncomfortable.
Main bed was ridiculously firm, I like a firm mattress but this thing is a slab of granite.
The shower room is so small you can't really dry yourself in there.
Internet was unusablely slow for 50% of the time.
Could be just about usable for 4 folk if the mattress and sofa bed were replaced but there's defo better accommodation nearby.
3.5
Clean fridge and accessibility to Inverness.
The bed was too hard, and dangerous we kept banging our legs on the corners. The bathroom door was too big and bathroom too small. There should be more instructions about how the central heating can be controlled. Some of the cutlery were dirty. Photos didn't reflect the property.

location and space were great
main bed was hard as bricks, sofa bed broken and was like you had your legs in the air, no heating in bathroom working, no instructions on how to turn the heating on,

Location, convenience, parking available.
Very small, no washing machine and a lack of refuse bags for rubbish. Check-in details not supplied and had to wait for 45 mins before I could enter the property after a 300 mile/5 hour drive. Sofa bed not the best and had to re-arrange the furniture to enable me to get it out.

Great location, self contained ground floor apartment with complimentary WiFi.
Very hard bed.

The Apartment is very good located, the host is very kind, all in all a very cute little Apartment.

Excellent location
Very disappointed in property. First of the stench of the mop in the cupboard was just awful made the whole house stink. Both beds are horrific one being unbearably hard the other the springs stuck out and sat on a slant. The shower does not work u can only have it on an too hot or too cold setting which we could not have the kids using. There was a broken wine glass in the cupboard, the rest of plates and bowls where all chipped. Plug sockets loose on the walls and the house was covered in dust and cobwebs. Also could not hang clothes up in cupboards as they are dirty and smelling. the plug on iron was broken and unusable. We left a day early as couldn't spend another night. It definitely does not house 4 people would be very uncomfortable having to walk through the living room where the other two guests are sleeping to get to the bathroom.Deeply disappointed.

The apartment is very central in Inverness. It’s just 10 minutes walk till city center.
It was not very clean, the bathroom was very very small and at least this apartment shouldn’t be offered for more than two. We were three and had problems with the space. For two it’s absolutely okay.

The bed was too hard it was like sleeping on a slab!

Location was great..parking right outside of property

Compact but very cozy and warm, great location. Great price. Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access. Perfect for a small family (2+1). Pleasant, quiet area. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend.
3.5
Close to town, easy parking outside
Very small, not suitable for 4 people as to use sofa bed needed to move coffee table which is heavy and then if u need a loo in the night you have to walk around sofa bed in the dark or wake people in bed. Also out of date tea and other bits in cupboard, leftover shampoos, body washed probably from previous guests.
Didn't feel clean so would not be returning .

Never had parking permit and got a parking ticket, apart from that everything else was fantastic 👌
Absolutely lovely place to stay, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Was like home from home. Just along river Ness and a 5 min walk to city centre. Kids loved it to and we will definitely be back again.

The location was very good.
The owner came out and tried to sort out a remote control.
TV remote wasn't working, so unable to access channels and Netflix. Bedding was not very fresh and sheet had a hole in it. Socket behind bed was hanging off the wall. Fire worked, but without the glow. No instructions for the heating. Heated towel rail didn't work. Extractor hood didn't work. Smell of stale cigarette smoke despite it being non smoking accommodation. Had to buy air freshener. Overall pretty shabby and a bit grubby. We came home after one night, despite paying for two.

The location to city centre, cleanliness, communication with host, main bedroom and kitchen/ living room. Only stayed for one night at beginning of holiday to do NC500. Was very central location and lovely tidy little house.
Small however functional and did the trick. The sofa bed (used by my daughter) was a bit uncomfortable as the foot end was higher than the head end. Shower room was tiny but functional
3.5
Free parking but very narrow. Place looked very safe and quiet and near to town centre. Toilet is small.
Wifi is not good and no network in the area. No bins inside the premises as well as no instruction on how to use heating. However, the owner was responsive and easy to reach, as well as the the whole place is clean.

The bed and Cobwebs in the kitchen and the dust around the place

It’s location is perfect. Small but perfectly formed property. Stocked with everything I needed.
Having to go through the living room (whilst family members were asleep on the sofa bed) to get to the bathroom.
