The Location was good, but the cleanliness was very poor.also no bed sheets provided, smelt terrible,i had to fully clean the caravan myself before staying in it.
The Cleanliness as above,(not what it said on the tin)

Very well spaced caravan with clear instructions on how to get there.
Was perfect

Enjoyed it staff are helpful caravan was good
Only thing I can realy pick at was the mattress I'm a big guy and I could feel the base of the bed
4.1
Close to amenities and price was ok.
There is a £30 charge Per Car to get onto the site which has to be paid but wasn't directly mention in the write up. It just said may be an extra charge for gate and amenities access.
The carpet has lifted in the hall and is a trip Hazzard.
The main door doesn't open very easily think the lock is sticking which has been mentioned on a previous review.
Finally it didn't feel as though it had been cleaned certainly hadn't been vacuumed lots of long hair sticking to my husbands socks And duvets just dumped on each bed along with mattress covers which didn't smell or even look clean. Thankfully we took our own so not really an issue for us.

Nice caravan all essentials available, close to the entertainment venue which was good in the awful weather we had!

Overall we enjoyed the break and the location was good being not far from the front but not to close as to disturb the peace.
The only thing was the front door which was a bit awkward to open and close especially for my 6 year old daughter.

It was central to get place's
Were a few issues toilet door did not close or lock so had to hold closed when using

2min walk to the entertainment which was incredible and beautiful warm swimming pool
Plenty glasses and cups which there often isnt in a caravan
Lovely gas fire in the lounge and comfy seats
Nice to have an adjoining door from the master bedroom into the bathroom

lovely homely, caravan not far from entrance so not far to walk but not too close that young kids would be kept up by any noise. love this site entertainment for kids pool park and beach not far and loads more what else can u ask for perfect for families no matter the age

VERY PEACEFUL AND QUIET, WALKING DISTANCE INTO RHYL. lOCATION GOOD FOR VISITING OTHER AREAS.
Dirty sink and Wok in caravan, empty air fresheners left behind and not replaced. Shower door broken and should have been noted by cleaner. no bin bags, no toilet rolls. Bedding left in a heap on the bed which meant we didn't know if it was clean or dirty. Toys and bin with cigarette ends left outside caravan and steps to caravan could do with being replaced. There was a screw protruding from carpet runner in living area. Whilst these comments may seem a little harsh we felt it was right you should be made aware and they can be rectified sooner rather than later.

Caravan was really nice and pretty quiet of an evening
Location wasn't the best, was on the bank of an industrial estate

The caravan has got everything you could ask for : well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of storage and even DVDs and board games for rainy evenings. The owners are amazing people-can't thank them enough for helping us out with a personal issue.

The caravan was a little dated but was clean and comfortable
The lack of heating. Luckily we’d been told it wasn’t centrally heated so we took a heater with us.
The shower was quite small and not very powerful.

Lovely little caravan park. Clean and quiet. Caravan had all we needed for our stay. Didn't use the park facilities as we didn't purchase the pass.
£15 for a gate pass is a bit steep but this is charged by the park and is out of RS Caravans control.

Nothing liked everything

The caravan was adequate, it was clean although the cooking pans were not the best, and as the onsite chippy and sports bar were c;losed (with no explanation), and we were not allowed to sit outside the cafe bar with the dog, it was either cook in the van or get a take away from one of the limited take aways nearby.
it would have been helpful to have been informed before we paid £50 to use the onsite facilities, that if we wanted a drink or snack from the cafe bar we would have to sit at the picnic benches opposite the sales office, this was not good as the outside temp., was in the high 20's and the benches were right in the middle of the area with no shelter (no umbrellas).

The beds were very comfortable, plenty of equipment in the van. Sandi the owner of the Van did send a bouquet of flowers for all the inconvenience I had suffered after the first day which was lovvely Bless her. However; as shown below our week was disasterous on that camp site.
The van was very old n damp, no central heating. Staff were terrible, 3 times I had to go to office to find a Van without a NUMBER, How do you find a Van in the rain with a paper map that was soaking wet as well as us. Booked for swimming onlly to find the main desk had not informed pool staff of our arrival, disgraceful. Typical fact that communication on site was dreadfull!!! A mother of a large family was sniffing drugs in the toilet she was so intoxicated she had to be escorted off the Camp then the travellers broke the main barrier and had stolen holiday makers goods. 1 week was certainly too much. Local shop is 1\2 mile away for Groceries. Would Not Recomend.

The caravan was very clean and a home away from home.
The only this I would say is the fridge could do with a freezer department but that’s a very minor point. There was nothing I didn’t like about the van.
4.1
Everything and the owner was brilliant! Would love to stay here again.
There was nothing.
