Super agréable et confortable. Belle vue de ma chambre

L’hôtel est très bien situé proche du centre ville et de commodités. Le rapport qualité prix est juste excellent. L’accueil parfait: le personnel est très à l’écoute des besoins, Je recommande vivement.

Passeport volé au sein de l établissement

J'avais réservé un premier séjour de 3 jours avant mon arrivée afin que ma maman puisse séjourner et venir me chercher à l'aéroport. Le lendemain de mon arrivée, la 1ere reservation arrivant à échéance, la gérante m a demandé si le séjour allait être prolongé et si tel était le cas, de prolonger le séjour avant 12h. Les soucis ont commencé quand j' ai constaté que le prix que la gérante voulait me faire payer sur place pour prolonger le séjour de 5 nuits supplémentaires était plus cher que le prix affiché sur Booking. Lorsque je vois le prix que l on essaye de me faire payer, je précise que ce n' est pas le prix sur Booking. La gérante me demande de lui montrer et devant elle, je commence le processus de réservation puis elle prend la main sur la démarche entamée. Quand je vois le prix affiché, je lui précise de nouveau que ce n' est pas ce prix que j' ai vu et de moi même, je reprends le processus de réservation et effectue la réservation avec 2 chambres pour un prix de 343 euros soit 225000 FCFA au lieu d un montant de 600 euros qu on essayait de me faire payer. Lorsque je précise que j' ai fait la réservation avec le prix constaté sur Booking le matin même, la gérante me fait comprendre que la réservation faite est certainement pour 1 chambre et elle se met à échanger avec son collègue par message et revient vers moi pour me confirmer que la réservation faite est celle pour 1 chambre. Je lui précise que non, qu il s' agit du prix pour 2 chambres et 2 personnes et lui montre la réservation. De là, elle me dit ok et me demande d' annuler ma réservation et de lui payer les 225000 FCFA en cash car sur Booking, ils ont des frais et que si je faisais cela, je resterai dans l' appart au 1er étage pour que ma maman qui a des problèmes de genoux n ai pas à monter trop d'étages. A précisé que lors de la 1 er réservation j' avais précisé que ma maman avait des problèmes de genoux et de nous mettre au 1 er étage.

Would Stay There Again

Staff were welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Quite close to the US embassy.

Carpets on the stairways were not clean. Needs deep steam cleaning. Kitchen had no spoons nor cups.

It was a relatively short stay but the environment was pleasant and secure

It is securely located in an excellent neigbourhood, with walkable sidewalks. Although not walkable to the centre or business district of the city, it is easy to go by taxi. Bar and restaurant was good.

I had no problem walking the stairs as bonus exercise, but having a room at the top floor without an elevator was not ideal if you have to get out frequently. There is also no clarity on when the rooms are cleaned.

Splendid stay, had all the amenities for a business trip

I received a warm welcome by both Jerry and Damien. I like the location (next door to the Embassy of China) so security wise it was spot on. Also, it’s by the roadside, which I really like because I have mobility issues. In addition, I was upgraded so I got a huge appartement,?which was splendid. Also, was very quiet and I was able to work undisturbed. Finally, the Wi-Fi worked throughout and without issue.

The residence is in need of upgrade and a refurbishment. The carpet in the residence and bathroom need to be refreshed. However, it’s clean, which makes up for the old furniture.

Great place, quiet neighbourhood, accommodating host, spacious

Great hosts, very spacious and the view was great! The breakfast was very good, you can choose what you want from a list, so you combine to your taste. The few issues we had, they fixed it within hours. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, close to the middle of Bastos and places to go out for dinner or drinks. They offered us to choose between the available rooms.

Warm water was not stable, but they fixed it when we mentioned it. Wifi was not stable, but still the best I had in my 12 days in Cameroon. * no elevator

Comfy room and good bathroom. The best staff in a long time. Good restaurant and food.

It’s a little difficult to find if you arrive at night (the banner on the big street is turn off).

Very good and quiet location. Very big rooms. Charming restaurant.

Hotel with a very good potential but ruined by a very lazy and poor trained staff. The maintenance of the facilities are very poor. Cleaning is not adequate. The restaurant is very charming but does not serve the menu it offers, with very small portions.

It was very spacious with multiple balconies in great location

Breakfast. Only one night included breakfast which wasn't clear when booking and the bread was very dry and had ants with it. There was no trash can in the kitchen or cleaning materials in the apartment.

Ideal location and great value for money.

The location is great, just near all major Embassies. The cleaning team is great, dedicated and always available to keep the room comfortably clean.

Whenever it rained, water was stuck on the balcony for hours.
