I would certainly rebook, as it is central to the city and the apartment was clean with crisp bedding and spacious

Excellent experience. Will stay at the apartment again when I'm in Sheffield.

The location is not too bad. Within walking distance to tram and bus stops. Very good view from the 11 floor. A lot of windows and the apartment is very bright with natural light.

All was good. Nothing that I didn't like.

Good clean apartment in excellent location for the relatively short walk into the city centre.

Some maintenance/repair required on parts of the apartment (which has been fed-back) to make a good stay into a great stay.

Very disappointing.

Great location for Ponds Forge Swimming Pool.

Property very tired. Not at all like the pictures on booking.com. 1 small sofa and small chair for 4 people to sit on so had to sit on dining chair. Windows did not shut so howling wind in flat. Shower leaked, beds really uncomfortable. Freezer door fell out in my hand. Plugs coming off walls - the list goes on. Definitely not luxury. For this price thought they might put minature shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms or even a small welcome hamper - budget hotels can do this. Requested 2 double rooms with sofa bed. Could not use sofa bed as no curtains and windows screaching in wind.

Shabby and over-priced!

The staff were responsive to my issues

We were hugely mis-sold on this property. it was not at all what we expected for the price we paid. we were paying for a luxury stay and this was not at all luxury. the photos they have on the site and what we were led to believe we were getting were nothing like what we actually got in our apartment. it was massively over priced for something which looked shabby. missing blinds, old broken cabinets stored in the wardrobes, curtains falling down, wonky light fittings etc. we were so disappointed as we had booked thinking we were going to have a really lovely stay. the bedrooms looked not much better than someone's basic spare room. a few scatter cushions do not make for a luxury apartment! we requested money back which we were given.

Excellent Apartment and location

Excellent location, close to High Street and public transport. Very communicative team, who created a WhatsApp group prior to my arrival, and was prompt in their responses and very professional. Highly recommend!

there were no toiletries or basic kitchen supplies kept...no indication as where buttons are to start the heating in the bathroom.

Great place!

Nice apartment, good location and a fantastic view over the river. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it for relaxing and enjoying Sheffield city visitors.

Comfortable stay. Value for money

Easy access to town centre, easy check in and check out, lots of parking close by (paid), lots of light and pretty nice views. Lovely attentive host.

A couple of small touches to make it a little more comfortable for those who take the "self catering, home away from home" would be nice. Eg. Side table, few more cooking utensils. Would still recommend though and will probably be back. Had a good stay

The apartment was stylish and perfect for a girly catch up. Walking distance to the town centre and the beds were so comfortable. Underground parking and great hosts!
