quiet neighbours, and easy access to amenities

Internet inaccessible, code poorly written and faint, could not get online. TV dated, remote temperamental, terrestrial services not available

An excellent place for a family stayover in the heart of Seaford!

The location and p[placement of the property are the best. The property is well-maintained and clean. The beds are comfy and the living room can host a big family to pass good times. The kitchen is well-equipped. The toilets are super clean and well-decorated. The cleanliness of the rooms is beyond amazing. The internet and wifi work pretty well. The onboarding and sign-off instructions are well-written and clear.

The only back side is the heater turning on-off times. We went out and were late while returning to the property and we found that the heaters were turned off and the property was cold. We immediately informed the owner who was super kind to turn it on. However, while traveling and staying awake late at night, you don't want to bother anyone, and thus heater and heating should be controlled by the guest.

Excellent, clean and well equipped property, close to amenities - SUPERB *******

The property was superb and well maintained. It's spread on 4 floors with spacious kitchen & living room, 2 big bathrooms and 3 big bedrooms. There were 6 of us and we enjoyed our stay. Wish could have stayed longer. Also, it's in town center and close to beach and seven sisters hills in Seaford.

We enjoyed everything. But if you are light sleepers there is some sea gulls noise, although it didn't affect us. Parking may be issue in busy periods but we were happy to park near by and walk to property.

That was an outstanding experience, the place and the town are absolute gems.

Upper Room Seaford is a wonderful place to stay in when you are in Seaford. Every needed locations like train station, shops, cafes and, the most important, beach are within a walking distance, approximately five minutes. The house is absolutely beautifully designed, there are many interesting items and details that make the place cosy and you feel like home. You can find there everything you need (for cooking, for living, for leisure) and even more. Especially want to say about small room on the top floor with window on the roof. That was a great experience to stay at this place. Hope to come to Seaford again.

The house is an absolutely wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely everything, the balcony is delightful, huge kitchen, so clean, comfy beds and more than anything the house feels like a home, wonderful atmosphere.

I don't think anything. If was going to be really picky, I'd have liked a later checkout.

lovely house, very cosy and comfortable. We immediately feel like at home

being asked to remove all bedsheet... not super nice and first time I see this request in owner’s instructions. was missing liquid soap for shower so we managed with hand soap

Lovely stay in Seaford

Very comfortable accommodation with everything you need. 3 great bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus kitchen and sitting room. Great location in town near shops, restaurants and transport. Ideal for walking the Seven Sisters, with regular buses to Exceat, Eastbourne and Brighton, and trains too.

We had a lovely few days staying in Upper Rooms. The house really is an unexpected gem.

The house was so welcoming and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and perfect location for what we needed. The 'library' was a bonus and something for all ages to read.

Obviously not the host's responsibility but the parking was a bit of a pain. Not a massive problem as a car park close by but a tad inconvenient, however for such a central location manageable.

worth the money and extremely big space for a big family.

the beds were comfortable big rooms and quite clean lovely bathrooms with shower and bath

the toaster, microwave and cooker were a bit dirty so didn’t really use them. the parking as spaces in front of the house were mostly taken and car park was with a charge.

Pleasing to the eye . Thoughtful touches

Loose truth about the parking . Property was cold . 1 bathroom had no lock 1 bathroom the shower leaked into downstairs flat so could not be used . Lots of places to sleep not a lot of room to socialize . Don't rent this if you have mobility issues . It is played out over 3 floors
