Great view, nice clean apartment.
No toiletries, hairdryer etc. long flight of stairs so carrying luggage up was quite tiring.

Fantastic view from the balcony with both indoor and outdoor areas. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Nice and cool inside despite high temperatures during our stay
It's worth being aware that there are 3 flights of steps up to the apartment. It is also located a bit out of the town centre and quite a climb up. This didn't bother us as self catering but limited choices of places to eat nearby. The trade off was the great view

Spacious, quiet, and clean apartment with a pretty view! My group enjoyed our time here, and Markus was a lovely and thoughtful host. We would definitely return!

The apartment had nice views and in a quiet area at the outskirts of the town.
The ski bus was useful.
The Dolomites is a beautiful area.
The apartment was clean.
I found the flat quite poor value for money for the following reasons:
The interior was quite old and in need of refurbishment.
The living space was poorly proportioned due to layout changes from the original flat, i.e. large bedrooms we only sleep in, the lounge was in the old hallway with no windows so not useable, we were 5 and crammed into either a small 2.5m x 2.5m balcony , or glassed balcony of the same size on uncomfortable seats, not in line with the budget we spent.
The kitchen was very poorly equipped (we had to ask for a toaster and salad spinner), the rest of the kitch stuff was basic, there was no oven or grill.
When we arrived on the balcony was a rickety cheap table and one chair, so we found others, but was not at all inviting.
My bed seemed old and quite uncomfortable for me ( but that might just be my taste..).

The location is stunning with views over the valley and gorgeous mountains looming in the distance. There are three cable cars from Ortisei and several from neighbouring towns so it is super-easy to get into the mountains. I didn't want to drive so I was a bit concerned whether it would be easy to get around, but I need not have worried - a local bus leaves from right outside the apartments to take you into town and you can catch busses to elsewhere in the Vale from there. It is really one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited.
Nothing springs to mind.

Great view, nice to have a solarium.
Very quiet, sufficient space
Inside parking
The building would be more environment if they worked a bit on the landscaping
3.5
The apartment was quite spacious. The views from the terrace were lovely. We enjoyed having access to the sauna. Markus was very prompt to respond and really helpful. He provided lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area.
The apartment was a bit of a drive out of Ortisei, so having a car is preferable.
A few things in the apartment seemed a bit tired. The entrance is a bit weird.
The apartment claimed to have an oven, but only had a microwave.
Personally, we didn't find the bed to be very comfortable.
