De frente para a avenida só tomando dramin pra dormir…. Acústica do quarto não existe

Fiquei de frente para a avenida e a acústica é muito ruim… toda barulho do trafego entra no quarto, simplesmente ao tem vedação acústica…. Horrível Nunca aceitem quartos de frente para avenida

Bom atendimento, quartos espaçosos, camas boas e aconchegantes. A piscina na cobertura, bom para passar um final de tarde e ver o por do sol.

Por ser uma noite de sábado para domingo, o café da manhã deixou a desejar um pouco, poderia ter mais opções de alimentos.

Tolhas manchadas e velhas. Limpeza do banheiro, poderia ser melhor. Armário do quarto, com poeira. Café da manhã tem poucas opções e poderia ser de melhor qualidade.

Aceitável. Já me hospedei várias vezes e foi a primeira vez que fiquei insatisfeita.

O café da manha estava ótimo e a localização é boa também.

As toalhas estavam com um cheiro estranho, a pia do banheiro entupida, porta sabonete vázio e outro quebrado.

O hotel é bom, mas o custo benefício não compensa.

A localização é boa, a academia completa e o restaurante é bom. A cama é confortável.

O flat tem cozinha, mas o atendente me disse que é só decorativa. Não tem nem um garfo, copo, nada! Não faz o menor sentido. Deveria ter, no mínimo, alguns talheres, copos e uma chaleira de água para um chá, pelo menos. Não há pq pagar mais caro por um flat se você tem exatamente as mesmas comodidades de um quarto normal, só que este último é mais barato.

Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Limpeza excelente. Café da manhã de qualidade.

Quem tem problemas com barulho para dormir, vai ter dificuldade nos apartamentos com 2 quartos, que ficam em cima da avenida. A solução foi colocar a cama na sala. O que funcionou muito bem! Silêncio total!

A limpeza foi o que mais gostei e a localização, próximo ao shopping estação.

Cama um pouco dura, café da manhã sempre igual, poucas opções de doce, a sanduicheira estragou e foram 2 dias pra resolver. Pelo valor da acomodação, poderia ser melhor! A piscina muito pequena, não tem ar-condicionado no elevador.

I recommend no one to go there . Looks for other hotel.

I’having travel all the world and I never had bad experience in any of the place I stay at. First the website didn’t say that I can not have anyone to came to visits me at the room , it’s prohibited to have have someone else at all times in room. If so I need to pay 100 dollars a hour. I got food poisoning at the restaurant. The hotel didn’t offer anything to compensate me for the stress or sickness for couple of days.

Por black fast, the manager in the restaurant is Rude to everyone. They have no respect to customers. I was eating my black fast and one more table had a people eating . The employees was sweep the floor while We was eating and another employee shot the light off . When the other guest complaining about . The employees was rude to than .

The manager of the morning reception, Diego, in person, tried to fix the problems I had with the wifi, and he brought the solution for other things too. Ana, the operational manager, was so kind and warm, trying to redeem this issue. I saw their efforts in helping me, and this is more important than the result. Thank you at Advanced Hotel and Flats' time. You are awesome!

Modern and clean but things could be improved

modern and spacious apartment, nice reception, breakfast was good. The roof top with a pool is quite relaxing.

very poor Wi-Fi, the staff does not speak English in a business hotel! the location on the booking.com map is wrong. There were ready to go sandwiches at the breakfast but we weren’t allowed to take it away which was very confusing - in any other hotel it was a normal thing to take away wrapped sandwiches. The apartment with a kitchen has no cutlery, plates, cups etc which is a bit ridiculous - am I supposed to bring my own kitchen equipment for a business trip?

Supremely comfortable.

All the staff I encountered were professional and friendly. The Reception team are outstanding.. always making time to chat and very responsive to any request. Spotless with a pleasant pool area to relax. Enormous rooms and very quiet. Nice breakfast on a very spacious dining room. I'm glad I stayed here.

The restaurant is temporarily closed for remodelling ..a minor inconvenience
