Nous avons été reçu comme des rois dans ce magnifique hôtel. C’est un petit hôtel très familial et chic à la fois. Les chambres sont sublimes, très propres et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Une piscine à débordement, une magnifique vue et un jardin sublime, entretenue avec beaucoup de soin. Vous ne trouverez pas plus gentil que le personnel de cet hôtel. Andrea est très attentionné et au petit soin avec ses clients. Il veille à ce que nous ne manquons de rien et à ce que nous nous sentons bien. Étant intolérante au lactose, ils ont intégré dans le petit déjeuner des aliments sans lactose. Les petits déjeuners sont parfaits comme le reste. Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux accueil. Nous reviendrons si l’occasion se présente. 😊

Struttura a conduzione familiare a soli 6 minuti di auto dal centro di Arezzo. I proprietari, Andrea e Barbara, ti fanno sentire come se fossi a casa, sempre molto attenti e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Colazione fenomenale, prodotti tipici e km 0, varietà di torte sia dolci che salate e crostate fatte in casa, yogurt e formaggi freschi, succhi di frutta e tanto altro. Piscina meravigliosa con acqua sempre cristallina, giardino curato con molti spazi e zone adibite al relax. Presente anche un bar in modalità autogestione nei pressi della piscina. Silenzio e tranquillità garantiti, camere spaziose, comode e pulite. Nel complesso una perla, eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista, nessun difetto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Die Unterkunft in Mitten der schönen toskanischen Landschaft Arezzo‘s bietet vollste Entspannung und wurde vom Gastgeber Andrea mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer „das Tartufo“ ist sehr individuell und zum Wohlfühlen gestaltet und bietet mit einem schönen Ausblick in die Natur alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Frühstück, die Gartenanlage, die Umgebung im Allgemeinen, sowie der Infinitiy-Pool sind einfach einzigartig. Wir waren mit unserem 7 Monate alten Sohn da und wurden sehr herzlich und familiär behandelt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ❤️Wir waren das Erste, aber bestimmt nicht das Letzte Mal da!!

Great accommodation, rooms were designed with excellent taste. Extremely clean. Andrea the host is one of the best hosts we have met, always there to help and provide advice and tips for an unforgettable stay. The breakfast was handmade daily with fresh ingredients promoting agriculture of the region. Pool clean with fantastic views of the area.

Super cozy, relaxed & personal place, thx. to the host - Andrea, who made us feel @holiday & @home ❤️ From the moment we set our foot and even before arriving via WhatsApp, we felt comfortable and welcomed - we were not disappointed, when we arrived ❤️ Four individually styled rooms, with all you need of 'hardware' to make your stay feel easy, ex. towels, bags and bottles, to bring to the pool. Home cooked breakfast, with Tuscany specialities, fresh fruit, cold cuts and eggs - all you can desire. Great infinity pool with well equipped self-service pool bar and a great view over the valley. Highly recommended - no regrets @all - just do it - book, relax and enjoy your stay 🇮🇹

This place is truly fantastic. The host is so fantastic to you. The host made the most special effort to make our time perfect in every way. You can not compare this place to anywhere else. It is heaven. Arezzo itself is a lovely place too, busy enough to feel exciting but not so busy that it is full of tourists everywhere. If you can, I steingly recommend you book this wonderful place. The host is one of a kind.

Andrea is the perfect host helpful in every way. we stayed in the truffle suite which was spacious and comfortable ….. loved the shower! the grounds and swimming pool are in immaculate condition with picturesque views across the valley.

A wonderful place to relax and a great base for exploring the Arezzo and beyond.

The setting was a delight, the house has been superbly restored, our room was comfortable, we loved the pool, enjoyed our breakfasts and appreciated the lovely views across the valley. We were made welcome from the start and were always well looked after.

We loved the property and could have stayed longer!

Andrea is an exceptional host and the property is a little gem. Fabulous breakfast choices and more food than we could eat. Pool area was great and wonderful views of a beautiful area. Restaurant recommendations and bookings were looked after by our more than generous host!!

The perfect relaxing stay in a special place with special hosts.

We stayed at Podere Fontanino for 4 nights on an Italian road trip. We liked everything about this special place. Andrea and Barbara are the perfect hosts. They speak good English which was good because my Italian is poor. They are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Barbara is a wonderful baker - the food that she produces for the wonderful breakfasts is amazing. The grounds of the property are lovely and relaxing, with a fantastic infinity pool with perfect views across Tuscan hills. Andrea would love to have more people from the UK visit Arezzo and his lovely place. We certainly hope to return one day.

Exceptional

We enjoyed an exceptional holiday at Podere Fontanino. The owners are always available, have great suggestions for restaurants and trips, and are very kind and considerate, always trying to answer any questions, looking after their guests and fulfilling their wishes. We very much enjoyed this personal atmosphere. The property is big and luxurious, the pool with its bar a fantastic asset and breakfast is absolutely delicious, with homemade sweets and savouries. The location is ideal, too - there are no neighbours and the panoramic view from the infinity pool is spectacular. At the same time it‘s only a 10-min drive to beautiful Arezzo, which is very convenient. We‘ve had a wonderful time at Podere Fontanino and will certainly come back. A big thank you to the owners!

Special vacation in Pondere Fontanino.

The place is absolutely beautiful through and through. The view is amazing and the rooms beautiful. Pool area with the bar was most relaxing. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel special. Andrea gave us tips to places to visit and restaurants and made sure everything ran smoothly every day.

Podere Fontanino was truly special. The location is beautiful and a short drive away from Arezzo. Breakfast was divine every day and the pool with the views and bar perfect. I highly recommend this. Much more special than any 5 star hotel. Thank you Andrea and Barbara.

The view was amazing, the pool was amazing. My kids adored the chocolate cake. We enjoyed the fresh fruit, the delicious home made specialties. Andrea and Barbara were very nice people. You took good care of us.

The service, the breakfast and all the facilities were great. Andrea is a great host. We travelled with our 3 age little boy and he was the happiest of the family. It is close to Arezzo, Cortona even to Siena .. Very ideal location to travel around..

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while seeing Arezzo.

The minute we arrived the owner was ready to give us a glass of very good wine, some bread, and some coldcuts. He recommended terrific restaurants right nearby; we tried two - the closest one makes fabulous pizza, and the one that's a km away serves amazing meats. The breakfast was far more than we could hope to eat and had every kind of breakfast food you could ask for. The hosts made their own pies and cakes and there were typically four of them each breakfast. All foods that are available locally are sourced locally from organic sources - only the oranges used for fresh-squeezed juice came from outside Tuscany. The host speaks English well and was very helpful suggesting places to go - we would not have seen the Roman bridge without his recommendation. Even the parking lot he suggested we use in the city was perfectly located, The place is about ten minutes south of Arezzo center in a semi-rural area surrounded by beautiful hills - its a calm and serene place to relax after a day's driving or museuming, This B&B is a great value for the price.

As we were ready to leave, the owner asked us sincerely what he could do to make our stay better, and we hemmed and hawed and scratched our heads trying to think of something to improve, but we really couldn't think of anything that was within the realm of reason.

Amazing place and host

The room was sparkling clean with unique design and a lot of attention to details. The infinity pool has incredible views over the hills. The breakfast is something special with a lot of surprises each morning: local dishes and homemade cakes. But what makes this place so great is the host, who is very responsive, friendly and happy to welcome you and to offer suggestions during your stay. Perfect accommodation if you want to visit Tuscany.

Everything was just on point. Andrea is such an amazing host and you can immediately tell that he manages this property with love and passion. Location and atmosphere are great.

The only thing i did not like was that i could stay there only one day because it was fully booked. I would have loved to stay one extra night!!

Perfect little gem where you feel like family

The house was beautifully restored. You can see the love in the details. The garden is so peaceful and has an amazing view of the valley. The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruits, cakes, homemade bread etc. Andrea and his family are super nice and they welcomed, treated and spoiled us as family. They even invited us to a home-cooked meal and pizza from their own pizza oven. Whenever we had a question (of where to go, where to park etc.), Andrea helped us immediately. We could not imagine a more perfect stay and we will definitely return.
