Suggest to do a deep cleaning / replace some old facilities on the residence

Ok, quite near to the location I needed to go

Bedding, Aircond etc… Quite old but price ok.

There’s a lot of furniture spoiled Eg: I wasn’t staying the exact unit that I booked. Due to last mins changed from the host. Pipe problem

good location. but i not understand why need to pay security deposit. today i hand over key 9am but still not received deposit refund. a lot of term & condition for security deposit.

Happy Stay

Even though it's the very last min, the owner of this homestay is ready to let us book and prepare everything needed in a short period. Clear communication and instructions. Good vibes and spacious for 8 pax.

Good enviroments, not big different compare with pictures showed

Kitchen sink didnt fix and didnt inform us earlier about the problem

Disappointing

Wrong access card was given, we booked tower 2 but was given tower 1 access card, after informed the owner , we left and come back after few hours, we still have to wait the owner to provide the correct access card. We booked for 7pax, the unit only have 2 double beds and 2single beds. We have to request another single mattress then only the owner provide for us. The owner is so stingy, we stayed for 3nights , there is only one left over toilet roll in both bathroom.

No breakfast. No place to hang my clothing n other items.

Owner not friendly n instruction not clear. The deposit are too much n refund not immediately. I won't come back.
