Gaze out across Netarts Bay and the open Pacific Ocean beyond when you escape to this ocean-view home — a wonderful choice for your next Oregon Coast getaway. Take daily walks to the shores of Netarts Community County Park, light the gas grill for lunchtime barbecues on the wrap-around deck, and soak in the hot tub while taking in the view. Inside, you'll find everything you need, from a cable TV to large windows that frame gorgeous ocean sunsets.

The heart of Netarts is less than a mile north, where you'll find several stores for any necessities that you may require. There are also a few local dining favorites nearby, including The Schooner Restaurant & Lounge less than a mile north. You'll be three miles south of Oceanside's shores, seven miles west of Tillamook and the famous Tillamook Creamery, and four miles north of Cape Lookout State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great time staying at this home. It has a great deck with a lovely view of the bay. The hot tub has the same view. It was overall a great experience. We would rent this home again in the future.

Its rare to find a rental with so much bedding. I counted at least 6 extra sleeping bags and comforters, as well as extra pillows, sheets, towels and blankets. Great access to the bay, beautiful to view the sunset, or inside through the HUGE windows. We had a wonderful time beachcombing and enjoying the scene.

The house was clean. Lots of space and sleeping arrangements were excellent. Short walk down the hill to the bay and a short drive to Happy Camp beach. Restaurants and the store close as well. Such an easy and beautiful drive from Portland.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay crabbing trip. Plenty of room and space for 7 people a dog and a young child. The beds were nice and comfy with plenty of extra blankets if needed. Nice view, great location and the hot tub was a nice touch a well.

House needed updating, furniture uncomfortable, view was minimal, heat didn’t work well, too warm upstairs, too cold downstairs, house smelled dirty/musty, infested with rats & ants! We saw a live rat run across the floor in family room in basement & dead rat in bathroom in morning & ants in bedrooms downstairs! Horrifying!! Marketing is deceptive, this is NOT ON BEACH, view is corner slice between two houses from upper deck! We were told by management co that we’d get a refund of some of our rent but so far no reach out at all from horrible management co. Also, they showed up at house at 10 am on checkout day to push us out of the house even though there was no posting of checkout time at house ANYWHERE nor do they tell you that at check in. Night before CHECKOUT I even searched for checkout time on my texts but no text. I assumed checkout was 11 or 12 like ALL OTHER HOTELS, homes, but no, they had cleaner waiting in driveway at 10 am to shoo us out of the house. The PM who came to door told me they had emailed checkout time to me even though most of their communication was via text!!! Who checks their emails on vacation?? Yet check in time is 4 pm - I guarantee you they DONT SPEND THAT MUCH time cleaning!! This home is infested with rodents, poorly managed, unclean, and doesn’t even have much of a view!! Beware! Stay away! This was a terrifying, horrible experience for me & my family! I have a picture of the dead rat but I don’t see anywhere to post a photo. Stay away!

Great view of Netarts Bay and the ocean beyond! Family home feeling with plenty of comfy beds for our group. Clean and tidy with great amenities including a gas grill and nice hot tub. Lots of parking for several cars. Our dog loved it too.

Loved how quiet, clean and spacious this home was for our family of six. We enjoyed clamming & crabbing in the bay, Oceanside beach and the hot tub! We cooked at home a lot and felt the kitchen & dining area were perfect for our family. Would book to stay here again in the future.

the house was dirty, I sent them photos when we arrived and no one from vacasa helped us, we had to clean it ourselves. and we also leave it clean. I don't know why they charged us for cleaning, we cleaned ourselves.

The crab pot was locked up in garage so we weren’t able to do a large crab boil for all our guest but the house was clean and super nice perfect in all other ways. Loved the hot tub and view of the ocean!

Great view, beautiful location. The bay is visible from the back deck. Lots of beds and a nice hot tub out back. Well stocked kitchen. The only downside was small bathrooms.

We went crabbing three of the four days we were there and had plenty of crab to eat, give away and bring home. Hiking trails were good, and we were close to Some shopping so everyone was happy. We would use this house as home base again

Pretty good condition; carpet torn up at entry to master suite, but overall not bad. Could use some AV updates; had one 27" TV downstairs, and upstairs had a CD changer (no AUX input). Also, it's really 5 bedrooms, not six. 6th one is a walk-in closet with a padded bench. One guest expecting to sleep there around up sleeping on a couch instead. Good proximity to Tillamook, hiking, and beach. Good views. Parking for 5 cars. Not the best house, but satisfactory.

The space of the house was perfect for our friends and family and the kiddos. It would have been nice to know that the yard is not fenced since dogs are allowed. Also, when requesting late check out, we were denied and the house was all of a sudden booked for one night. When we tried to book the next day it said it was a 2 night minimum. Overall, the stay was nice. Kitchen was well equipped but the silverware was tarnished.

We had a wonderful time at Netarts Bay!! The house was wonderful! We all had space and the kids loved the loft area. We also enjoyed the deck with a view of the bay. I would recommend this property.

Great place to stay, plenty of room for everyone. Kids had a great time with the loft. Only TV is in the downstairs family room, which is fantastic to send kids down to while adults socialize upstairs. Beautiful view of the bay from upstairs.
