About this house rental

This renovated original beach house on the dunes of Wooli has everything you need for a perfect getaway. The large, all-weather outdoor entertaining area provides a shady, relaxed space in summer and features an enclosed fireplace for cozy winter evenings. A short walk from the garden's wooden gate takes you to the top of the dune, where you can sit at the table and chairs, enjoying the majestic Wooli beach before you.

Back in the garden, pick a lemon from the tree for a well-earned GandT. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then head inside to the bedrooms, and open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area. The main house has three bedrooms that sleep six people, plus an additional detached bedroom with a queen bed. An extra toilet is convientantly located within the laundry area

The home has security screen doors front and rear so you can catch the summer breezes and hear the sound of the surf at night. All windows have insect screens. For those rare extra hot nights, the home is air-conditioned throughout. There is plenty of off-street parking for cars and boats on either side of the house.

This home is well appointed for guests to really relax and enjoy the quintessential Aussie beach holiday in a relaxed beach side setting. Come and enjoy all that 120 on Main has to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fencing in need of repair.Sprinkler system is set on timer and leaking badly flooding back area and driveway.Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Reviewer Comments: We have just had our 3rd Easter at 120 on Main and have had yet another fabulous experience.The house presentation is always very good ,very clean and neat.Gas bottles also nice and full.Would definitely recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great. There's a few features it doesn't list which I think people could benefit from if it were listed. One being that the outdoor shower has hot water, and there's a toilet in the laundry outside for those staying in the outdoor room. There is a bath also which I really needed for my little one, and there's a BBQ with gas. The location is minutes walk to the bowls club and the beach access is great. We loved using the outdoor fireplace especially as it was raining. This place is great for when it does rain as the outdoor undercover area is not just a shade sail like other properties I viewed, it was thoroughly undercover. The bedding was comfortable. And rooms a decent size. The second air-conditioning we couldn't get to work but it wasn't necessary. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other guests and friends. We enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor area. While not a new place it was definitely a great beach shack which had more to offer than its listing which should be updated to credit the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 120 on Main was the best little beach shack for our family and little our puppies. Access straight to the beach, stroll up to the bowlo or ride to the river, made the stay so much more relaxing and pleasant. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials and more, bbq was clean. Great under cover area, would be perfect in winter too.

It was cramped and hot. We had to buy coils. We didn’t see any info re bin night. The kitchen is way to small to cater to a large group and there was no pantry space. Wouldn’t recommend to a large group any time of year, especially when summer hits.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent, beautiful views of the beach and a great big yard for the pets. The house itself needs some work, it needs a really good clean including the BBQ. There was no cleaning products including dish washing or soaps. The real estate got a cleaner right away to come and do the floors but there was so much more that needed to be done. I did email the pictures to real estate but never heard back. I would suggest packing all linen including blankets and doonas as you wouldn’t want them on you.

The fence was in good condition and kept the doggo in. It was great so be so close to the beach - we would stay again at this home - Wooli was beautiful.The air conditioner and some of the windows were mouldy and the floors were dusty. There was no big pot to cook spaghetti or pan to cook the sauce -I bought my own though so that was ok. It should say in the ad the fourth bedroom is outside and to bring a little heater as there is none. There was no dishwashing liquid.Overall it was a great stay

I love the simplicity of this place. Once you arrive here you do not need to go anywhere apart from to the beach and back which is at the end of your garden. Very relaxing and beautiful spot.
