Our overall experience was not a pleasant one but a costly and very stressful.

We did not get to stay in the unit at all because it was not to our likings at all. I had to book accommodations at another place for 11 people.

The Location appeared to be in a rundown and possibly unsafe neighborhood. When we arrived, there was no one around to assist and the housekeeping person did not know anything. We used the locked box to get in the rooms. The small lobby area had an opening in the ceiling (damages) and floor was wet from possible rain. The lobby did not have AC and the housekeeper had fans drying the floor. The rooms were not clean to our liking with crumbs and blood stains markings on the bedding/mattress. It was hard to open the door to the two bed-room unit. The place needed fresh paint, mattress covers, and some TLC. My whole experience was very stressful, and costly because we still were charged for a one night stay even after communicating with the manager and bookings immediately after arriving, about not feeling comfortable staying there at all. I made several calls to both that same night and after I got back from my trip. The booking.com studios photos were very misleading.

Very close to the airport. Host has very good communication and was helpful. Super clean. Parking spot was an added bonus. A/C was great. Would definitely stay again.

Best place and cheap to stay in Carolina

Love the space and it was clean. They have everything available for cooking. I would recommend it to everyone and in a future if I need it I would use it again. BTW love the private entrance. Another thing they don't have available the unit that I make the reservation and they take care of it fast and gave to me a bigger unit.

Only thing that gave me stress for some reason the house cleaner didn't found the keys when I left it and they call me. That it is uncomfortable but they treat me with respect during the call, I hope they found the key.

Good Place too Stay Near SJU

Odd place, in a residential neighborhood but not far from gas, groceries or the airport. The furnishings and. Fixtures are fairly new and modern. a few apartments and a manager who operates remotely. There are a couple of employees around daytimes. This was a comfortable place to stay for a few days. The host was very responsive and communicative. We had the two bedroom. Full size refrigerator but kitchenware was hit or miss. Bring paper towels. Off street parking.

No stovetop, just a hot plate and some electrical appliances, a couple new in the box. If you plan on cooking here be prepared to improvise. There is a laundry but it takes $2.50 in quarters and there is no change machine and no soap.

This was just an average place n location suffice for what we were doing

The fact that the power went totally out thru out my Condo for hours into the night n no one including booking.com cared.....it took numerous calls n 4.5 hours to get help.....

Easy to find the address. Place was clean and ready for us. Would have been nice to have a few waters in the room. Arrival and entry into the apartment was easy.

Only complaint was internet WIFI never came up on the wifi scan. And ROKU tv streaming was spotty.
