This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom has a 55" Ultra HD television and full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has it's own Ultra HD 55"
Bedroom 3 in the lower level of the home has an Ultra HD 50" with a bathroom feet away in the hallway
Bedroom 4 has very close access to the hall bathroom
The living room has an Ultra HD 55"
All televisions stream from ATT Fiber Optic speed internet with Roku operating systems for all the familiar television apps (Hulu, Netflix, HBO Showtime, etc - use your logins for these). We provide YouTubeTV for all the local channels and basic cable channels).

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It's great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.
While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. The owner keeps furnishings for future Airbnbs in the garage.
The entire home is accessible except the garage.
You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay.
Do you have a pet to bring? Please inform the host before arrival. A $69 pet fee (for up to 7 nights) must be paid before arrival.
