Welcome to Purgatory Ski Resort and welcome to the Eolous Lookout. This unit is the ultimate ski-in/ski-out luxury property boasting five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a huge outdoor living space with a private hot tub. Three of the five bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms and balconies.

Purgatory Ski Resort is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of the San Juan Mountains. We are located 22 miles south of Silverton, and 28 miles north of downtown Durango. Purgatory is the perfect location for year-round fun.

This luxury condominium is a perfect place to make some great family memories. The unit features a large living space, huge gourmet chef's kitchen, and three master suites. The unit overlooks the resort and includes a private hot tub on the main balcony.

This place was better than what the pictures and ratings prepared us for. Communication with the owner was instant. The condo was immaculate. The setup for access to and from couldnt have been better. Plenty of hot water and facilities for the 8 of us (all adult). The views from the condo have to be the best anywhere. The layout is where you can see sunrise over the mountain range. We were also able to see the moon as it was almost full for our stay. I have much other praise. There was literally nothing any of my partg

We will definitely be returning to this location! The view alone is spectacular. We had nine 3 year-old children and a 3 yr old. Nothing better than having a bathroom in every bedroom! We were ready to go early to be able to experience all of the adventures! Rhonda, our host, is amazing.💞 You get to park directly next to the elevator, so it was easy to get all of our heavy things up to the room! The hot tub at night is absolutely spectacular! The stars, the moon! It is just what we needed! The kitchen is perfect for groups! Plenty of seating for dining. If there was only one drawback, it would be the TVs in the room. I will not take a star off for that because who needs a TV when you’re in that kind of atmosphere?!. It was hard to get the streaming to work. We had children so they wanted to watch TV. We figured it out and just cast for the littles. A big thank you to Rhonda, who is so responsive and helpful!

Had a great time here, right on the slopes, used hot tub every day after skiing. Would stay again. Only suggestion would be to update the pots/pans; most of them had nonstick coating flaking off so we didn't cook in as much as we would have like to. Thanks for hosting us!

We have wanted to go back to Purgatory Resort go a while, and for our family this unit was perfect! 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, plenty of space for everybody. The deck is huge, and we spent every evening in the hot tub. Our grandkids range in age from 3 to 7 and they always had plenty to do. The lifts, slide, and coaster were fun. We hope to be back there soon!

This condo will take your breath away. Very large well appointed condo. Three master bedrooms plus two xtra rooms. The large kitchen and living room with beautiful views of the mountains. Loved the large patio with a private hot tub. Our group definitely had no complaints about our stay. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing break.

We absolutely LOVED staying here and would go back in a heartbeat. The photos (no offense to the photographer) really don't capture the beauty and huge spaces of this apartment. We had a great time in Durango and feel very lucky to have stumbled across this great property. It was the perfect trip with family and friends. So spacious and so convenient. The best accommodations and location for a large group! The patio with a hot tub overlooking the grounds, as well as the mountain roller coaster was a plus! Stocked gourmet kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of room on one floor. Loved every minute of our stay!

This is a REALLY LOVELY property. We fit ten people comfortably into the space. We spent a lot of time in the condo each afternoon since we had small kids in the group and we did a lot of food preparation on site. We felt very comfortable the entire time. The property managers were very responsive. I'm happy we paid the extra 4% fee for access to the heated pool. With how cool the nights and afternoons are in the mountains, even the heated pool was barely *not frigid* in the morning and afternoons. Great pool for kids - max depth was maybe four and a half feet and there was a small water slide that they absolutely loved. Thanks for a great stay!

Four couples stayed in the 5 Bedroom 4 1/2 Bath Ski In Ski Out Condo at Purgatory Resort. Was very impressed with the accommodations. Was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone, yet common areas was great for eating and watching the Olympics. Hot tub was a bonus after a day of skiing. Highly recommend for a large family or group like ours.

Condo was perfect for our two family and one grandparent gathering. the 3 master bedroom set up gave each family their own space where we weren't tripping over each other while also providing a large central area to gather. What a great place to stay

I brought family and friends to the cool mountains of Colorado. The condo we stayed in had 2 King size master suites and one queen size suite, along with 2 other bedrooms. The family room was large (many nights of family games) and the kitchen was spacious (very important as me and my wife love to cook). The condo had several balconies and overlooked the alpine slide at Purgatory. The girls stayed up late and soaked in the private hot tub, all around what a great place to stay. We'll see you next year.

We had an excellent time at Purgatory Resort. This listing had incredible views of the mountains, great indoor and outdoor space for the 9 of us who stayed there, fun amenities, a spacious and well stocked kitchen to cook/eat in, and lots of privacy. We loved the 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms! Rhonda was wonderful to work with and very timely in her communication. Would absolutely book again!

We loved staying at this home for a short family trip. It was spacious, well-appointed, and just beautifully kept. There were literally 4 masters with their own bathrooms - a huge upside for adult children with spouses who want their own space. Loved the kitchen! We played games around 2 different large tables and enjoyed gorgeous views of the mountains. In the evenings, we had our own private hot tub under the stars. Amazing property and we were privileged to enjoy it!
