About this house rental
As soon as you walk through the door you will be mesmerized by the fantastic outlook and location of this property. It is perfect for the family getaway or the extended family as there is sleeping for up to 8 guests. Being on the ground floor and having only a couple of steps throughout the entire property makes this perfect for the elderly or young children.
Stylish open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, Free Wifi, DVD player, ceiling fan and floor to ceiling windows to encase the stunning water views. Double doors open out on to the entertainers alfresco dining area and gas BBQ facilities - the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the sunset whilst watching the children play on the grass or swim in the calm waters directly in front of you.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and full cooking facilities and a tastefully appointed dining area. The convenience of having a powder room near the living area makes life easy when you're staying.
The master bedroom has stunning views. Imagine waking up in the morning and looking straight out onto the water - what a relaxing way to start the day. The main bedroom also provides an ensuite, ceiling fan, TV and doors that open out on to the terrace.
Two more bedrooms and the main bathroom are located at the front of the property, the third bedroom with single beds and bunks also has a TV + DVD player which makes this room great for the kids to be entertained. The main bathroom has a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
The internal laundry has a top loader washing machine and the dryer is located in the garage. There is also a second fridge in the garage. There is a lock up extra large single garage with internal access to the property and extra parking available in the driveway for a second vehicle and a parking area to the side of the driveway which is suitable for a boat up to 5.5 metres in length or a third vehicle.

The location was awesome, the exterior of the property was a little tired looking with paint peeling and some rust coming through.

We loved the location of this house, high on the hill so you get a fantastic view of Corlette whilst relaxing at the outdoor table sipping bubbles and cheese watching the sunset! The place was clean, had lots of decent quality cutlery and crockery, with comfy beds and couches. The neighbors were also very friendly and offered us the use of their board. We'll definitely be back!

A house made for relaxation
We loved the location of this house, high on the hill so you get a fantastic view of Corlette whilst relaxing at the outdoor table sipping bubbles and cheese watching the sunset! The place was clean, had lots of decent quality cutlery and crockery, with comfy beds and couches. The neighbors were also very friendly and offered us the use of their board. We'll definitely be back!

Not what we expected
The photos on Stayz made the accommodation look excellent. Unfortunately, after being slugged with an additional booking fee from Home Away (Something Stayz failed to mention), the place was well below standard for the rates they charged - tired, in need of a good airing and dirty dishes all detracted from the experience.
Location was very good and the beds were comfortable but feel we could have done far better for the cost.

We loved the property! Great location, plenty of space in the home and spectacular views.
We had a lovely stay. The house was amazing. Great to have space for the kids to run and explore. Great walks close by. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful Great property in great location wit ocean. love the outlook and neighourhood. Very homely
loved the variety of birds amongst the trees and even heard a koala at night. Only comment is the shower heads could be tightened as they do not stand up when in use and the home could do with a coupld of good knives.
