All gardens have automatic irrigation.The 230 m² villa with a beautiful sea view has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with natural stone tiles, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a large living room, a library and a laundry room.The property has an alarm system and there is a safe in each room. The property is guarded by a local security guard. The heated swimming pool has offers a fantastic view over the Kvarner Bay, the island of Krk and the Riviera Crikvenica. A sun terrace with pebbles and 8 sun loungers are available, as well as bath towels. The natural stone terrace with a large fireplace for barbecue, a dining table for 8 people is the perfect place for gourmet pleasures. The whole property has 1700 m2. There are also 3 parking spaces on the property. This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic environment and is therefore not suitable for party tourists. Youth groups are not allowed.
