This living room offers leather seating, as well as a stunning view of the Caloosahatchee River. Master Bedroom/Bathroom: Take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor, which features the luxurious master suite, complete with a king-size bed. Relax in the massage chair and make a drink at the wet bar offered in the suite. The master bathroom is as lavish as the rest of the home and offers two separate vanities with sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower. The beauty of this home is carried over to the custom-designed master closet.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: On the third-floor landing, you will find a beautiful library wall filled with reading material for the bookworm. Next to that is an office that doubles as another guest room suite, featuring a king-size bed, private sliders leading to the wrap-around balcony, and a private full bathroom with shower.
There are two guest bedrooms located on the main floor, off of the great room. Both feature king-size beds with flat-screen TVs. These guest rooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom; each with their own amenities but share a tub/shower combination.
The ground floor of the home includes a third guest bedroom with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. A full bath with a shower is located next to the guest bedroom. There are also two dens located on this floor, one with a set of twin bunk beds and the other with a full-sized sleeper sofa. A great area for the kids to sleep!
Fitness Room & Bar: There is a fitness room on this floor, offering a wide range of workout equipment, a wet bar area with a full-size refrigerator, and a sauna with a small locker room. The gym also offers a half bathroom. This floor's centerpiece is the pub-style entertainment area, featuring a large wet bar, wine closet, pool table, air hockey table, and lots of seating. The pub area leads out to the lanai, making this space the perfect space to gather with family and friends.
Pool/Dock: The Winslet Estate has a resort-style lanai and pool area and offers a sizeable electric-heated pool divided by a waterfall on one side and offers seating around the circumference. Another rock waterfall is located in the corner of the pool. Relax in the built-in the spa and watch the boats pass on their way to the Gulf of Mexico. There are plenty of sun lounges available, making it easy to lay poolside and soak up the sun. Tucked away off the pool is a separate, more private shaded dining area.
Try your hand at fishing! You can find Lady Fish, Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Sea Trout, Cat Fish, Skipjack, Sheepshead, Redfish and many more. There's also been sightings of sharks (2-5 foot long!), manatees and dolphins, too!
All of the rooms located at the back of the home have access to the multilevel balconies (over 2,000 square feet covered from the sun), offering spectacular river views and multiple sitting and dining areas. The second floor can be accessed on the lanai by a wide sweeping staircase; this allows easy access to the kitchen for meals served outside.

We traveled from Wisconsin with two other families to stay in your beautiful home. The accommodations are outstanding. Sometimes the lights challenged us, but otherwise, nicely done. We took an Uber into Fort Myers Beach, that was great to see all the people, the farmer's market, and of course walk the beach. The views from your balconies are amazing and we loved watching all the fireworks going off on NYE. We definitely hope to be back soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

What a beautiful location! Our family had the best time. We stayed here with 11 of us. There was plenty of space, although we lived outside. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space are perfect. We spent a ton of time fishing on the dock, catching many different kinds of fish. We saw dolphins and were visited by a manatee! I will say the inside could use some decorative updates, however, the decorative taste aside, we had a blast and are sad to leave this paradise. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Plenty of space, amazing views and spectacular pool. Dock and boat lift could use some work and house needs updated/modernized. Overall this house is perfect for accommodating large families/groups and we had a great time! Host/Manger was excellent with communication!

The pictures doesn’t do this property justice! The views are absolutely breathtaking! The house is beautiful inside and out and we felt safe here! We stayed here for a week and it wasn’t long enough!

The house is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. Everyone loved the pool and there were plenty of pool towels. Very nice having the dock and a place to put the boat. Highly recommend. Only one suggestion- more towels for the bathrooms.

Family vacation and wedding at Bowditch Point. We all had a great time in the pool and fishing.

Only critic was some of the normal household goods - toilet paper, paper towels, Reynolds wrap etc in short supply. Otherwise the house was well appointed and perfect for our family group.

I'll go over lots in this review but know that this property is amazing and worth it!!!
The balconies definitely sold me on this rental choice. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. It was my sisters birthday so lots of family came down from Canada to celebrate. LOVED the styling, outdated sure but it fits the property so well. The home has everything even a second full size fridge/freezer which is a huge plus for larger crowds. Steam room was awesome, bar area and pool table were very cool but please get a new triangle, its condition is embarrassing. Air Hockey table was great for kids but needs repair/replacement.
Had zero issues with the air conditioning but definitely keep blinds closed when and where suggested. Office is by far the coldest room in the house next to basement so people that run hot sleep there. Lights were confusing with some minor miss labeling but after lots of trial and error we had it mostly down. 3 of the 6 spot lights at back of house were burnt out.
Areas surrounding pool needs power washing in the worst way and balconies need cleaning it is easy to track dirt inside especially with children. I was there two weeks and after week 1 used Dawn dish soap, water and mops to clean entire second floor balcony.
Dead bolts missing, locks rusted that need attention. I know this place has seen major flooding and was largely repaired but used as a rental more care should be taken to secure the home overall.
Thank you!!!!

We had a large group of adults and kids and plenty of space for everyone. The pool is amazing and the house will not disappoint! We had a power outage but they were quick to respond to take care of situation. We look forward to returning next year!

The house and all it's amenities were just as described and just as beautiful.
We had 5 couples and all had ample room both privately and to hang out together. The family room sectional was even big enough for all which made watching our Chiefs win the Division Championship easy and comfortable. Each suite had it's own bathroom so we were all able to unpack and make the space our own.
The pool area and hot tub were wonderful, both were warm enough to enjoy even when the temperature was below what you would consider 'swimming' weather.
The kitchen provided all cooking and prep equipment we needed for a week's worth of cooking. We didn't plan it, but we had ALL our evening meals at the house. The gas range, double ovens and the gas grill outside the house made it a breeze to cook, even for 10 people.
Be sure to hit the local fish market for some locally caught fish and seafood. The spice drawer was fully stocked and very little in the way of seasonings were necessary to purchase.
The multiple sets of washer/dryers were used daily and we actually got home with no dirty laundry which can bring you back to reality VERY quickly.
We had no issues with anything either mechanical or aesthetically, but Denny put himself at our disposal should any problems arise.
The biggest problem we had was trying to find the right lightswitch - there were so MANY in a house that big.

It was a privilege to be the first guests of this magnificent home after the restoration from IAN. Kudos to the crew who worked to bring this beautiful, elegant property back ... it's almost a miracle! We stayed almost 3 weeks and loved every minute...thank you.

Awesome property with tons of space and activities for all ages. Great memories with friends and family.

The property management and maintenance team are great. The property itself needs a complete upgrade. The A/C in particular doesn’t work adequately in all the spaces, we had to keep our bedroom blinds down all the time throughout our stay so the room didn’t heat up too much for the A/C to cope with. The lighting system is completely random and light bulbs need replacing but have been left because the are difficult to access. Some of the kitchen cupboard doors are held shut by hair bands! Not what you expect from this level of property. Overall good location, good management and maintenance team but the property needs money spending on it to do it justice.

Stunning house
Overall GREAT experience! We had a large group, and this house more than accommodated all of us and there was definitely enough to do for everyone. The pool was amazing and the kids Loved fishing from the dock. We rented a boat for the week and that just added to our experience.
Although the house is very stunning, it definitely needs some TLC and repairs. If you are there, and there are thunderstorms, be VERY careful as All the tiles get very slippery. Also, with the heavy rains we had water come into the house through the gliders in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms on main floor.
With all that being said, I do have to Stress, it was a stunning home that we made a ton of wonderful memories!
Thank you for sharing this Beautiful home with us!

Incredible Home. Some Maintenance Needed.
We had an incredible time during our week at the Winslet Estate, BUT there were some notable disappointments.
The shower in the lower level did not work. Our children stayed in this area, so this was pretty inconvenient.
The heaters did not seems to be working properly in the pool and spa. We still were able to use and enjoy them, but it would’ve been a better experience if they were properly heated, especially the spa.
Overall, it was a great time. But I feel like when you’re paying this much, everything should be functional.

Fun place for a group.
This was an awesome place for a large group. We had 14 people and still didn't feel like we were sitting on top of each other.

Great house & location
This house was fantastic for our birthday get away! Large enough that our family of 11 had plenty of space to gather together or to find a quiet spot for a nap .The pool was enjoyed by all ages. We were able to rent a boat & utilize the dock & lift. Definitely would love to return. As others have mentioned watch the electrical use. We received immediate responses from staff when we had a question or concern.

Winslet estate
Overall the house is good. Alot of minor maintenance issues. Lots of burned out lights and things that did not work. Gate stuck open, outside tv did not work, had to constantly add water to pool, several doors very hard to open and close. Still an amazing rental.

Wonderful family vacation site
The home and outdoor space was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. The adult kids and grandkids spent the week in the pool. We did have a couple of issues that were addressed quickly by the property manager. A couple of suggestions; there were no baking sheets in the kitchen and only 4 washcloths in the entire house. Overall our week was fabulous and we would visit again.

Very nice house but needs an update
The house is really big an can accommodate large groups. Sun chairs need to be replaced urgently. One of the AC was not working when we arrived and got fixed the day after. Uneven cooling for the rooms… felt like you were in Alaska in one room and in Miami in the other.
No toiletries available.
Excellent having the gym, the pool, the sauna.

Great location/Beautiful Weather
We stayed with friends and family in early October. The weather was perfect. Close proximity to local restaurants, beaches, & Sanibel Island. Kids enjoyed the large pool and game rooms. Plenty of beds for 12 of us. Only issue we had is the ability of the home to cool down. Some nights were pretty warm in the upstairs suites.

Pool
We enjoyed our stay. Problem with the pool not being clean. No one inspected the property prior to our arrival. A lot of debris in the pool. It took 3 days to get the situation correct. Pool lights didn’t work.over all we enjoyed the house but very disheartened about the pool

Amazing place to stay!
This was the best place we’ve rented. Wish we would have rented longer. I think it could have been cleaned better but the house was so amazing it topped that:-) Will definitely rent again and I also will be recommending this house to all my family and friends:-)

Fantastic stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The rental company was a joy to work with and they were available for all questions. The location was wonderful and the house held many unique features. Having a full home gym available was an added bonus for our group and the view from the pool was amazing. I would recommend this rental in the future for large groups.

family getaway
property was great only complaint is it's very warm 5 A/C units but only the ground floor is comfortable, maybe the units need to be checked out

Awesome place but beware of charge for utilities
Place was great but there is a limit on how much electric you can use. Keeping the house at a reasonable temperature put us over the limit which they take out of your deposit.

Awesome Retreat for Large Family
We stayed for a week in June 2020 with a group of 11. The pool was key with the very hot weather. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor area and lots of room to spread out within the house. The house is hard to keep cool as it is so large. My only suggestion would be to add some extra portable fans to help keep the air moving. It was very warm sleeping a couple of nights. House is well stocked and we appreciated the beach towels!
