De kamers waren prachtig en fijne bedden. De eigenaar was heel behulpzaam en aardig. Gaf ook enkele restauranttips en tip om Toledo metrostation te bekijken was echt de moeite waard

De omgeving was een beetje shabby . Veel buitenlandse/afrikaanse mensen op straat. En het ontbijt was alleen maar zoet. Een beetje variatie zou wel mogen.

Looked like a nice place online

The location was o.k. we weren't there for too long.

Well, when we got there the manager told us that there had been an issue with the shower and he got us a hotel next door that is equal quality......Nope! the first room he put us in smelled horrible and completely unacceptable. Then he got us a larger room which it didn't smell not much better but just another bed. I asked him if we didn't use the shower in our original room can we just sleep there. He told us no. He should have refunded our money and contacted us right when he realized that the room was not going to be ready for us. Let us go find a room that is of our standards. He tried to be nice but he took it upon himself to make decisions for us that was not NEAR our criteria.

Excelente opção custo benefício, muito próximo a estação de trem, limpo e confortável. Aprovado!!!

O hotel atendeu muito minhas expectativas e da minha familia (pegamos 1 quarto para 4 pessoas). Não se assuste com a entrada do hotel que é um pouquinho feia e com o elevador que é antigo, pois assim que você sobe e entra tudo muda, as instalações são modernas, o ambiente é muito limpo e bonito. O quarto é confortável e o banheiro estava super limpo. Quem nos recebeu foi a Ilaria, uma italiana super atenciosa e gentil, nos deu várias dicas sobre o que fazer por perto, onde comer, estações de trem próximas, etc.

- O café da manhã é bem fraquinho, apenas pães doces, bolinhos doces e 1 bebida por pessoa (café, capuccino, suco), nada salgado. Você combina o horário na recepção e eles trazem no quarto. Talvez seja melhor tomar café fora se você achar outra opção próxima. Como fomos direto para o aeroporto não tivemos tempo para procurar uma padaria. - Não é uma reclamação, apenas um ponto de atenção com relação a localização. Por ser muito próximo da estação de trem, existem muitas pessoas em situação de rua na região. Nos sentimos um pouco inseguros apenas durante a noite voltando do centro, mas nada de mais para nós que vivemos em São Paulo/Brasil. - Placa do hotel é bem pequena na frente. Quase não vimos... tive que ligar para o hotel para virem nos pegar.

Perfect spot to rest.

The rooms are comfortable. Good WiFi. Good hot water. The breakfast is a selection of pastries with a coffee (cappuccino!). Good location for access to train and tram.

Vriendelijkste personeel ooit! prachtige kamers!

Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam! We konden ze 24/7 bereiken, voor welke reden dan ook. Zo kregen we vele adviezen voor daguitstappen, restaurants, bars, ... We gaan het personeel enorm missen! Het voelde aan als familie!

De locatie had zijn voor- en nadelen: het was gelegen vlakbij het station waardoor we af en toe, als 2 blonde meisjes, ons onveilig voelden. Maar hebben nooit echt een gevaarlijke situatie meegemaakt. Aan de andere kant was het de ideale locatie om het openbaar vervoer te gebruiken. Vraag zeker aan het personeel in welke delen van de stad je wel of niet moet komen! uit veiligheid!

Buone camere, meno lo stabile.

Sicuramente stanze pulite e di ultima costruzione. Buona la colazione.

Purtroppo le stanze sono in un palazzo veramente in pessime condizione! Senza illuminazione e sporchissimo, al limite della abitabilità. La posizione a ridosso della stazione centrale non è il massimo! Troppa gente poco raccomandabile.

Great facilities close to main train station and tourist attractions

The service that Jenni offered was amazing, the service wouldn’t be excellent without her. Room size was very ample and breakfast was plentiful.

Communication with the managers was lacking and we didn’t have much information on access to the building prior to arrival. Some streets around the neighbourhood were dirty and felt a bit unsafe but the location is still great thanks to the transport connections and proximity to the city centre.

Convenient and clean

This is a great place to stay and is well placed for anyone traveling from the airport as it’s really close to the train station. The room we had was very clean and spacious with a brilliant host who kept in contact from the moment we landed to make sure we were greeted at the bottom of property so we didn’t have to struggle with cases.

Exceptional

Best place to stay in Naples, so close to the station for convenience. Room is cleaned everyday. Staff are super friendly. Arrived at Naples late and the host went out of his way to meet us outside, ordered food for us and recommended places to go and eat during our stay. Breakfast was brilliant with a variety of sweet and savoury options delivered to your room. If you wanted anything extra then staff are so accommodating to provide this for you. Room facilities are great (A/C, widescreen Smart TV with Netflix).

Exceptional Stay at Elite Rooms, Naples! Elite Rooms in Naples surpassed all expectations, delivering an unforgettable experience. Despite the building's modest exterior, the interior is a modern and stunning contrast. Our room was a haven of comfort, especially during the heatwave, thanks to efficient air conditioning. The location couldn't be more central, right in front of the central station. While the exterior of the building might not initially convey its true charm, stepping onto the B&B floor is like entering a different world. The beautifully designed interiors left us pleasantly surprised and excited for our stay. However, what truly set our stay apart was the exceptional customer service. Antonio, the owner, was a gracious and welcoming host from the moment we arrived. He took the time to personally welcome us and shared invaluable tips and tricks for making the most of our time in Naples. His insights into the city's best attractions, dining spots, and local gems were incredibly helpful and greatly enriched our experience. Moreover, Antonio's genuine care for our well-being was evident. He generously shared his personal phone number, making himself available to assist us – from helping us navigate transportation options to ensuring our safe return to the B&B, given that Uber doesn't operate in Italy. His warmth and hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but like friends. Elite Rooms made our Naples visit exceptional – from aesthetics to service, it's a gem that warrants enthusiastic recommendations.

High end comfortable stay

Top notch service! You can tell the owners care about their business and want to do the best for each guest. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and included breakfast.

It was great - only complaint was the shower seemed to be older and one part popped off the wall. I am sure they will fix it.

Exceptional

The host, Antonio is an amazing guy. He puts himself at your service 24x7, gave us the run down of where to eat, places of interest, where to visit, how to get there etc. Elite rooms is well located opposite Napoli centrale station, they have a great breakfast and great facilites in the room. The rooms are clean, moden, immaculate and spacious.

Clean & Friendly

Special thanks to the owner for the warm welcome! The staff was very friendly. As for the cleanliness and breakfast, they were excellent. Rooms have A/C, which was perfect for the hot weather - and generally, the rooms are beautiful and renovated. Also, the hotel is right next to the train station, which is great for day trips to the surrounding towns!

It is a shame that the hotel is in such a bad area of the city. We felt it was not safe to go out at night.

Convenient clean room in city center

The room was perfectly clean and perfect for one night as a couple. Room has a mini fridge and AC. The included breakfast was also good and the lady who owns the place is very nice! The room is right across from Naples main train station so very busy area.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the property since it is one unit in a larger apartment building. There is a small sign on the outside of the building but it would be better to show clearer instructions (either on a small sign outside saying what floor to go to or even via DM before arrival) so that check in was smoother.

Expectations exceeded

The location is right by the train station but yet the rooms are completely quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and we were very well taken care of. Antonio arranged a taxi to the airport for us the next morning that accepted credit cards and his wife came in early to deliver breakfast to our room. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and the bed very comfortable. Antonio met us outside so that we didn't have any issue finding the place but we'd already found the door based on the street number. He gave us a map and wonderful recommendations for things to see in the area. Old town is less than a 10 minute walk and the metro is very close by as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B.
