Close to hospitals and great for contract professionals/
There is a queen in the first bedroom, XL twin beds in the back bedroom. Kick back in the cozy living room. Great location! Close to stylish, revitalized downtown Rockford with terrific restaurants, night life, shops, and galleries. Lots to do! Plus, the UW Health we Sports Factory is just an 8 minute drive -- ideal for families coming into town for tournaments.
We clean and launder thoroughly between guests
All pillow covers, shams, duvet covers, blankets, towels are washed between bookings. A commercial vapor cleaner is used between stays to maintain super cleanliness there is a Ring doorbell in the center of the shared front porch.Also, a video camera pointed to the rear parking lot behind the building. **The property is non- smoking inside and outside. This includes all types of smoking, vaping, E cigarettes. ** $500 fee will be charged if this rule is ignored. I am allergic to smoke and we want everyone to have a healthy stay.we require guests to have positive reviews to book.

The apartment was very charming and had plenty of space for the four of us. It was about 20 minutes from the fields and close to anything we needed. The host thoughtfully planned out the kitchen and bathroom. The extra touches were much appreciated!

We loved Twana’s Hip & Colorful apartment, it is very spacious and exceptionally clean, we are now spoiled and no hotel could ever compare. Twana is a perfect host! The beds were very comfortable, the shower was hot and had great water pressure. After a long day of touring, 4 of us lounged on the two large couches and watched a movie and relaxed. We did not take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen except to store our leftover deep dish pizza, but it was nice to have the option. The neighborhood is lovely and very easy to get to and from, there is plenty of food and shops around, if needed, and only minutes from the interstate. We had a quick weekend in Rockford and did not have enough time to enjoy Twana’s place fully so we are already planning another trip to stay with her.

She thought of everything. You can tell she has a lot of experience with providing a home away from home. Every detail and want was thought of and you had things you wouldn't even think you needed. Would highly recommend!!

We were in Rockford for a family gathering and everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. The space was very clean and nicely decorated. Host was attentive and provided a great space for our family!

We loved our short 4 night stay at this Hip-N-Colorful 2 bedroom spacious apartment. It was way more room than we needed or expected, it was lovely and so well equipped with everything and very clean. We enjoyed the screened in front porch, the decor and the location in Rockford was perfect. Twana was very helpful if we needed any sightseeing tips, events or questions. We even brought friends to stop by and see how charming & comfy it was. We would definitely stay here again when & if we find ourselves in the Rockford area. Thank you Twana. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Single mom & son stayed for 2 nights for a lacrosse tournament. Place was perfect! Comfortable, clean & I felt safe. AC units worked well & kept it cool. The host was great & got back to me on every q I had. Great location.

This is my absolute favorite spot in Rockford to go and spend the time at, I enjoy it so much. It is quiet, it is close to everything. This is the perfect spot. The host is wonderful. I have never had an issue at all.

A lot of times I will look at the price in wonder if it's actually worth it. Connect, this is a hidden gem. You are about 7 minutes from everything. does absolutely wonderful. The street is nice and quiet because relaxing. I'm thoroughly enjoyed everything it had to offer. The bathtub was am sing the kitchen was immaculately clean. Everything was so open and so wonderful. I was so calm. I even bought a giant canvas cause. I was inspired to paint however, I didn't get the chance to paint but I was inspired so I do have the canvas with me so I am going to home to paint. This was 5 minutes from my friend's home. 7 minutes from everything that we are doing 15 minutes from our big event and 1 hour from our event in Chicago I love every moment. Five stars all the way will return if allowed multiple times this year..

The apartment is adorable and so so clean. I stayed there with my daughter and a friend and her daughter as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. We both loved it. Beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed plus more. The owner is very sweet, a great person to work with and fast with replies. All the other vb moms were complaining about their hotels and my friend and I were bragging about our place. They were a little jealous, ha ha! I highly recommend this place, skip the hotels!

If you’re looking for a spacious, safe and wonderful place to stay in Rockford this is it! I don’t even want to share this hidden gem I love it so much. Twana is kind and generous and truly tries to make your stay comfortable. As a travel nurse I’ve stayed in many furnished homes and this was the most h to rightful by far. Thank you!

Me and my family enjoy everything about this apt.. The living room and bedrooms were actually like the photos. The apt. was very clean and every bedroom was very comfortable. The porch was an added bonus. I loved sitting on the porch and taking in the fresh air. Overall I enjoyed everything about this place. I will definitely be back. We loved this apartment. It would be very comfortable for a long stay. The kitchen is bright and large, as are the dining and living rooms. Also a large, screened, private front porch. Really nice tiled bathroom. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage room. Great location and nice neighbors. Twana is gracious and fast to respond to any questions.

My family and I stayed at this property while in town for a high school lacrosse tournament. Love this property! From my private off street parking spot, to the screened in front porch to sit and have coffe in the morning, to the full kitchen's butler pantry. So much charm. It is a older home which I love, however, may not be for everyone. Would definitely stay at again.

This was such a fantastic apartment! We were in town to celebrate Christmas with family and loved having a comfortable home-like place to come back to each night. Everything was clean, in excellent working condition, and the well-stocked kitchen was a huge plus! There was more than enough room for our family of 4 (two older teens) and the bedroom set-up worked perfect....this could easily accommodate more. Also, the private off-street parking was great! We would love to continue to book this property every time we're in town!! Thank you for a wonderful experience and Happy New Year!

Rented this for my son and I while visiting a friend. What a lovely rental! It felt like a bit of a waste with only the 2 of us and enough space easily for 6, but at an excellent price. I love the architecture of the place and enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood. Lots of really cool houses! Wish we'd had time to sit out on the screen porch and relax, or enjoy the back deck. The kitchen was great, nice to make our own breakfasts. Beds were super comfy. Will need to come back with our friend group and stay a bit longer.

Twana was a fantastic host! The apartment is decorated beautifully and there are thoughtful touches throughout to help make your stay more comfortable. It’s on a quiet residential street that’s close to downtown. The large fenced in backyard was perfect for my pup. I’ve already recommended it to other friends coming to visit Rockford!

Twana is an amazing host and person. Had the opportunity to chat our last evening there. She was so attentive and the apartment is comfy and cozy! Loved our stay and will def stay here again next year if we return for another course!
