Bonito alojamiento muy bien situado. Atento anfitrión.

Un apartamento muy coqueto, muy bien ubicado. Tranquilo, amplio. Como es un edificio antiguo aunque hizo calor está bien aislado y no necesitamos el aire acondicionado. El anfitrión nos ayudó y nos proporcionó mucha y buena información útil para nuestra estancia.

Éramos 5. Dormimos 3 en un apartamento 3 y en otro 2. Según el anfitrión, los sofás se hacían cama (no lo conseguimos) y cabían 4 personas en cada apartamento… sólo estuvimos una noche, así que bien. Pero lo de los sofás… Nos costó acceder a los apartamentos porque, aunque el anfitrión fue super atento, algún gracioso eliminó los números de los cajetines donde estaban depositadas las llaves. Los apartamentos están muy bonitos decorados y es una pena que no arreglen pequeños desperfectos (cortinas sin ganchos o preciosas baldosas rotas).

Nice place

Nicely renovated and furnished apartment. Great mattress and pillows. Great location close to medieval town and Plaza Mayor. Very helpful host. Very quiet.

The kitchen has only minimal equipment. It is a bit dark, in October we always had to have the lights on. The place needs a thorough cleaning. We had to clean the drawers before storing our clothes, and clean the dishes. Dust mice appeared from under the bed. And the kettle has black spots inside, we didn’t want to use it for hygienic reasons.

Not pleaseant

I liked the location and the apartment in general.

The apartment is one room only so we put the kids on the room so we couls stay awake for some more time. The other bed was a sofa-bed on the living room. Until here all correct. The problem was this bed-sofa was horrible. Firs the sheets provided were not of the side of the bed. The second is that the bed-sofa was so curved it was not possible to rest there without having pain on the back and therefore to sleep at all(see image to understand better). I suppose it happens often with this type of beds but in this condition it is not usable at all. As we realized this when we went to the bed we did not contact the responsible during the night, but we did the next morning. The only answer from her was that she wwould tell the owner about it. No compensation at all. Nothing else. So, my recommendation would be that before booking the apart for more than two persons, please make sure they have a new bed-sofa.

Loved Caceres, loved the apartment. What more can I say.

Quiet residential location five minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Lovely old church right opposite colonised by storks. Great little apartment with decent wi-if, well equipped and able to park in the street not too far away. Maria super helpful. Thanks

Excellent location, view over plaza and church, even a good value and tasty restaurant just below. Super clean. Spacy bathroom full of light. Great towels. Airconditioning in both rooms. Friendly, efficient contact via whatsup.
